I took my grandma to your store today and she has trouble walking around without her walker. The young cashier…I think his name was Parker was so sweet and patient with her. He grabbed her a chair and sat her next to the register so I could grab what I needed. Please let him know that his kindness did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated.

Literally the kindest, most patience employees on the planet.I came in for 3 bales of compressed timothy hay. The shelf only had 2. I work retail, I know how obnoxious it can be when someone asks to check the back for more stock but I took a chance. The cashier ensured me it was no problem at all and asked her coworker over the headset to see if there was more. And there was!! I was promptly checked out for all 3 and an associate quickly appeared with the final bale of hay. My 10 guinea pigs and I thank you tremendously!As I was leaving with my hay, a gentleman that was outside offered to help me load up my hay. I’m used to hauling it into my truck (as well as 3 flights of apartment stairs) so I declined. He still came over to make sure I was okay and to take the cart for me when I was done.LITERALLY THE NICEST EMPLOYEES! If I lived anywhere near this location, I would ONLY go to this location! Thank you all so much!

Horrible experience. I asked for a manager regarding my concern, only to find one of the employees that created my concern was the manager! Pay attention! These folks will damage your property when loading items. I would have been better off loading the items myself. The manger did not want to be objective, show empathy, nor did they want to offer resolution. They simply got defensive and would only give me a customer service number. My family does a great deal of business at this location, and the prior managers have always been helpful with that relationship.Good luck on the customer solutions contact. It is not customer friendly. After going through numerous prompts and automated hold for 30 minutes, it will hang up on you!

The staff here are incredible! Each person I have encountered are very knowledgeable in every area of the store. They are friendly and helpful, never pushy or rude. The selection at this store is wide. They offer just about everything you are looking for. I always leave with more than I originally went in for. Great store.

The people who work there are so polite. They had a great deal on boots as well. I went for welding gloves and a hood. They had a great selection of both. I was happy to find what I was looking for there as there isn't another place around that sells most of what they carry.

Three stars merit the entire experience. I'd give a solid five to the feed/grain department as well as animal medications. Great selections.Unfortunately, everything is WAY overpriced. Harbor freight quality (tools) with a 300% markup, even their 'clearance' is a joke. Reminds me of one of those stores that have a before/after markdown sticker on it, only to find the markdown price is higher that the retail sticker from the manufacturer. If you got the money and want to settle for mediocre quality, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, why not spend your money someplace else for better quality and still come out cheaper. Friendly staff though!

We love this Tractor Supply in Ellijay Ga.In a bit of a reversal of our typical shopping experience, I love tractor supply for items like simple hardware. If you need lag bolts, screws etc, they sell by the pound, and have much better prices than the usual home improvement chains. My husband though is always wooed by the Red Shed decor and we often end up with more than we came for. The red Shed fencing and other brands to choose from have been the better deal for us here. We have been very pleased with the diamond brand dog food and they have the best price on that too. Get on their mailing list for sure because they have great sales and we have received 10% off coupons for total purchases more than once. Plenty of stuff for the whole family to check out.

A bit hit and miss. I went in recently for a new weed whacker but the choice was poor. They seem to have lost an online order too. Service is helpful and friendly.

This store is Meh. It has its good days & bad days. Bathrooms are always grody so make sure to make a pit stop prior if ya gotta go. Some of the employees are NOT pleased to help you.

Cool place for most everything. They seriously have almost everything from chicken feed to clothing. The only thing I found they don’t have is the refill for the pet safe collar for dogs.

I agree with you Mr. B. M. Martin. My family is from town and we are fourth generation Apple capital town folk. I'm retired Military presently living in Delaware due to medical concerns but head to the family homestead often to help around the farm...Youngster by the name of Rodney needs a lesson working with older folks. He made it a point to make me feel like I didn't belong in town. It's a good thing I spent thirty years in the military and have dealt with ignorant kids or I would have stooped to his level and said a few things. Lesson number one...the pen is mightier than the sword.
