There is no self check out at this location! The service is great with good people waiting on you and a cashier checking you out. I do not work for Walmart, and I am not responsible for inventory control. This location is a great place that is a better version of Walmart that most people had grown to like, and now we miss.I have three other walmart locations with similar drives to go to, but since this store is much more customer service oriented I prefer to shop at this location.

Ordered online just three items earlier today. So I stopped by between 3:40-4:00 pm for two cases of Coke cola and box of ziplock bags. Told me it will be after 6:30 before I could pickup. Arrived at 6:45 pm parked in #1 pickup spot out front. I still had to go in wait for someone to pull my order and I carried it out to my car myself. What is the point of ordering online and easy pickup at Walmart in Elberton, Georgia!

Real small walmart, feels older than some other walmarts, but they always have what I forgot, or got broken/lost. Not a tremendous selection, but still more than enough.

Love that they still have cashiers at the Elberton store. Only problem I found was they don't carry Dhkes Mayo. LOL!

Customer service is something this store truly lacks, never can you find a employee who knows anything and when they say they'll find someone to help no one ever comes. And don't get me started on the cashiers and Customer service center very rude and unfriendly, and they bag your items like it's garbage to be tossed away. They don't even deserve 1 star....

Being wheelchair dependent I use "curbside" pickup as is available. Today I parked in designated "pickup" spot & called- to get my orders brought to me. After 10-minutes of repeated calls/attempts I was forced to off-load my wheelchair, go to "service counter" inside. Why offer "curbside service" if it's not available?

Walmart sucks in general! Set up socks at self checkout! If we have to be our own walmart employee. You should've left self check out counter with conveyor belts!!!

They has a great selection of clearance and I was able to find help from an employee when I needed it that still doesn't make up for not having but one cashier everyday for the opening of the store and it gets very busy with people stopping by after dropping kids off at school and going to work

Very busy and not enough lines open. Self checkout plenty of but l don't do self checkout for 2 reasons. 1. It takes away jobs. 2. They should offer some kind of discount off your total because each person that uses them save Walmart money by them not having the amount of lanes open that need to be to take care of their customers. It's like care for the customers has gone out the door since the founder passed away. He cared about not only his employees but most importantly his customers because he knew that the customers is what keeps their door's open. Kmart started not caring. How many of those left now? People that are old and disabled shouldn't have to wait so long in line because there's only 2 lines are open because they would love to push people to self checkout and that's not going to happen with me. Start giving a discount to the one's who use self checkout then l might. I don't intend to make the rich richer because to them self checkout means saving money for them. That doesn't set well with me. I'm not a Walmart employee so l expect to have a employee ring up and bag my thing's.

Very small Walmart. The grocery side is VERY tiny.Self-checkout isn't available and it only has one (1) or two (2) cashier's available. (They opened another lane as I was waiting in line) However, the little boy section has a nice selection to choose from.

It's a baby Walmart, not a super Walmart but it's the go to place in Elberton for a variety of needs. And if you have a dog that loves to shop like mine, take him to Walmart they're dog friendly, dog approved.

For what It is, it's not too bad, you can get the basics. Bread, milk, eggs, wine and beer... limited groceries.Very old store, I think it's one of the first ones built. It's clean and employees are friendly.If you need to get groceries, we drive 20 miles to Hartwell. There's a Super Walmart there that has meat and everything else you need. Plus Hartwell Walmart has a gas station with lower price than others in town.To me, it's worth the trip.

I don't even understand why they have the walmart here. It's tiny, has almost no food, and has none of the other walmart services. This place needs a remodel and expansion. I literally leave town to go to a larger/better Walmart.

I hate Walmart, but It's a one-stop shop at times. Some of the employees here seemed nice. I sincerely hope they find better careers. Life's tough and big corporations like Walmart make it worse.

Add more food and less clothes and such. Was friendly enough but limited on food choices. Especially meat.
