I go in and get what I need for my chicken and when I go to pay it didn't come up as I added it up as I shopped so we look through and figure out how some one packed out a whole pallet of feed under wrong price not to mention it was down to 5 bags so it's been that way who noes how long and I ask to get it at price labeled displayed and I myself worked at MET at Cooperate side of home Depot so I know that u have to sell me that one well the manger get an attitude and say well just give it to him in the most rude un respectful way so I say I want have it you can't give it to you mad at me for your mistake sir so I left his name is Jim at elberton ga. Store I just like you to know how you managed is to his customers I will not be back along with cashier wasn't so friendly herself

This place is TOP notch! Not just the store and merchandise but the employees. They have been so helpful to me. We purchased land a number of months back near here. We travel an hour and a half to get here. We always forget something. Tractor Supply has been our go to. I misplaced my wallet last week inside the store, they used their cameras to follow my footsteps and found it for me. My life was in that wallet. Then yesterday we got to the land and had forgotten the keys to our lock box. I went there to find a bolt cutter. The young lady was very helpful in information she gave me to make a decision. The cutter I purchased worked and we were able to get on with our day. Great store GREAT employees! Thanks to each of you!!!!

Great store for small farm applications. It's called tractor supply but they don't sell tractors.hmm. or major parts for tractors.But it has most parts for a three point hitch as well as numerous attachements

Y'all's service is awesome!! Inside everyone is so friendly and professional.. Wednesday evening I got plants and other items from outside loaded it up and someone come to me with management( I was like I'm going to pay) they scanned everytime and I paid right there with my debit card and was gone ..great customer service!

I had a coupon for a FREE bag of dog food, which I’ve used multiple times at this very store before and was FORCED to pay for my dog food even after my coupon was scanned by the cashier WITH the manager standing there telling her how to ring my items up. This has NEVER happened to me before and as stated above I’ve used MANY of these coupons before. Extremely disappointed and I guess I will have to find somewhere else to shop for my $60 dollar bags of dog food.

They have about anything you need around a house or farm. I buy my chicken feed there at a good price. Some things are a little expensive for me but a great store all in all. Yea they have just about priced me out of shopping there. The baby chicks are good.

Tractor Supply here in Elberton is one of the anchor stores. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean. They have good parking and since they are open Sundays they can be a good resource for the hardware store that is closed Sunday. You won't find everything that the hardware store carries, but simple hardware thing's may be here.

First time at this location. I am finding out that if you been to one you been to all. Set up is easy to find, staff is always friendly, to talk with and help you, locations are clean, bathrooms are very clean. I will be back to Tractor Supply for my needs.

The staff was very helpful with my order. I called about a Husqvarna Backpack leaf blower to ensure they had it in stock. They only had 1 left in the store. I asked if it was possible to hold it since I had over an hour drive to the store to pick it up. The sales associate Kelly actually put my name on it and brought it to the front register area for me. When I arrived the check out process was super easy. I couldn't have asked for any better service than I received.

Editing to add: We still shop here at least weekly. The workers are so helpful and friendly. Megan (unsure on spelling, sorry) is especially full of information and we can tell she takes pride in her work. Thank you!We just moved to the area and made a few trips to Tractor Supply here in Elberton, Ga. The workers have been so helpful and super friendly.* Adding to my review as of 6-11-2023. Their Neighbor Club system keeps losing all my info and I've had to make endless calls and eMails trying to get this fixed. We've missed out on so many points and they can not pull them back up without me saving receipts and sending them, which is a major inconvenience. Currently, our information is not showing up at all and there is no point in sending our receipts. At one point our address was coming up as Tennessee as were EVERY customer according to the cashiers. C'mon...please fix this mess.

I love it, the people are so friendly, I buy all my animals food and supply there and I take my babies with me they even help me name my little sugar they said cause she so sweet. They said they welcome dogs and they love animals. It's a wonderful place they just like family

I went into this store about 2 months ago & thought it was imagined that I wasn’t greeted, but the man who came in behind me was, I ignored it and continued to search for what I was looking for. Nobody offered to help, although the store wasn’t overly crowded & workers were available. I checked out, wasn’t told thank you, wasn’t asked to come back in, or anything. I may as well had been using self checkout for the lack of conversation or politeness I was given from the cashier. I will never go back.

My first visit to tractor supply. You don't have to be a farmer or rancher to like this store, they have something for everyone.I ended up purchasing a Dingo style hat. I've received more compliments on that hat, which makes it well worth the price.

They were low on stock and used to get a 50 lb bag of dog food such as pedigree or dog Chow for $26 now you get a 44 lb bag for $26 or more for the pedigree and dog chow
