Was charged wrong price on a reduced item. The full price was scanned instead of the reduced price. They did have most of what I was looking for. The manager got a ladder and got me some items that were on the top shelf and is always pleasant when I go shopping there. My biggest fault with this store is not having enough people to put the stock out. So you don't know if they have the items that are in the circular or not. All the employees do seem to be busy most of the time when I shop there.

I won’t put names on here or the reason for one star. The worst dg I have ever been to and it’s new. In a very bad location and employees who don’t know what their own policies are for following customers out the store. Should never be done. This store really should be shut down!

This place needs ZERO stars! The two cashiers were having a conversation and completely ignoring customers. We stood in line listening to them use vulgar language and brag about how they knew how to 'fix' the stores air conditioner to be cooler without anyone knowing. The floors are cluttered with merchandise and trip hazards.

This location has the NICEST STAFF. They care about helping their customers find stuff and figure out why coupons are having issues. This is my new go to location.

Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. I wished I had gotten your name. She is a tiny colored gal and the guy stocking, white guy black hair was awesome as well. Very nice well stocked store! I will be coming back on my way through! Thanks for all y'all do

Cashier, Simone, walked up to ring me up. No words from her so I say hey how are you today. She says nothing but contiues walk past register back onto the floor to look at self check out machine. She comes back to the register, no words. I again say hey how are you today, nothing. She only very coldly instructed me on when to press yes on the credit card machine when prompted. I ask if she can get me a pack of cigarettes and she holds her finger up to hush me like Im her child and tells me to wait until she's done ringing. She shoved everything in one bag which ended up ripping. She also rudly told me to grab the bag when it was full and said im done with that meaning my soda and told me to get it. I myself work at a grocery store and could never imagine treating a customer this way. Not to mention there were break out carts full of inventory on every aisleI had to walk all the way around the store to get to the next aisle for what I needed. Then to be treated like that at check out. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible…cashier said to place the basket on the counter which I did because she did not want me to place the items on the register myself. When she grabbed my stuff out the basket, I told my young daughter to please put the basket up and the lady snatched the basked out of her hand and loudly said to not move her basket…. Worst customer service ever. Extremely disappointed

They never have the prices correctly labeled. Brought up 1 of the items to the cashier at check out she goes and looks to see that I wasn't lieing then says yea IDK why that's wrong. Istead of fixing the mistake she says "I can take it back off if you'd like" Which isn't the problem. The problem is this happens everytime. With multiple items prices being mislabeled.

Dont kno her title but black cashier that works at night was very rude to me and im a dollar general truck driver if shes that rude to me i can imagine her rudeness towards a customer
