We bought all of our aquarium accessories from this location during on a week night and went back on a Saturday afternoon to get some fish. The store manager, Steve and staff (Mal) were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both times were pleasant experiences. I think the prices are comparable to PetSmart. They have some cool stuff here. Store looked and smelled clean to me. Tons of parking in the center.

Nice store, not for me. Upon walking in you smell urine and feces. In fact, many of the fur-babies in the cages were laying in their bodily fluids. Not sure if they were short staffed the day I went in, but cleanliness needs to be their MAIN priority. They were busy stocking shelved that already had things on them. I felt bad for the animals.

I will admit this place doesn't have the greatest selection BUT every single thing they lack in that department they make up for in customer service. Amber and Angie were wonderful. Helpful and patient and really went the extra mile to make my first visit to that location a memorable one. If you live in the Johns Creek, norcross, alpharetta area you gotta stop in!

This is a well kept place and the staff is super protective of the animals and that is something I appreciate and look for. So, please do not be offended if you ask to hold an animal and they ask you if you are seriously considering purchasing because animals have been mistreated and handled roughly by customers who are just there for fun. You want a place serious like this because if you do purchase an animal you can guarantee it would be a low chance of them getting sick or dying. They really do care. I wanted to convince my husband who lost a companion that was a bearded dragon to not replace but open his to getting another companion and I went to the bunnies and asked to hold one and Anya of the associates asked me if I was seriously considering purchasing and then I explained what I was trying to do for my husband and she completely understood and explained why she asked me what she did. My husband seemed a little skeptical of the bunny but she suggested a gecko and that really sparked his heart... well after an hour of convincing since the lost was recent. She really knew a lot about the animals like they were her own. She even wanted Comet (the gecko) for herself. Lol. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I will add a pic of Comet when we pick up him tomorrow. We already purchased and they allowed him to stay put so we can get his home ready. I normally go to the Pet Super Market in Lawrenceville near where we live but we just dropped in to get a treat for our fur baby (dog). And left with a new member of our family. This place is better than a Petco in my opinion more support from the staff. Thank you guy's!

This store used to be decent. But they've gone through lots of staff here recently. The new manager (Dez?) was very off-putting and rude to customers. It is also clear she has no idea what she is doing as her advice on fish was 100% wrong. I had to intervene and give the customer the right info. so they could make an informed decision.The place looks dirty and the animals don't seem very well cared for at all. Dead fish in dirty tanks and smelly birds and rabbit cages. It's just awful. Take the extra drive to the other Pet Supermarket in Suwanee!

We loved this place so much even got our cat here back 8years ago but today just made me so mad. Was interested in buying a rabbit and asked if we could pet one they had and was told only if you are really interested in buying it. How we going to know if we love it or want it if we don’t know how it is with us on contact. Never coming here again just made me so upset.

The staff here is always really friendly and knowledgeable. I came in recently to get some specialty food for my kitty after his stomach surgery, and I know I was looking stressed out. Right away the staff was there by my side to help me find the right food to help make sure my little guy got better. Thank you all for all of your compassion and assistance!

Our family started up a new aquarium with very little aquarium knowledge. We went to every fish store between here and Dawsonville and the girl here was definitely the most knowledgeable. Finally someone who could tell us who could peacefully live with who. Our tank is running beautifully. Our fish seem happy and healthy several days later. We had 1 casualty, but he was weird and went into hiding from the start...I think the long car ride and new environment stressed him out. Their prices on aquarium decor and accessories was great too. They also carry a variety of furry creatures, including 1 hideous little...naked guinea pig?

Definitely recommend, product selection is great, the prices are affordable and comparable to other pet stores like petsmart. But the customer service is not comparable, this little store has some of the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile. It was refreshing. My dog had a blast choosing what treats and toys she was getting. They have an excellent selection of natural treats. Love it.

Founds some pumpkin purée for my puppy. They have a lot of nice things for your pet here.The guy at the register with the black hair was very helpful because I originally came in for a puppy play pin.

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. There are quite a few dog people there and we spent a few minutes chatting about best toys for strong chewers and how to keep my dog from chewing things that are not hers. Extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.

I spend about $3,000 a year here. I am a pet sitter, buying for clients dogs and I have 5 dogs. Super friendly , helpful staff. Prices are very reasonable . They never push things on you , but good at informing of new pet products, which is useful to me and my clientele.

Great staff. Would have given 5 stars but their feeder rat and mice supplier is a bit inconsistent. Shannon was super helpful though and they have a decent selection of pet supplies for all animals.

Fine selection and service, but per-item prices are higher than the big box stores like Kroger and PetSmart by a few dollars. Convenient if you're nearby, but just know you're paying for that convenience.

Wow. The manager of this store was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help us find the right food for our Gecko. She even ordered smaller meal worms for us to try. Felt like we were in a locally owned and operated store, which was a really refreshing change from the typical Atlanta "figure it out on your own" big box stores.

This is the best pet store I've ever been to. They always make sure they scan my card to give discounts. If my dog gets sick from eating a bag of their food they will give me a bag free. They know me and they know my dog. I prefer them over petco or petsmart to be honest.

I like this place don’t get me wrong but the store manager who is there the old lady is very rude when I wanted to exchange my bunny for another bunny she told me this was the last exchange for today I said what you mean this is my first exchange she was like I know this bunnies are perfectly healthy so I looked at her crazy like go get my bunny so I can go that’s what made it a 2 star because of her attitude. She probably was upset she was there by herself

I got my puppy from this location. The staff is exceedingly sweet to patrons and animals. Every time I came in they went out of there way to make sure all of my questions and needs were met. Love you guys!
