I love my cricket when I change my service over the associates helped me with my phone and they were so knowledgeable on what to do. They answered any questions that I’ve had they’ve helped me with everything that I’ve asked. The only problem that I have is the service in different places and I know this will get better with time but I hate the fact when I go to my sons house I have no service whatsoever and that is in Elberton.

I went into the Elberton Ga store yesterday and yes they were still open. Aubrey and Austin were there and they were so helpful and kind. Aubreyn got all of my data transferred to my other phone so I could use it while I waited for my replacement one to come from thr Cricket warranty center. She and Austin took the time to explain everything to me so that I didn't mess anything up. I went to the UPS center and sent it out at 1:30 pm. I received my new phone in exactly 24 hours. I love Cricket. I havr been telling everyone about them. Thank you Aubrey and Austin for all that you did.I went back today to get my set up and Austin, Mallory, and Emily took great care of me again. This crew is great.
