Every encounter I have had with the assistant manager ‘Rica’ has been a negative one. Very sarcastic remarks, and very poor work ethic. It doesn’t hurt to smile and greet your customers, nor does it hurt to bite your tongue and hold the sarcastic remarks in, especially when you are an assistant manager. She’s gonna have a hard time in life.

Dollar General has revamped their stores now carrying much more than just well priced cleaning products they now also carry a wide array of home decor from sheets, rugs, throw pillows, and even some smaller tables, as well as, corner shelves and things! They have all sorts of home decor & storage items to redecorate your existing home or decorating and furnishing a new home all at a low price! Great place!

I have to give this place a five. I wish the district managers in southeast Texas were forced to come and speak to the DM here to understand how to make this happen in the Texas stores in my area.This is the second cleanest dollar general I have ever shopped and the first cleanest dollar general is located in the same town a few miles from this one.The stores are not just clean but well stocked and customers friendly

The store is kept in decent shape but the staff can be rude and a few a extremely nosy as well. They like to talk about each other and other customers which is very uncomfortable. One of the newer clerks also likes to call the other staff members racist and gossips. I find it is too much information for me when I am only coming in for some milk.

Mostly enjoy my shopping experience here, but recently have had lots of problems redeeming the $5 digital coupons on Sat. Be careful if these savings will make a difference in your budget.

Nice and clean, well organized. It's rare for them to have an item not in stock. Employee's are always friendly and willing to help you find something.

Most of the staff is nice and helpful, they stay better stocked than the other dollar general in town. Line is always super long and hardly have back up.

The lines are always extremely long and come on, when we want to go to a small store to just “ get what we need” we do not want to go and walk around a huge building, but then we have to wait in line wrapping all the way to the entrance because there is only one cashier

Sims to keep stock the cereal that bowman and the other DG in town is always out of just be prepared for a line not so much cashiers fault but just the amount of traffic
