Cashier not paying any attention as I stood there waiting to pay for several minutes, then when someone else walked up she told them to go to the middle register. I said "um, I was here first" and she continued to check them out. Definitely just going to go to the petsmart around the corner next time.

Went in for a visit close to closing tonight, and everything was spotless and well organized! First time I've ever been to a pet store and not seen dead fish all over the place. All the animals looked healthy and happy! And they had a huge assortment of animals! Didn't see any cats or dogs, but the birds and fish were especially amazing! The birds even had their own little glass room, which I thought was a nice touch.

They tried to cancel my dog grooming appointment on their own because the groomer got sick, then wanted to charge me a cancellation fee because THEY needed to cancel. Never coming back.

Had items listed online as IN STOCK and didn't actually have any of the item so now my order is going to be delayed on stuff I actually needed. Next time I'll just order from chewy since when they have stuff listed in stock it actually shows up. Thanks Petco. 👎

Very inexperienced staff the coral section is dying and when I brought it to their attention all they had to say it’s “okay” this is the second time I been to this facility and noticed it if they don’t have the right staff to care for this animals they should not even have it for sale .

The skinny bald guy with glasses that works the fish section is extremely rude. He also doesn’t know much about fish. Please hire people that actually know something about fish or train them more. He wasn’t even competent enough to catch fish with a net. He injured a fish in the process of getting me some, and the one he injured ended up dying. The store’s inventory would’ve got 5 stars, but this employee made it a zero.

We absolutely love Petco. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. And The grooming department is so wonderful with my Romeo. They have a great selection for all your pet needs. They even have XXS sizes for my little boy.

This petco made my kids day. We were looking for a small kitten to adopt and we had been to about four other places before visiting here. As soon as we saw her we had to have her! The store associates informed us that we could not play with the cat unless we filled out an application online. So we stood there and filled it out. Pawproject reached back out to us within the hour and scheduled a time for us to come back and meet the cat. We came back and they gave us a 101 class on cats and we got to hold her. We were in love. The store manager showed us all the items on sales that we’re definitely necessary for a new cat. Everything was affordable and everyone was so kind and helpful during our adoption process. One of the best pet stores in the area. I travel a good distance for treats and food only sold at this location. I have 6 pets stores closer to me and try and give them a chance every now and then. Every. Single. Time. Disappointment. Also,the staff is always helpful with smiles and they offer great grooming services.

Love Petco! They have the biggest selection for cat food, toys, and products than any other pet stores. I have two cats at home and I love getting them stuff from Petco. Never had an issue with the staff or the store! I pass at least 3 other pet stores to go here.

Nice place with great employees. I buy my dogs food there since they are the only place that sells it locally without having to buy it online. I thought the hamsters were so cute so I took some pics. They have some good deals here and a different variety of products than petsmart does in some areas, for example the leashes and collars for dogs and dog food a different brands than petsmart. Now they don't carry a ton of different brands but they do carry the good brands as I see it.

I think everyone I've met at this location is nice. The manager is a little businesslike for warm conversation but she's still nice. The fish department has some products you can't get at petsmart, so I like that, too. I've only had good luck with their cichlids, no others. For other tropicals I prefer the Snellville location- their fish are always healthier.

Viviana (Grooming) and Michael (store manager) were both very incredible! Viviana groomed my small puppy to its finest. Watching how she treated her blew me away and will make this Petco my regular place to come. Michael was extremely helpful in the store and definitely built my trust. Great place to take your pups/pets for any needs! For grooming, ask for Viviana. For any other question or request, ask for Michael!

Dog training: My wife and I had our doberman puppy trained at Petco by Ray. The class was puppy level 1 and trainer Ray was very knowledgeable about dogs’ behavior and helped us understand how to train our puppy at home. Ray is a very effective trainer and made the class very fun for all of us. I highly recommend her training class.

Since I can remember, the family and I have been coming here. I specifically love the small animal, reptile, and aquatics section of the store. They have an awesome selection of aquatic and aquatic plant life! If you want to find something you won't see in a typical pet store, this is the place to go. I'll sometimes go with no intention of buying anything (like a trip to a mini aquarium lol). The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable too!
