There is a worker here that has White/blonde hair and doesn’t have a name tag or I would tell her name, but everytime I come in the store she is extremely rude, if it’s such a inconvenience to check me out don’t work here, the self check outs are closed or I would go to them instead, I honestly debated putting my stuff down and leaving over being checked out by her. She snatches my items up and slams buttons on the register and doesn’t speak.

Now this review was hard. Because this location is closest to my home so I'm here more than other locations but depending on the day, who is working, and what their stock is, my review can vary from 0 stars to 4 (maybe 5 on a miraculously good day). For now, I'll do 4 and ONLY because their morning manager saved the day last time I was there. First, let me advise you: do self checkout. If you're in a hurry, or don't have an hour to stand in a very slow line, do self checkout. Their cashiers are likely overwhelmed and underpaid, same as their managers, so I'm sure they have a reason for being slower than molasses in winter time when it comes to running that one register that's open. Never have I ever seen more than 1 register running here. Just do self checkout. Don't expect the stock to be up to par. This location never has the staples I need. I quit going for that. I can go to town for those items and get out of the grocery store and their atrocious self checkout just as fast. This location is building their shelves back up lately it seems. The things that are bad about this place are beyond the employees' control and a chain problem. So, I gotta thank the super nice manager for helping me the other day. I used an EBT card to pay for my family member's items and it still showed I owned 3¢. I had NO cash on me. She generously swiped her debit card for 3 FREAKING CENTS and I am grateful and forever appreciative of it because most people don't care and wouldn't have done that. So thanks to her and DG needs to keep people like this rather than run them off. I cannot fathom they keep building new ones every corner and their staff is already drowning for very little pay. Do better Dollar General!

Don't get me wrong, I love this Dollar General Market. Which says a lot, do to the b.s. that I endured working for a Dollar General in Southeast Georgia. This store is huge! Biggest one I have seen, and the workers are super friendly. The reason I gave it four stars is because it says it was updated by the business to close at 11:00 p.m., however, that is not the case. I went there tonight to grab something and asked a worker as I walked in at 9:56 p.m., "What time do you close?" I just wanted to check to see if it matched the time on Google. Remember: Google states that the business updated the hours two weeks ago. He replied, "In 4 minutes." So there you have it. They do not keep their listings on Google up to date. As a marketing major this is a bit disconcerting to me.

Went here just a few minutes ago and bought a bag of apples before these that had rotten apples in them and then went back to switch them out with the say so of the manager and ended up with more rotten apples. Why are yall selling these?!

This store and other Dollar Generals in this area are not good at keeping track of what's on sale and what items are supposed to be discounted. We have tried to buy items on multiple occasions that were supposed to be on sale but when the cashier rung up our purchase charged us full price instead, and every time we complain and tell them the item is supposed to be on sale they always say something obtuse like "oh, that sale ended last week" or something like that. Well ok, if the sale is over then take down the signs, take the items off the table that says clearance if they aren't discounted. I wouldn't leave a 1 star review for something like this usually but it has happened so many times I think its warranted.

Great remodel . Sadly horrible service by an older cashier . we were told to move because self checkout wouldn’t ring up the sale price she kept arguing that we were wrong . Accusing us of stealing . There’s a reason people rather wait the long line at self checkout than go to your empty lane .

I only gave 2 stars because of the lengthy wait in the checkout line every time I shop here. Why build a store with multiple checkouts if only one is going to be open. I know businesses want to have minimal employees on the job to save money so why not make the other lanes self checkouts ? They work great.

They never have enough cashiers running a register! The night shift crew isn't friendly & welcoming. I loved that they stayed open until 11:00pm but now they've cut back until only 10! Very disappointed about that! I work until 10 and could always stop in there on my way home from work and have time to shop for items I might need. Now they close at 10!

Lord I love my Dollar general y'allI kid you not I have to go here at least 3 to 4 times a week..The employees here are well trained and very friendly.. Usually a line at check out but it's cause the store is so busy. Nice ppl, clean store with great prices! What more do you need.

The store itself is fine, but the checkout process is a joke. At least 5 times I’ve went now and they have only had one register open with a line backed up into the store. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were short staffed but usually while you are waiting in line you will see 3 employees just standing up front of the store talking like they are unaware of how bad the line is.Step it up people!

There was a 3t shirt in the SUMMER CLEARANCE box MARKED for $1. In the box they had several different items like 2 shoes, a lot of napkins, and other summer items. The cashier rang the shirt for $5. I questioned the price and she said the SUMMER $1 BOX was for shoes only even though there was NO description for shoes and the box said SUMMER WITH OTHER ITEMS. I really wish prices on clearance were the right prices and employees knew how to read. CHECK CLEARANCE PRICES AND SALES BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE SALES MARKED CORRECTLY AND IT RINGS FULL PRICE! THIS HAPPENS ATLEAST ONCE A MONTH.

This large DG has helpful, friendly, customer service. The produce, although not top of the line, has been fine the few times I've needed to add an item to my list. There is a wide variety of merchandise. But it's the customer service which stands out for this store.

This store has the worst customer service when it comes to couponing. They act like saving money, is crime. Also, the management and employees need to be refreshed on the coupon policy. This store has lost my business and I will be telling others about how I was treated.

Huge dollar store plus grocery section. Great prices, great sales, great customer service. But one bad issue is that they don't have enough registers open, and 90% of the time they take care of it, BUT they NEVER ask for the next person in line, so people that haven't waited at all always get in front of people that have waited a long time....NOT good customer service at all, especially for elderly and disabled.

This store is close to home. It has everything I needed all in one stop. From ground beef to paper plates to Tylenol to shampoo. I love this store. It's my very own Minnie walmart.

They do not have enough cashiers you have to stand in line and wait too long with all the check out booths they have got most of the time one or two is all that is up and going this is something that needs to be addressed other than that I love to go to the dollar store

Visited for the first time and I am impressed by the large selection of items they have. My friends and I bought everything from produce to household items and soft drinks. Good deals for the money

Terrible. Stores are unorganized can't even walk thru iles. Too cluttered. However, I live closer to Dollar Store Market, it too is somewhat cluttered with the clothes hanging in one corner. And the Fruit isn't fresh. Bends up front first register at door all way back toward back makes it hard to get too register. Clutter in back of store with things that are suppose to be on sale, apparently so you can move them out of store quickly, but price's are to high. Therefore merchandise just sit's there looking like it has just been dumped. Neefs to be more neat and organized. Cleaned.

Great experience and customer care all there employees were very friendly I was looking for mason jars and the employee Scott took me right to them and even offered to get me a cart because I was carrying multiple items in my arms I would give this store a 10 out of 10 if possible

THIS STORE IS AWFUL. THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE AISLES ARE BLOCKED WITH ROLL TAINERS WHERE THEY ARW TOO LAZY TO PUT STOCK OUT. THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. THE MANAGEMENT HERE ARE COMPLETELY LAZY AND DOESN'T CARE WHAT HIS STORE LOOKS LIKE. THERE ARE MANY TIMES THAT IF A FIRE MARSHALL WENT IN THEY WOULD BE SHUT DOWN....IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD.

The only bad thing is sometimes when something is on sale it doesnt take it off at register, and cashier doesnt know either until you get receipt. Then you have to get a refund which is very time consuming and annoying.

It’s the closest store to my house, but the shelves are ALWAYS empty! The lines are usually long. It’s just easier to go to Chatsworth.
