I love this Dollar General. The employees and staff are so kind and helpful. I have never seen so many rainbows 🌈 or taken so many 📸 pictures of rainbows as I have at this location.

Poor customer service!!! The “manager” Tia is rude and shouldn’t be a manager period!! After looking for an employee to check out my items (self checkout wasn’t working) for an extensive amount of time… she persisted to tell me in a rude manner “self checkout works!” she’s beyond unprofessional and needs to be demoted immediately!!

I know that it's difficult to hire good, reliable people. nowadays. However, if they can, they need to hire several people for AFTER hours to stock the shelves and clean up the aisles. It's a mess.

New store, nice, but can't get through aisles, cant find things because they aren't out on display, difficult to maneuver buggy, the manager, Mark, isn't very nice, helpful, or polite! The other employees don't smile nor speak. If I had a more convenient place to shop, I definitely would!

3 year old expired food still on shelf's. Bought some Deluxe Mac and cheese today only to noticed the date because the cheese was black. Called store manager reply was, well I didn't work here then. I told her maybe not, but she should be pulling all expired food from the moment she started.

ALWAYS CLEAN & ORGANIZED. NICK the manager is super FRIENDLY with all of his customers and will stop what he's doing to ensure your satisfaction, even if he is busy, he will offer to look in the back stockroom to find what you need. FABULOUS store with friendly helpful employees

They're in the middle of remodeling so it was a mess! Very courteous and polite cashier. She spoke to every customer when we walked in while STILL checking out customers at the register. She was Simply Superb!

Convenient to grab last minute items. Their prices aren't always the best on certain products. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Need to use a less obnoxious smelling cleaner though. It really hits you when you walk in.

Good selection, always excellent prices. Sometimes the quality of some items is suspect but it is a dollar store. The employees are kind and welcoming and always ready to help you find something. Sometimes its a little disorganized but its not hard to find your way.

Always has tons of totes in the middle of almost every aisle. Just totes full of products waiting to be put on the shelves. Definitely the most disorganized dollar general around, to be fair they've come a long way since they opened but they still have a long way to go as well.

Rude store manager, Mark does not allow customers to use the bathroom. I was bleeding all over myself waiting in line to buy tampons. I asked at check out if I could use the bathroom just to put in a tampon. He told me no. I've had multiple issues with this Dollar general. Employees seem to have. Lack of care or concern for others.

I gave them four stars but they're not as cheap as you would think they are very expensive with their diet drinks while grocery stores are the same price no matter if it's diet or not I don't understand that situation and their floor plans are not the same I Dollar General should be the same even if it's in a different area so you don't have to look around and you pretty much know where things are if you go to a different Dollar General they also have different prices different items sell cheaper at other Dollar Generals then some I don't think that should be a problem I think everything should be at a set price other than that I would have gave them a five star also ladies the feminine products are always low go to the grocery store and get your feminine products trust me I was embarrassed trying to find my wife's feminine product and they did not have it at all I guess it was in the water that week

One of the young ladies that works here absolutely hates her job, and tries her hardest to make the lives of her co-workers miserable. They do their best to make up for her. Store has a good selection of products.

slowest place I've ever been to checking out. Always a line no matter what time you go in with only one resister open. They constantly are running out of change and move slower than molasses to scan your stuff. If I wanted to wait this long in line I would drive on to Wal-Mart and buy it cheaper. In a hurry stop at the store across the street. The will get you out in a hurry.

I started to write out all my complaints but who am I kidding there isn't anywhere else to shop in Emerson. This used to be a nice store. Now it's a mess. And the music is loud and obnoxious. No wonder the employees don't know if a customer has come into the store or not. Dont be in a hurry cuz you are going to be here a while. I can guarantee the shoplifters score big. Inventory scattered everywhere in racks waiting to be shelved. And the manager wandering around trying to "look busy".

Store is dangerously unsafe for adults let alone children. You can hardly get through the aisles for the enrage of stacked boxes. No safe!Didn't find what I was looking for and the only person in the store couldn't help, she was stuck at the register with a rather long line of customers. NOT SAFE!

This place was just recently remodeled took me a little bit to find stuff again, it's nice I like this store on my way home from work especially if I don't want to do Walmart after work.watch your speed on this road it drops to 35 and police station is right there.
