Jean and Donna are so nice and very helpful and informative. Our pups LOVED their new Blue Ridge Raw Dog Food. They both ate their food all up. Never has this happened with their "kibble" dog food. They would not even raise their heads when we called their names...while they were eating.

Nothing but the kindest people if it be my corgi coming in or one of my ferrets. Such a breath of fresh air when you come here and it's nice that I don't need to go all the way to Kennesaw for ferrets food.Blockhead loves his rabbit ear that you gave him. I have caught him cuddled with it. Thank you for making a hard day for the both of us a little easier.

I cannot say enough good things about South Paw. They are so nice and friendly but most importantly knowledgeable. I was struggling with one of my dogs in particular and they helped me transition him to a raw diet and now he is thriving. At 11 years old he now keeps up with my puppies, his coat is amazing again, and you can tell he's just happier and healthier. They are always willing to answer questions and if they don't have a product in store they will find you what you're looking for. It's very apparent that they truly care about helping you and your pets. From the products, to the customer service, you won't find a better place for your pet needs. My husband and I now joke that we won't be able to move or we'll have to figure out how to commute back every few weeks because we won't go to another store =)

We stopped by South Paw to pick up a few things for our mini aussies on the way up to Blueridge. The owner was very nice and extremely helpful in providing us recommendations for a few raw food toppers for our picky pups. Very nice local business and highly recommend stopping in to pick up some chews and special treats for your pups!

Donna and everyone here are wonderful. Their products are natural and excellent quality. We discovered some new things for our dogs., most importantly, they bathed my dog and he had a blast. They were just so sweet and made him feel so comfortable. And he looks and smells great. The smile on his face when I went to pick him up was priceless. I highly recommend them for grooming, bathing and shopping. I can't wait to go back and I can't wait for my dog to need grooming again.

I can’t even begin to find the right words to express how happy I am to have found this wonderful all natural pet store and groomers.Our little Shih Tzu is a rescue and very anxious and has issues. I was very nervous about taking him to be groomed. But after talking to Donna, after stopping by one day to look at the products they sell, I felt very comfortable taking him there to be groomed.Donna is absolutely wonderful. The store has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere.She did such a great job of grooming our little dog and he was very happy when I picked him up.He looked very handsome and smelled so nice.I am so relieved and very happy to have found such a wonderful groomer and shop😊🐶
