I've only been in this store location twice now and all I can say, AMAZING TEAM! There were a total of 3 workers when I walked in and each greeted me and were so helpful with any questions I had. One lovely lady helped me til end of her shift and ensured I was good before leaving. The employee's here are always willing to help and honestly seem to enjoy sharing their knowledge which is even more helpful!!!! They are truly happy to help.

I visited the Duluth, GA Hollywood Feed yesterday to pick up food and treats for my dog and received excellent service from Autumn.Autumn was not onlyextremely knowledgable, but was also happy to help!This is refreshing because good customer service has become the exception not the norm lately.I'll definitely shop here again!

I had no idea when I ordered same day delivery that they would rush my items from 4 different local stores! I figured it was all coming from 2 minutes away. The Duluth location went above and beyond for my $4 toy and called to ask which design I preferred most since I hadn't noted it! Packaged and delivered with care. Thank you so much!

Jordan was so helpful when I was trying to find a new food for my dogs. I had never been into a Hollywood Feed before, but I decided to stop in since I had heard really good things about it! Jordan not only helped me find the right dog food, but he also recommended some treats and food toppers. My especially picky dog has no problems eating now! After checking out, I even got help carrying everything out to my car. Overall a great experience!

Every time I visit this location I have an amazing experience and learn something new. I have 2 cats and recently moved in with my sibling who has 3 cats. Anytime I need food recommendations or if I have general cat questions I always go to Kristina. She is extremely knowledgeable and her passion for cats is unmatched. One of our cats is being treated for lymphoma and needed to gain some weight. When I mentioned it, Kristina showed genuine compassion and was eager to give me all the tips and tricks to get her weight up. And IT WORKED! The customer service at this location is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! If you visit this location and have cats, ask for Kristina!

Hollywood Feed is the best! We have had such a great experience shopping here since we adopted our puppy. The return policy has been a lifesaver, and anything that can’t be resold is donated to a rescue!The stock is great, and the staff is so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. We love all the staff, but Bagel’s absolute favorites are Jordan and Kristina :)

Worth every penny !!! Found them in TX Before moving here ! Drive 30Minuets to come here passing several pet supply stores! Customer service on point, cleanliness, top notch. Our pups love coming to pick out toys. Love the fact if we try something new and our pups don’t like it we get a different bag and they donate to shelter. All around best and only place we go !

I absolutely love this store! I can't go back to petsmart, petco, or Taylor Sport shop. The store associates are so friendly and helpful! They are very truthful when it comes to the brand of dog food, they will tell you exactly what they think about it. They truly want the best for your animal! The manager, Jordan, is absolutely phenomenal! When I first came I knew a little bit on what to get for the dogs, but he explained everything perfectly and wasn't condescending about it at all! They are just overall outstanding and wonderful! 10000000% guarantee that you will enjoy this store and the employees as well!

This was my first time here and I must say that I love it! The employees are super friendly, very helpful and incredibly nice! They cheerfully greet everyone that comes through the door. Their prices are great...and when you have a discount coupon...well, the prices are even better! 😁👍I will be back... it's such a fun place to shop for my pups!

I have been going here to get my frozen dog food for three years now. They always have the food I need in stock and the frequent feeder program is a wonderful discount from time to time. They have an expansive selections of toys and all of my dogs favorite toys have been bought from here. Jordan, Kristina and Zoey are always super friendly when I come in and offer to help find things so you always know where to find someone if you can't find what you're looking for. This is the only pet food store worth going to in my opnion.

How did you get here so quickly?! Same day delivery apparently means warp-speed teleportation from the store.... I completed my order less than an hour before it arrived from the Duluth Hollywood Feed, which is 15 minutes away. REALLY IMPRESSED!! You saved our bacon, too, as the puppy trainer is arriving shortly and the harness and leash ordered from Amazon did not arrive when it was supposed to. Thanks for saving the day and for the amazing service!! We were impressed by the variety of products available, too! Definitely shopping here again - apparently cow noses are our new favorite thing :D
