Eastman Tractor Supply. I bought three bags of Retriever for dog food. I opened two of the bags. In both of the bags, there was mold. The third is currently unopened. I spent 30 minutes back to back phone calls trying to reach Tractor Supply in Eastman. No one answered the phone. This is during normal business hours on a Friday. Completely unacceptable business practice as when I called the sister store, they told me that they have a three-ring answer policy. I have to drive back down there to try to resolve this situation. I have posted pictures of the mold inside the bag of dog food on the main website. There was no evidence on outside of the bags of water damage.

Love this store! It's clean and stocked. They are helpful, friendly, and have a variety of things to shop for. Love that they carry back chicks, ducks, & ect. during the spring months. I always shop for dog, guinea pig, & mouse food for my fur babies. I always get a great deal. They usually have my needs on sale. Thanks to every worker for always helping me.

If your going to Tractor Supply after something then you already know what they offer. I picked up some chicken feed and some smalls. What I can say is that the staff were very friendly and accommodating.Definitely made a good impression on me. Congratulations management. I think you've put together a good little staff there in Eastman.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have my dogs brand of food at a decent price. I love the different varieties of items for sale. I could look for hours in this store and not be bored.

I love tractor supply have spent a lot of money in the past,courteous employees until today.i waited 1 hour for propane so I ask if I could pick it up after I run some errands employee said I could do whatever I wanted to but he wasnt responsible for the tank so I ask the manager and she was even more rude than the other guy so i will get propane but it damn sho won't be from tractor supply or any thing else far as that goes.

Wow...the prices left much to be desired. The staff (the two that I saw) were friendly enough. The animal feed was very high and harnesse as well. The shelves were stocked and nicely arranged.

Great customer service in Eastman. For larger items, I highly recommend price shopping as each location charges different prices and TSC will honor the price from their other stores. Worth calling around on fencing etc

I like everything about the store except for the way they care for the chicks. I got all mine from here but every single time they have them, I constantly tell them they need food and water, every time and some die from being trampled on. I went today and same thing, no food or water. Very sad.food and water next to containers and they can't take 5 minutes to feed and water them.

Good place for your "harder to find" items - such as lawn equipment parts, livestock food/meds/accessories, welding equipment, fencing, trailers, some home repair items... Just depends on what you need but always great customer service and most the time a quick check out. Certain times of year they also sell chickens and ducks.

I called the store looking for underground fencing for my dog. Not only was the associate acting as if he were too busy to talk to me, but he also told me that what I was looking for, was there in the store. I get there, they had nothing I needed. He told me there was probably one on the truck. Which would be unloaded "tomorrow". He told me his manager had to be there to see. So I left, got home, called the store, asked for a manager, and he hung up on me.

Horrible experience, my husband and I went to the tractor supply in Eastman Ga. @ the time we were the only blacks in the store , my husband wanted to purchase a tool box for his pick up truck , he asked the guy up front @ the register if he could get someone to get him a price check on a toolbox he said “yes “ , so we waited & waited & waited no one came to help us so finally we put our other items back & walked out of the store , my husband decided that we would go to Tractor Supply in Warner Robins , I thought that all businesses needed to make money especially during this pandemic but I guess NOT !

Too many choices of dogfood. I want my pets to eat nutriously but how can I buy one that my dog will actually eat as well as be healthy for them? I enjoy shopping here ...

We shop here regularly for dog food products and recently purchased a bag that was taped up after apparently being ripped open. They discounted the price when we asked, with no issue.

No help at all, some cashier named Phil couldn't even be bothered to bag my purchase, couldn't find anyone to help with a purchase at the service desk and no one seemed to be working in the entire store,I will pick up my purchase there when it comes in but I won't buy anything else from the Eastman store
