Wonderful service, I'm always greeted when I walk in. I love using the hotel services and so does my pup. Everyone knows my pup! Grooming is always great, the team suggests the best service for my pet and she always feels and smells great!

Do not bring your puppy to the hotel my dog was perfectly fine until he came in there I regret it. The day I picked him up they took a long time to get him out when he came out they said it he peed himself and had to rinse his paws. He smelled bad I notice when I picked him up they don’t clean the poop I saw a dog in his cage laying down and poop right under it. If people are taking care of your dog they should be walking around and looking for stuff like this so they can clean up and the dog aren’t sitting under poop for a long time they can easily step on it. Since he came back he had horrible diarrhea he seems nervous who knows what they did to my baby I do not recommend this place at all and I wished I never took my baby in there 2 days later he still not acting like himself I had to pay the vets for an exam and he ended up getting and iv because they said he said was dehydrated I had to pay a vet fee my dog was obviously stress and had to suffer never again will he come back to this nasty place.

My dog got groomed here, worst experience. Hes husky and they shaved him instead of giving regular grooming. Manager was super rude and said thats what we asked. After 3 days of arguing we had apologies from them side. Do not recommend get grooming there. Now we need to take care of our dog and watch out for sunburns or heat stroke.

Night manager was extremely rude and disrespectful!! He was a bald headed man! Basically accused us of something I guess because we are black! Then said he would not accept our return after asking us the reason for bringing the merchandise back… You would think someone in his position would know how to talk to customers yet he does not. Coming from someone who works in professional settings he is someone I would never hire! This maybe why you all are losing customers!! I would not even give it a one star!!

Very clean and has a wide variety of products for all types of pets. They also have a pet hotel if you need to board your cat and dog. I use the in store pickup which saves me time when I'm in a hurry.

THEY ARE THE WORST AND VERY RACIST PEOPLE! IT WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND THEY SENT ME TO A ROOM FOR 25 MINUTES AND NOBODY CAME IN. I SAW MELISSA SUPPOSED TO BE A VETERINARY NURSE I WAS CALLING HER AND SHE WOULD IGNORE ME AND ROLL HER EYES! WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS, SHE WAS SAYING UMMMM AS IF SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING. I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME A SECOND I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY DAUGHTER AND SHE WENT BACK TO THE FRONT AND STARTED LAUGHING WITH THE VET DOCTOR ABOUT THE WAY I SPEAK AND MAKING RACIST JOKES AND THEN REFUSING TO DO BLOOD WORK ON MY PET BUT TRY TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING TO MY PET!!!!!

This location is usually decent with friendly staff, but on my most recent visit, it was far from that. We got to the store in hopes of purchasing a hamster. We noticed that one was up for adoption, and when we asked about it, the lady working in the pet care department rudely explained that it had a messed up jaw. She talked to me as if I didn't know what I was doing or talking about, but I own 3 hamsters and work at another pet store. I have done endless amounts of research and I know more than any chain pet store would about hamsters. She reluctantly showed me the hamster by startling it awake. She then immediately shut the enclosure and wouldn't let us near the hamster. I used to work at a Petsmart and there were never any rules regarding not letting a PAYING customer see the animal that they're interested in. She then proceeded to walk away and not help us at all. We had not been rude, we simply asked to see the little guy. She seemed so careless about the animal and that really hurts to see as an avid animal lover. On top of all that, the condition in which the betta fish and the reptiles were in was appalling. All of the bettas were floating on their side and the water was GREEN as if it hadn't been changed in weeks. They had SEVEN leopard gecko's in one small habitat and 6 bearded dragons in another. It's ridiculous how little regard that these chain pet stores have for their small, helpless animals. I myself know that you have to follow policy, but that is truly not policy. They are small and they need us to give them good quality of life. Whether they're in the store for one day or one month, it is our responsibility to take care of them and make them the happiest that they can be. STOP HIRING PEOPLE THAT KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT ANIMALS. STOP HIRING PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT WILLING TO DO THE RESEARCH. STOP HIRING PEOPLE THAT CANNOT EVEN TAKE 5 MINUTES OUT OF THEIR DAY TO FIND A GOOD, LOVING HOME FOR THESE ANIMALS. I was more than happy to adopt this hamster, as he was special needs, and I am an avid animal lover but when you're given service like we were given, it's hard to want to continue supporting these stores.

They had an assortment of kittens for adoption...all fot $35!! The staff was very nice the entire time. They even had suggestions for what to get. Great experience.

Do not take a large dog here for grooming! They rescheduled the first time because the groomer was new and cannot do large dogs. Rescheduled for a Saturday and after 30 min called us to pick up our dog. They said they could not finish because our 55 lbs golden doodle is a “large dog and needs 2 people to shave him”. They asked us to bring him back on a day they aren’t busy! Sent him home half shaved!

The customer service is horrible, me and 5 other people waited in one line as none of the registers had cashiers. It's been 10 minutes and multiple workers have walked by seeing the line not bothering to check us out, wasting our time. Train your staff better

They are all so wonderful and they take great care in a several areas customer service is excellent and they have a dog training class but they dont have much of a variety if you look for more exotic pets they are here but they have alot of animals to be adopted and i appreciate the fact that they are putting a lot of effort into saving the lives of animals a bit expensive at times but it does balance out with their rewards a bit more if you get different items and/ or consitantly go. I personally just get touched when people seem to care that much about animals they are always healthy and well taken care of. This is bucket. We adopted her and she is an amazing cat. And she plays with all 3 one of wh other cats and 2 chinchillas.Shes been that way from day one and we have had her 3 for years.So Thank you guys.

