First time visit. Nice clean establishment. Large portions. We had the peel and eat shrimp for appetizer, husband had the lake oconee po boy. I had the pan seared scallops. All pretty good. The only surprise was the 5% added to the bill for "supply chain charge".

My wife and I were followed around by an out of uniform employee who decided to harass us while picking out deodorant. She proceeded to tell us we could not smell them, as we would ruin them and then we wonder why the prices have gone up. She identified herself as the lead in the HBA department and that she “knew what she was talking about”. To avoid issue, we simply said okay and went about browsing. She then CONTINUED to harass us and go on about why people “like us” were the reason her department is so messed up and why there is so much damaged product in the stores. Mind you, we were literally just removing the outer caps to smell the scents, not the plastic ones protecting the product itself. She then decided to stay in the isle with us until we left which then she STILL followed us throughout the store. I am disgusted with how wet we’re treated I cannot help but think it was homophobic. We will never be returning to this Walmart.

Automotive dept staff are friendly and efficient. Ordering tires at WM dot com, having them delivered to the store then installed there is convenient and increases the variety of tires available for your consideration. Latest visit was 2/21/24.

Average Walmart. Plenty of parking. Clean. The self checkouts numbed about 15. Only three other assisted lanes available. Plenty of fresh produce, and the grocery shelves were fully stocked.

Walmart checkout is awful at the Milledgeville store. We stood in line longer to check out than we spent shopping. Lady running the checkout process was rude and made us wait. This is socialism at its worst!!!

Customer service associates are very rude and offer no assistance. I felt very discriminated against as a older Caucasian all I wanted was for them to do the right thing. Not make a spectacle out of the situation.Very rude people.

Always helpful. What can you say. This one is on the outskirts of town easy to get in and out of traffic. What's real cool is there are 3 mega stores on the same road. 441. Located in Madison, Eatonton, and Milledgeville. Check it out.

This is a smaller Walmart however I’d rather go to this Walmart than any other! They actually have cashiers and more than one or two so you don’t have to wait in line forever to check out!

For the most part, if you prefer doing things yourself, Walmart anywhere, is a good option.......the stores are usually clean and plenty of options for you to choose from no matter what you're looking for.....Only down side is finding someone actually working and not wanting to be bothered because they are on their phone or huddled in groups of 2-4 people......same at checkout.....But the question is.......is it worth it for the value and money you save?????? I would say most likely, since most of us keep returning....lol

The lady named Sandy at the self checkout was fabulous!!!! I just went in to get coconut oil and as I was checking out she came over to check on me. We had a conversation... You don't find many like her in these places!!! Jesus is coming soon! Repent. Look up to Him ..

I like to shop here. But if you ever need to call them on the phone they will not answer. No department. I have called today has answered and I have called several times. This is not the first time. And it's not just this Walmart. It's all Walmarts. They are known for not answering their phone but eventually somebody usually picks up not this one!

Good customer service most of the time.On 6-24-2022 Erica cheated my wife out of money on a return. When trying to show her the mistake she made it clear I was stupid. Then she followed me to boys clothes and informed me that we were just stupid white people and she was going to do us this way every time we come in this store. She said there is nothing you white people can do about it !

The store is never full and faced out and always shud be which always makes a better-looking quality of a store. That is managements responsibility to have the employees to do. Prices are never at the right price as advertised, and products are in the wrong place. Meats and cold items are left all over the store, in which someone should constantly be walking around getting them back to the cold aisle so they do not ruin and place back on shelves so people buy them. Just all around bad management. Order online, and the stuff you order is never there on shelves, they say. You go back in to see, and guess what, there it is plain as day. Sorry, and lazy employees that don't want to do the job. Management!! Poor as can be. Produce is never fresh looking as it should be. Pallets in the aisle at times in the day, and you can't get to stuff, as stocking shud always be done at night and only in day when absolutely out of a product. Floors should always be cleaned and waxed at night as well. Things have changed in life thru the years as nobody seems to care. A lot of other places in Thomson are the same way. We need a Publix or another store and better management period.
