Trying to figure out that if the cashiers have a do not talk to the customers clause. There no hello did you find everything okay, is there anything else that we can do to make your experience better, nothing. It’s like talking to a wall. They do offer a variety of selection with reasonable prices but the interactions with customers drive the shopping experience extremely down.

I am impressed that Ken has worked hard to adapt to the current needs of the community. Always get my meat from him. His milk always lasts much longer in the fridge than other places.Very glad he works to help the locals whoever that may end up being. Thank you.

This store has everything imaginable!! Very well designed. Fresh vegetables and fruits! 🥦🌽🍅🍆🍠🥑 🥕🥔🥒 🍋🍌🍍🍎🍏🍐🍑🍊🍉🍈🍇🍒🍓🥝 An awesome meat selection with great beef, pork, and chicken products. A surprisingly wide selection of beers and wines. Definitely a one-stop destination for all that you need for the evening or weekend!! I purchased a bag of dog food July 2. I opened it July 5 and discovered that it had mold. I returned it back to Ken IGA and they refused to exchange it for me as I did not have my receipt. Who keeps a grocery store receipt. I advised that I could produce the transaction on my CC web site statement but I was told I needed the receipt. I told the young lady to give the dog food to the manager and I left. I live 5 miles from this store and used to use to them quit often. Never again. kens IGA needs to train management on their decision making process. This 60 year old man will never return to this establishment because of their bad decisions. Without a doubt if I purchase something from Piggly Wiggly, food lion, Kroger or Publix they would have exchanged this for me with no problem

I'm new to the area and just recently discovered Ken's. Great selection, meat is fantastic and the staff is friendly. The parking can be a bit tight at times but don't let that stop you. I'm glad I learned about this gem as it's only 3.5 miles from my house, and I can now avoid POOLER!!!! THAT is a win, win!!!!

Best meat dept in the entire area, great wine prices. Always clean. Great to always be able to see people I know and love quite often. Prices are a little high for some non refrigerator items but not too bad. The selection is ALWAYS great 👍🙂

Dishonest pricing. Prices at the shelf say one thing, rings up higher at the register. Always told the prices at the shelf have not been updated. Wont honor the shelf price. Happens every time I go. Is this what a local grocery store has come to, being dishonest to the residents of the community that keep it in business.

They are very busy,employees are very polite,even under pressure...saw a lot of team work... took a long time trying to get my gas...I paid inside...probably better to pay at the pump...especially when they are busy...

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, good sales, great selection for a small store. My first time doing serious shopping in this area after moving here last month, and I spent exactly what I expected, didn't have to fight crowds or isles of things I didn't want, and was offered for them to stock something I was looking for they didn't have yet. I couldn't have had a better experience. I've missed REAL grocery shopping. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful place to shop close to home.

Been shopping here for years and unfortunately you have to make sure that your discounts are applied but meat department is always has been decent at cutting meat and is willing to meet your needs. Prices a little high on some things and unfortunately I never get bagged salad from there.

Great little grocery store with a surprising assortment of items available. The prices, especially on their meat selection, are incredibly competitive. I love stopping in here whenever we pass through the area to stock up our supply of meat in the freezer! And it's also a gas station with gas prices matching other convenience stores in the area.

I love this grocery store. Living in Ellabell has many perks to it and Ken's is one of those. As it's convenient for any shopping needs whether it's small or big. My husband goes basically daily for last minute things. Thank you for serving your community with such a wonderful environment. ❤

I always stop here when I'm in town. Love how clean the store is. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Excellent interaction with the man cutting meat. Love the owner and his wife. Will always make it a point to stop on my way home.

Great meats and good prices - with that old grocery store feeling. Be careful if you're buying sale items. They often still charge you the regular price. You just have to watch for it. Put the sale items at the back of the counter and watch each one scan.

Good rural grocery store. Great meat selection and quality. They don't have everything and it's not fancy. But their friendly and have great prices. Cheaper than Publix, not as fancy not as many choices. If I just need something to eat they have it. If I want something special they may not, but it's closer for me.

Considering there isn't much around you're kinda stuck with this place. I personally didn't care for the odd smell like something had rotted and the selections were mediocre at best. In the country you get what you get. The staff was friendly and polite. It wasn't a horrible experience but it could have been better.

I got great service. What are they people working on the floor it's very quick to help me find an item I could not find in the meat department. When check out time came they were very quick to call up a new cashier do you help with checkouts. Very friendly service and good prices.

Employees were rude and the manager did nothing to help. It’s his job to make sure his employees on his shift are practicing good customer service but it’s clear that ken’s does not enforce basic human decency. Will not be shopping again