The service here has really gone down, and to be honest, every fish I've bought from here has died in fairly short order. To those who think they can sneak in a last minute guppy purchase: nope. They won't let you have any fish after 8pm. Lights on the tanks go out and everything. Not sure when exactly they started that but there's no sign or warning via the PA, so just be aware.

Grooming salon is trash! They halfway gave my dog a haircut, stopped because they though they cut her, brought her to the vet, vet said she was fine but NEVER finished her haircut. They did reschedule but when I called to reschedule NOBODY is answering the phone. I’ll have someone else fix my dogs jacked up haircut. Won’t be back at ALL!

Never take your pet to this slaughterhouse. They take every last cent from you to give it a medicine that lowers its defenses. There is a constant rotation of veterinarian's. If you want your pet to be in good health, and have it checked from head to toe, it is strange that they do it here. They convince you to buy medical insurance, only to end up not using it. No wonder there is a current demand. If you parked to enter, get out... running... for the life of your beloved pet and for leaving money unnecessarily. Health is priceless; But it is with responsibility and the medical oath that they take when graduating. "They are graduates of the pickpockets of Spain."And the hotel stinks.

It's well organized, clean, and a lot of brands. They also have kittens for adoption when I went. A few items have a sale to buy three and receive a free item. There are restrooms by the dog food toward the back which were clean. They have dog training and I believe a dog day care. More information on their website and by location.

No one was at the hostess stand for literally 10 minutes. After the young lady came up, she did some computer tapping, never looked at us, and never acknowledged any of the 5 separate couples in front of her. Then walked away. I made a comment to my other half about it, and then everyone started making other comments. A waitress came up to look at the computer and asked if we had been helped and a strong, resounding no came from 10 people at the same time. She apologized for the hostess and sat us. Our waitress and food were great.

Although the people seem nice there, the cashier was not able to ring up my prescription dog food cause they say we didn't have the prescription# but we showed the doctor receipt. I can go to the other persmart and they know exactly how to ring up the food when I show them the receipt. Why is this? It appears someone doesn't know how or what to do or what they're saying.

The staff is super friendly. I took a star away for a couple of reasons. 1) They are almost always out of crickets. They get shipments in on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if you have a reptile that has crickets as a main diet then you better make sure you're there on those specific days and the earlier the better because they run out quick. To be honest though, I think this goes for all locations (the running out fast part) your better off starting your own cricket farm so you don't have to worry about this issue. 2) I've used the curbside service at this location a few times and most of those times the wait is over 20 minutes. Only once was it less than 10. Last time I went I was waiting for about 20 minutes and when I finally called to check the status they weren't even aware of my arrival despite me checking in on the app. They did come quickly though once I called and spoke to someone. 3) I rescued a dog and tried to inquire on three different occasions for obedience training. I gave them my information, but never heard back from them. Other than these things this is a good location.

If I could do negative stars, I would. I’ve never had any issues when it came to getting my dog groomed. However this time, my dog came back with her right eye swollen and red. My dog could barely open her eye at this point. Took her back to the groomers to ask what happened and all she could say was “you can take her next door to banfield and if they say it was due to a grooming issue, then they’ll pay for everything.” Extremely rude and didn’t care about the well-being of my dog. Mind you, my dog was perfectly fine before we dropped her off and has never had any eye issues. Took her to banfield and the doctor said it could be a tumor in the back of her eye which I would understand because I do have an elderly dog but I doubt this was the reason why all of a sudden after getting groomed, her eye would be swollen within hours. She sent us home with some antibiotics and that’s it. Tried to refer me to a neurologist or optometrist. Absolutely unprofessional and had no empathy towards the situation. Came home and discharge started coming out of her eye to the point it completely shut her right eye. You can tell it was an infection. Doesn’t take a doctor to realize that the groomer messed up and refused to take accountability. I understand stuff happens and if my dog was wiggling around or whatever. If she called me and apologized for the mistake as soon as it happened, I would understand. Absolutely negligent on both the groomer and the doctor at Banfield. I would never step foot in that place again.

Dont subject your beloved pet to these monsters that work in the hotel. We have used this location off and on for 6 years for our sweet little rescue dog. From time to time i have worried a bit about her care. She is always so dehydrated when she comes home but i always figure she is just on strike cuz we left her but you never really know. Anyway, she was dropped of last thurs at 10am. This time she required pain meds twice a day crushed into wet food. I always portion out and mark her food. I had pre cut her pills as she gets half in morning half in evening. I sent exactly as many bags of food and as many split pills as needed. When i picked her up sat at noon there were 2 bags of food and all of the split pills left. They just called and told me they didnt feed her thurs evening cuz i fed her in the morning? Number 1, she is always fed wet food in the evening for as long as she has come there. Number 2, how did she get her evening meds if not crushed in that wet food? There is no answer to that that will make any sense! Our best guess is that she received no medication during her stay. She could not get up the stairs when we got home she was in that much pain. That is unforgivable. They caused my sweet little girl to go hungry and to be in pain. That is just evil. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate. If there is justice in this world for helpless animals this location will be shut down!
