I had a relative that ordered something in the store to have it shipped to the house. Fed Ex sent it to another city 4 hours from where they live. Tractor Supply said they didn't have anymore and they would issue a e gift card. I explained that she had no way to receive an e gift card. We had to send it to someone else'e email address. I was told by the representative at the home office to go back into the store that they would refund the money. I was told that they had no option to refund the money. Now she is stuck with a credit she can't use because they don't sell the item she was looking for anymore. Communication between store and home office needs to be better.

I have always received great customer service when dealing with this company. Everyone goes above and beyond to assist you. One day I called the store and the young woman that assisted me looked through all their herbicides until she found one that would kill smutgrass but not my regular grass. I appreciated it so much! Now I’m buying a lawnmower from them.

Very friendly service the cashier was super nice helpful. My husband had ordered some boots online and needed to return them. She got on her phone with her manager and found out what we needed to do to get them returned and him another part in no time.I would recommend that you take a visit to Tractor Supply in Dublin, GA.

I'm disabled but needed dry cat food and canned cat food. I pushed my cart to dry food section for 44 lbs sack of feed. I asked an employee did he have a minute to help me. He said yes mam. He loaded my sack of feed and I asked where can cat food was. And he pulled my cart and loaded it with everything i needed. Even figured cost for me then after checking out took he took it to my car and unloaded it for me. CHRISTAIN WAS HIS NAME . THE BEST HELP I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY STORE . THANK YOU CHRISTAIN

Good selection of merchandise. Manager doesnt care and it shows. My father bought something and was told he didnt have an account there but he does. The cashier gave him his change and was scolded in front of customers for using cash.

This is my go to store for my dogs food and supply. They're always there to help you out and even help carry stuff out to your car for you if you need a hand. Clean store and restrooms with a friendly staff who are knowledgeable of their products. I give them a thumbs up

Exceptional collection of anything farm related. From seeds to two inch wrenches, cowboy hats to mixed waste pumps, they have it or can get it. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.The bathroom can use a little cleaning and the one casher was doing her best to keep up but she needed a little help especially on a Saturday. These two reasons is why I didn't give 5 stars.

I have not had any reason to shop at Tractor Supply in Dublin, Georgia. About two weeks ago I needed a new gas line for my lawn mower. So I went and checked them out. It is a very nice store with items being grouped together. They have a good selection of items for lawn mowers, weed eaters and chain saws. Not to mention lots of tools, pet and animal supplies, clothing and items for outside or country activities, such as kayaks, cattle prods, garden tillers, feed and seed, chain, rope, flashlights and other necessary items.

If you go and get your propane takes filled they are usually extremely slow at it or just have no clue what they are doing. This place should train their employees better for filling tanks. I usually wait 20-30 mins for 3 small tanks.

Cantankerous older lady cashier with short blonde hair makes you never want to visit the store ever again. She don't want to be there and doesn't want you there to bother her. I made a purchase and was going to come back to the store later to make a bigger purchase but not while she's working.

Great place to get your farming needs! , Cow feed , to horse feed , to boots , to almost anything you need ! They have a very organized layout in the store and have friendly service! I fully recommend it!

I love Tractor supply. Living in a semi rural area it is in the right location and ALWAYS has what i need when i need it. Its next to a walmart but i choose to to to tractor supply because its always in stock no matter what im looking for (except electonics or groceries duh). If im fixing my fences or building something its very convenient and the prices are good too. I even buy my dog food from here. Huge selection. You can get chicks, hen houses, batteries, flashlights, gloves etc. Everything you may need.

This place will take care of every need you have for every at type of animal that you have. The employees are very friendly and do help when you ask and that believe me is very much appreciative especially when you can't carry something extremely heavy anymore.

They need employees who aren't scared to talk to customers and if they see a woman or elderly person automatically take their feed out. Do not let the paying customer ask for help.

Went in, did not see anyone else in store except 3 employees, lady at register greeted me. Was looking for chicks, stood with chicks for 10 minutes while a worker sat behind counter and watched, he went to back and a young lady walked out, looked at me and turned around a walked to back. I must be very non approachable. I left and will shop elsewhere.
