The Duluth groomers are rude and don't listen to how you want your pet groomed. I asked and showed how to shorten the tail and they whacked the end off. Left hair around her face and ezrs. Told me she screamed when they tried to cut her nails. Very unprofessional.

Horrible experience at the PetSmart grooming in Duluth, terrible customer service, extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They had no patience with my puppy.
