I love Ingles in Elberton, Ga. They have a great Deli, and you can eat inside too. The store has nice wide isles. The shelves are nicely organized, friendly employees, very clean! My favorite store!

Great produce section, .easy to navigate aisles, and a wide selection of every food imaginable. Priced right, clean, friendly clerks, and there are never random shopping carts littering the lot.

Ingles in Elberton is a surprisingly large grocery store with a wide selection of products. It's a good option with more variety than the nearby Walmart. However, be aware that the firewood prices are steep – I found them for $12 a bundle, which is significantly more expensive than the $8 bundles sold at the state park.

This is probably the nicest Ingles I've ever been to. I have never in my life seen one that had a Starbucks inside until now. Must be due to all the uppity people at chateau elan!

Me and my dad went to Ingles today at noon to have lunch on our break . They had no fried chicken, the vegetables they had out looked like leftovers from the day before. I don't know what is going on but this place has went down hill . That deli is a joke . We walked out and went and settled for a burger 🍔. I hope this gets management's attention.

The store was packed so I had to park on the other end of the store because I can’t walk far. I asked the young man that was bringing the shopping carts in can he please go get me a motor shopping cart because I have an injury and I can’t walk far I waited for 25 minutes. I was patient because I knew the store was packed until he came back in with more carts, I asked him again he ignored me so I held on to anything I could and went to the manager that wasn’t to far away told him what happened and he went and got me a cart so I could shop. They need to trained there employees customers come first! I have will not go there anymore! They lost a great customer because I have spent thousands of dollars in that store

Used to be a really great place until recently. For the last few months, Ingles has been going down hill quickly… less staff, inattentive staff, equipment issues (both in store and at the gas pumps), when you do see/need an employee, they’re on a cell phone texting or cutting up with their work buddies. Really poor service lately and the product selection gets worse every time we go. After weekly trips to Ingles over the past five years, I won’t be back. It’s a real shame, too; it was my favorite grocery store.

The only problem that I have with ingles is the produce such as oranges start shortening as soon as I get them home and the taste is not good most of the time. Everything else 8s great

We picked up a cake on 4/7 for my brothers birthday party. The whole cake was supposed to be camouflage, then we see that is has air bubbles all underneath the layer of icing, with random color splotches around the cake. As I got the cake, before I even looked at it I tried to tell the baker thank you but she walked away as soon as she put the cake in my hands without saying a word. Wouldn’t recommend, when we placed the order for the cake the lady was so kind, and the lady who we picked it up from a few days later was horrible.

Very high caliber grocery store. I would place it way above Publix and equal too the nicest Harris Teeter Store. CAROLINA CHAINI don't claim to know this area, but it really seems a little high end for the area. I would assume the prices are probably a little higher than say a FOOD LION.Everything was fully stocked and PERFECT.I'm just visiting the area for business so I'm not sure but the store looks brand new. This would definitely be my first choice for groceries if I did live here.

I don't really dislike shopping here.The store is very clean and very organized. The staff is very friendly. The downside is the prices are absolutely higher than the Kroger I can shop at if I go in the direction down 72.

I went to ingles about a year ago to get food off the hot bar and a fly was flying around the food and when I said something to the lady behind the food bar she said well flies got to eat too, also about three months ago I went back to for a plate from the Chinese food bar and I found two flies in my food, this was in Elberton Ga, and I'm not from there I was visiting, I took the plate back and the manager took the plate from me and started laughing, she went to the office and was doing work like I was suppose to walk away, I asked her what was she going to do and she asked me if I wanted another plate and I said no and she gave me my money back, her name was Angela Heard

Great hot deli plates as well as fresh made pizzas subs and newly added Chinese and can build your own salad at the cold bar which you can add any daily soup to enjoy for a great lunch and dinner! Plus many choices of finger snacks on the salad bar for a light snack or treat yourself and co workers to some fresh donuts and muffins from the bakery. All great for office parties or staff meetings or just about any of your gatherings during the holidays

Customer service is terrible at best. Cashiers beyond unfriendly. Staff throughout the store unwilling to help. A true monopoly on the groceries in the area and totally unfortunate for the people of Elberton. I only shop there in a pinch, and every time I’m reminded why I choose to make the drive to Athens or Hartwell instead.

Still constantly finding out of date products, including meat. Most of the employees have no idea of the store product inventory and are not helpful. Too much drama and carrying on goes on in this store. I told a front desk employee there are two workers handling all the raw hamburger with bare hands and joking around and he said, "Well this is their first day " Put gloves on!
