Calling to clear up an auto refill issue where I incurred a large shipping cost as I live on the road full time and get cut off mid explanation with “wasting her time, I will just put the medicine back then”…sorry if my explanation was too long but most people don’t understand our living and prescription handling. Either way there are nicer ways to handle conversations with your customers.

Very unprofessional place to shop at. I called to see what time my meds will be ready and the people in the pharmacy informed me that it was in the truck and they didn’t have time to go through the truck to retrieve it. She told me that I didn’t understand how busy it was and I informed her that I worked for cvs for 8 years and I know they could lookup the invoice and find the tote that the medication was in. She said it will be after lunch to even do that and she then hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for pharmacy needs. Cvs has gone down hill tremendously and they will just hire anybody just to get a body in the store. If you care about your health DO NOT shop here.

Short staffed, just go anywhere else. We were happy to move. Lack of communication, and effort is staggering. They lack confidentiality, announcing your birthdate aloud in the waiting area. Did not advise us, but did not fill a reasonably expensive perscription instead of asking our preference, they just declined the perscription. They used to be great.

The pharmacists here in Elberton are phenomenal. I wish I could remember the dark haired lady with glasses. She always made sure that my medicines were ready on time and when my insurance wouldn’t try to pay at the time, she worked with them to have them cover what they were suppose to. I was going through some hard times physically last year and she made sure that my medicines were taken correctly. I’ll always be grateful for them.

Person at the counter refused to help patient who had had recent surgery. Person also maintained that the she would not help with OTC meds due to federal restrictions. Not only was she factually wrong she was incredibly rude. Why shop there? Walgreens had no issues helping.

The past two times I been in this store this young lady that works at the front registers is very rude and unprofessional. CVS need to train their employees about customer service. I can go spend my money elsewhere

Drive thru lets customers sit 45 minutes and counting . This is also the COVID testing line that you have to have an appointment . No reason to keep customers waiting this long. Clerk inside said they were waiting for prescription. Te

I have called several other pharmacies and stores today, and this was the most helpful. I called trying to locate a specific product for my 4 year old son.The store manager actually answered the phone and was so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I may misspell his name, but I think it was Tyree.

The freezer food is So Disgusting the pizza i bought was so spoil The only thing good about CVS is that ice cream everything else is very old I don't believe the manager checks the freezer to make sure it's working never again 🤮🤢

Please don’t use the minute clinic for testing cus I have tested at Elberton CVS on 11/11/2020 and my results are not done even today 11/18/2020. Looks like they gone politics
