DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THEM!!! I have an issue w/ a new oven not working, and it has not been resolved in nearly THREE MONTHS. The store contact is polite, but has not resolved the problem and doesn't seem to care if it gets resolved or not. Their repair services are third party and they simply pass the buck. And they will not replace w/ a new unit. Overall, horrible experience. Buy from someone who cares about their customers and will actually resolve issues.

Had just what I needed to fix my busted pipe and the lady that was helping me went and got her manager to make sure we were getting the correct pieces. Very helpful and I went home with what I needed.

Don’t buy any doors or windows at Lowe’s . Frankly it should be zero stars. My doors were not installed properly and now are ruined .. 2 months out .Edit …. I have been in contact with Lowes over a month and they have not solved the hideous installation issuesEdit edit …. Lowe’s corporate took control over the situation and finally sent a good team to fix the door issues . It took 5 men 3 days to un-F the doors but now they are good !! Yeah

We had to purchase a new refrigerator. Got a super deal, sales associate was extremely knowledgeable. Fridge was delivered in 2 days. Delivery guys were very nice, set up the refrigerator in less than 30 minutes.

I had one older gentleman go out of his way to help me find what I needed and later a younger man who acted like I was in his way and ignored me. Nice store - but need more people who have people skills and better training.

We were looking for an upright freezer. The first isle was CLEARANCE. Glanced at the chest freezer...no...looked next and found this refrigerator...two customers were looking at it and walked away. The price was 50 percent of the list. Went and got the sales lady...she said there was nothing wrong with it... So we got our daughter on the phone measured and decided to by it... To our amazement she said she had to get approval to sell it...hmmm. After waiting for a manager to call and say no the taped to the appliance so he would not honor the price. As if we tag his product...NO WE DID NOT AND TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS PRIOR TO US LOOKED AT THE SAME TAG! WHAT A BATE AND SWITCH GAME ARE YOU PLAYING! BUYERS BEWARE ... FURTHERMORE IMPLYING THAT A CUSTOMER CHANGED TAGS TO BBN OUR FACE IS WRONG! LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS WE WERE THE THIRD TO LOOK AT THE UNIT AND WAITED FOR BVB THE OTHERS TO DECLINE...REALLY SHAME ON YOU LOWES MANAGEMENT!

This location is by far the best one in the Southeast! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! A special thanks to Brian who always comes to my aid and goes above and beyond to help me locate things in the store... (as well as manage the lockers when the computers were down). This place ROCKS!!!

The worst customer service. I tried to call to double check on my delivery. It took 10 phone calls to actually speak with someone in the store and when i did she was VERY rude. She said you will get a call on your date of delivery, but I needed to know the date that was it. She was very rude when I told her that was all I needed. Never shopping with Lowe’s again.

Bruce in the appliance department is top-notch!!! I called at 4 p.m. to ask about a fridge that was in stock. Bruce took the time to check and make sure it was there and brand new. I let him know I was on my way and took about an hour he was still waiting for me, had it staged, and was ready for me to pay for and load. He took his time to go through all the little extra selling steps, which being in retail I appreciate. The computers gave a little problem with glitches. However, I wasn't upset because between Bruce, Pam,Jen, and the other sweet girl at customer service, they got it figured out. After all this, Bruce offered to help us get it home and inside in the pouring rain so we wouldn't struggle as we were definitely going to. That's definitely what I call great customer service!!! Keep up the great work, team!!!

Jennifer shouldn’t be working at customer service. She is rude and has a passive aggressive attitude making it more difficult for everyone. She should be doing a different job anyway. Why would you work in that department if you can’t be nice and understanding. It’s called customer service for a reason y’all !!!!

absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a home improvement store. When asking an employee where i might be able to find a plug for an appliance I was laughed at and mocked saying “well it’s got electricity through it so you should check in electrical” no directions, no help finding the item. When attempting to make a phone sale We waited by the counter for a few minutes letting the line past and was rudely told we needed to go to the back of the line and wait there, all we wanted to do was pay an invoice. The customer service and friendliness of the staff at Lowe’s in East Ellijay has tremendously gone down and I will not be returning. 1 star is generous.

Service was great 👍..It was nice checking out with a former Army Veteran as the cashier.Her and Glenn, (my husband), of course had a little conversation due to Glenn had on his Marine Veteran shirt.Very happy that Lowe's support our Veterans!!

Purchased a refrigerator with delivery scheduled next day on August 4th. Received a call that evening stating a delivery time. Waited 4 hours on the 5th with no call or delivery. Called the store and told had to call delivery company. Was on phone for over a hour and transferred to several people until finally told my refrigerator was not loaded on truck. Told it was rescheduled while I was talking to one of the customer service representatives and no one said anything. Now I have to wait til the 7th foe delivery.Very poor business practice to your customer.

Just like most places these days employees could be better, it took 3 times asking for help to find what I was looking for. 1st time it was in the person own department and sent to wrong location in store, next person couldn't be bothered at all. 3rd time was a charm.

All Lowes stores should follow this one's lead on customer service! Bought a beautiful tree online, picked it up and got home to find this 9 footer was not fitting in my 10 foot ceilings!The return and the picking of the new tree was seamless! Pam, Denise, Greg, Christy and Sam were just awesome!I had been disappointed lately in Lowes, but this Ellijay store has more than earned my business! (And the tree & wreath are just perfect!)

If you're looking for a retail store with uncaring leadership - you've hit the jack pot! I ordered cabinets from this location in December and was told 8-9 week wait. We're now in week 11 and I'm being told to expect 16 weeks before all is said and done. I was silly enough to think if I escalated my concern to management that they would take the initiative to follow-up and resolve the issue. Instead, they pointed the finger at their manufacturer and told me the issue was resolved. No 'we're sorry' no, etc. Literally I had two assistant mgrs tell me - we've done everything we can, what do you want? Nice leadership Lowe's!

Connie and I visit a lot of the building supply places while we have been building our new home and I have to say the help you get it Lowe's at East Ellijay is very impressive. The associate that helped us there with our water filter system was amazing you cannot believe the places that we have walked into and ask for help and their idea of help is pointing you in the direction of the water filters. But not at Lowe's at least Ellijay the associate took us to the Isle helped us pick out the water filter we were looking for and also helped us make comparisons on filters explained with great knowledge in detail what his feelings were and even gave us a related story of an experience he had his self loved it great place to shop. Made sure we had everything we needed

Aisle are crowded, not by people but with merchandise. Finding assistance is next to impossible even after pushing the button. Waited so long that it quit doing the automatic request over the PA. When I finally caught an employee, they couldn't help because they didn't have the combo to the cage to get to the product. THEY called for assistance and no one came. Finally I called the store number and adked for a manager just as someone finally showed up. 30 minutes waiting for help. AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY!
