After about three months on ElbertonNet I have to say we are completely satisfied. The installation was quick and done right, and the installer helped me set up the router before leaving. We stream content every day while using i-pads, cellphones and a laptop for video conference calls, usually several devices at once, all on the basic plan for $59.95 a month. That's what we pay - no other charges on our monthly bill. I recommend a deco TP Link Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi system as your router.

TV is good, WiFi is good, tech didn't connect WiFi/ Internet to TV 𤦠will call to have him come back out to do so ,as I can't stream without it being connected šš¤¦

Internet never actually works well enough for major apps or games, they say itās the best internet in their package but the lowest one does the exact same as the top. Weāve had to call multiple times because internet isnāt working for any of our computers or tvs. In all honesty if youāre gonna charge more for the same service as the lowest price thatās called a scam and terrible service. Costumer support deserves a +10 star any one of em i call they are polite and try their best. As of the operation of services and technology itās terrible. In elberton there is no other choice so weāre all stuck with them. Best you can get out of them is to keep calling and telling them itās not working maybe some day theyāll be able to upgrade To better service.

So far so good . We didnāt get the fastest they offer but we didnāt get the slowest either . We have 4 smart TVs in our house that are on all thru out the night for the kids , including our smart phones . We have the internet 50 package . No complaints here . Enjoy having it . Recently upgraded the service . Bought a new router .

I'm very big on customer service had a problem with service dropping regularly called and a tech was out within a hour service was restored. Waiting to see if there's any more problems I have to admit the customer service is excellent rating is up to 4 stars will update again after I monitor how well service is

I can honestly say that we've had zero issues with this company and I consistently get the speeds I'm paying for, depending on the device I'm using. I currently have the internet 100 package. My outmoded laptop (I *just* tested) is getting 46.82 download and 9.66 upload. My cell phone is getting 93.86 download and is not giving me an upload speed. Both used the ookla speedtest at the same time connected via wifi. I currently have 4 devices connected to wifi and one wired. Never experienced any outages yet, and I experience standard slowdowns during peak hours. But I'm happy with what I'm getting and the price is absolutely fair -- I was paying MORE for windstream and only getting 20 mbps download and less than 3 upload. Satellite will cut out depending on weather or interference and cost and arm and a leg plus cap your data, which isn't practical when you have to be connected as much as we are. Mobile hotspots are also limited by data caps unless you want to pay out the nose. We honestly could not be happier with our service.

Customer service has been awesome thus far. Angie in particular has been terrific. We called and the next day they arrived and ran the wire from the pole to the house and connected the inverterbox and ground wire. The installer was very helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed various locations in the house to optimize the service and we decided go with the upgraded modem and wi-fi boosters. They will be here today to connect everything and activate the service. Stay tuned for further updates. FYI if any of the folks that gave poor ratings really want to go with a company that deserves zeros sign yourself up for Hughsnet and you will be locked in to two years of frustration. disappoi tment , terrible internet speeds that are slower than dialup and the WORST customer service known to man..

Service is very spotty all of the time. Out of a 30 day month, I can guarantee you at least 2 weeks worth of problems. They sabotage your WiFi. Sounds like a conspiracy theory at first but the WiFi seems to give you problems around the same time every month. Youāll see if youāre unfortunate enough to have to get them as your internet provider. Overcharging and underperforming. Would give em 0 stars if possible lol

Worse service ever but all we can get here. And when you call for help dispatcher 062 is rude as everything and gets an attitude when you are trying to get help. I would not recommend if you can help it

Customer service is horrible. Services are not any better. Had highest package for both internet and television. Internet cuts out or is not existent even through ethernet. Television stations dont play correct channels, pauses or skips constantly. Recordings dont record correct shows and or have skips and pauses in them as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I decided to use ElbertonNet for just internet service. 50mbps and the customer service has been great for the past year. They troubleshoot my router and come out for service on short notice. I think itās great compared to the big guys. Also, there are no contracts so you can cancel anytime.

Worst internet I have ever seen. I've lived all over the Southeast and this is by far the worst. Comcast is close, but this is unbelievable. And it's so expensive. If you have any possibility to get another provider, do it.
