Love to have late night desserts then this is the place to go. They serve til 11 on the weekends and 10:30 during the week. I suggest getti g rhe Royal New York Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard . It is heaven in a cup truly a delight to your tastebuds. Food cooked fresh and served hot ,fast and with a smile.Parking: Parking lot can accommodate most vehicles or work trucks with trailers . Went threw the drive threw 8-19 mid day 2pm and ordered 2 penut buster parfaits and for $15 you would think we would have more than 5 -6 penuts in this dessert . Call ask for a manager told him what I received and long pause and he says yes ! and I asked if they were out of penuts ?, he replied no ! OK so new employees that made them ? He replies , yes yes yes yes ,yes and 1 min of complete silence and at that point I was done asking questions and he surely wasn't offering to replace them . Check your order before you leave !! Moral of this review ,

We stopped to eat here because of the higher rating. Unfortunately, it did not stand up to the rating. It was a dirty restaurant and the women’s bathroom light did not work so we had to stand with the door open to wash our hands. We spoke with the manager about the bathroom and he said we needed to jiggle the switch…Lastly, our order did not come out right. It appeared that they needed a lot of help behind the counter.

We stop there a lot on our way to the N.C. mountains.Usually great food.Today, not so good.Service is always great and wonderful staff.Today the food was lacking it's usual greatness.Fries were not close to being hot and the toast was cold and hard.You couldn't even eat the Texas toast.I think maybe today, even a Texas bull would have had a rough time eating that toast.I know we'll be stopping there again.We just have to hope that next time is better than today.

Purchased two banana splits January 13 at Elberton, GA DQ. Just ice cream, banana and whipped cream, three tiny bits of pineapple, two tiny pieces of strawberry, half a teaspoon of chocolate syrup. Almost $6 each with tax. Total ripoff.

Great experience! We are use to going to our hometown Dairy Queen. So when we are out riding we like to stop for a quick ice cream especially if the weather is warm. This Dairy Queen was clean and easy to get in and out. The service was fantastic, even on our unique orders that they nailed! We would recommend stopping and get an ice cream on a warm summer afternoon.

My family loves to stop and get a treat. I get my ice cream very complicated making my own special and they are always ok with it. Great staff and owner been going here for 10 years and never been disappointed. Do not go too there dairy Queen in Hartwell Ga their ice cream is very different taste and texture is not the same Elberton Dairy Queen is all around great fort a family dine in outside or a quick treat for your sweet tooth.

Sorry but it was nasty.. Flying and dead bugs at the table. Did not receive what we ordered and too slow of service to have them complete it. Did ask for our ice cream sundaes..That was most important to the kids. Bathrooms (women's) not working. Will we go back. NEVER!!!!!!!! This review is for the Elberton store.

I've been coming to this Dairy Queen for 40 years. The food is consistent, the place is clean but the service is a little lackluster at times. I know most are high school kids in there but it would be good to not be treated like an inconvenience when you need something a little out of the ordinary... say, like napkins when the container on the table is out ;-)

Nice place. A little out-dated in comparison to the other Dairy queen restaurants. I have been to this location many times and the employees are courteous and friendly. Inside is usually as clean as you would expect in a fast food restaurant. No mustard in the tables so you have to ask.

We came through on a motorcycle, hot and obviously worn out. They had all the chairs on the tables and wouldn't even allow us to stand over in a cool corner to cool off and rest with an ice cream. There were no other customers inside. They were all using the drive through. I told them we couldn't do that and had 5 more hours to home. Nope. Too bad.So we headed on down the road and found the next town with a Zaxby's. We will remember this next time we come through.EDITED REVIEW AFTER DQ APOLOGIZED.That was classy and much appreciated. You earned stars back for that.

The staff is very nice. The food is good. The restaurant needs a good cleaning. There has been a dirty rag in full view of the dining area that has been hanging over some kitchen equipment for weeks now. Everything is sticky and greasy. It looks dirty behind the counter.

Better off testing your luck to see if the McDonalds ice cream machine is working. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and a cookie dough blizzard. The milkshake was basically a vanilla shake with half a squeeze of chocolate syrup. The blizzard was made with the leftover chocolate milkshake, with all the cookie dough sitting on top. Not even mixed. Once again, test your luck with McDonalds.

National Ice Cream Day? Attendant was completely unaware of the $1.00 off cones. I showed the ad, she wrote down the code for later.She could not understand it is $1.00 off every cone. I didn't argue when she would only take it off one of the cones I ordered. I guess it's hard to get workers.

My favorite restaurant in elberton I tip them all everytime I go in bc there such amazing employees they are the best of the best and if you ever where in elberton georgia that's the best place for food, customer service, and all out everything they make you feel like family and they do there jobs with a 1,000,000% everyday
