We went to purchase some paneling for a trailer, the shelf only had two pieces left. Up on the very top was a pallet of what we needed. Raymond came to the rescue!!! This guy needs a raise, he operated the forklift like it was second nature. Cudos to Raymond for going above and beyond to make our visit great.This is not the end of our experience, I needed help with filling out for my military discount and low and behold, the right person was at the counter, Savaya! Love you girl! Thanks so very much for helping an old lady out. You and Raymond are an asset to Home Depot and should be recognized for it.

I normally cringe at the idea of going into a home improvement store because there is no one to help. I have always had great experiences at this home depot with customer service! Everyone is friendly, smiling and asking to help you. Way to go!

I normally enjoy my trips to the garden center here, but today I was highly disappointed as there were aphids and mely bugs on the gardenias and on a shipment not even placed on the floor yet... I know this is not their issue but more of the nursery suppliers they use. I bought fruit trees last year without looking and battled aphids all summer long. It's horrible that we spend lots of money at their garden center for them to be infested with pests. Not to mention I had a tree die, and bc it wasn't purchased on my home Depot card they wouldn't replace it like they used to do within the year of purchase... So needless to say home Depot lost a customer today and I hate that.... Do better with the health of the plants you're selling... Bc it cost us tons to treat the mess once it infests our gardens.

Dropped in Home Depot today as usual to pick up some gardening supplies. Walked into the gardening area to pick up some potting soil. While attempting to check out, I was behind a couple that had already checked out, but wanted to have a conversation with the cashier... Carla. Carla noticed I approached the the counter, but she insisted on having her conversation with the couple in front of me that had already checked out. I couldn't help but hear them speak on politics. There's nothing wrong with having a casual conversation. But in a professional setting, three topics are off-limits. Politics, Religion and Sexual Preference/sexual orientation.It's one thing to make another customer wait to check out to continue a conversation with the prior customers. But to check the current customer out discussing politics and religion with the other customers... not professional at all.

Go to Lowe's for appliances!!Home Depot charged almost $200 for a restock fee. We bought a stove and had to wait for delivery because they didn't have it in stock, only the floor model, and they can't sell the floor model! We had an electrical issue, the stove was unused and still taped up!!They said it was a special order. I call horse malarkey considering they had a floor model but it was out of stock. Not my problem! Shouldn't have been a restock fee.We had the same problem with a dryer from Lowe's. Didn't have any in stock, had to order and wait for delivery. Electrical issue, unused. Returned it!! We did NOT have a $200 restock fee or any fee from Lowes!!!New customers to Home Depot but I guess now we'll continue our business with Lowe's. Home Depot had their chance and blew it! We're done.

Good job very helpful tho as always room for improvement! :) But overall it's was an ok visit. Some need customer service training when a customer cannot hear what their being told because someone went out last night and doesn't wanna work tonight that's breakroom talk. And how u get bad reviews. But I was in and out so no complaints...

The staff here are useless. More importantly the appliances they are sell are appearantly nothing but junk. We bought a new washing machine, dryer, stove/oven, and a dish washer. WE'VE HAD TO HAVE EVERY ONE OF THEM WORKED ON WITH IN 6 MONTHS OF BUYING THEM. I'VE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES ABOUT THE DISHWASHER. THEY SAY WE DIDN'T GET THE WARRENTY BUT I'VE WENT THERE TO SHOW THEM I DID.IT'S BEENMN 4 WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT FIXED. THEY HHAD ONE GUY COMING BUT THEY CANCELED HIM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO PAY HIS MILAGE. THEY WANTED TO FIND SOMEONE CHEAPER AND THAT WAS A MONTH AGO.DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SELL STUFF THEY WONT STAND BEHIND.

In November 2019, I purchased a warrant through Asurion for 5 appliances. Today, I can't get them to send anyone to work on my washer/dryer. When I called because the technician didn't show up, I get transferred from one person to another with no helpful information. When we purchased all of the appliances for our new home, the delivery guys would not bring them inside our house but instead dropped them in our garage: washer, dryer, upright freezer, refrigerator, double oven, stove, dishwasher. Have been sorely disappointed!

My old stove is about 35 years old. I had looked online, then my hubby and I went to the Dublin Home Depot. We were assisted by a young lady, Porcha King, who was wonderful. She was very respectful of this elderly couple. She assisted in getting our credit card and ordered everything that we needed. Stove was delivered today and I am a happy Grandma!

I visited Home Depot in Dublin, GA to pick up a specialized paint. They were the only hardware or paint store that had any for at least 80 miles. While there, I struck up a conversation with the new General Manager of the store. She was awesome.! She had a great attitude and told me of her plans to get more involved with regular retail customers instead of focusing so heavily on contractors. Contractors are good customer's but I feel that for years now, Home Depot had virtually no help for non-professionals. I am glad to see this change.

I was quite impressed by the helpfulness of the staff on duty on a Friday evening. I was looking for a hard-to-find electrical product and three employees were eager to help me. I left the store feeling renewed hope for the state of customer service at the retail level. Good for you, Home Depot.

Store was fairly busy as far as people zipping by and no real lines. Older gentleman directed me to the tool area for my item , shelves seemed well stocked, I ran in the store for string line that is used on a hand spool for running a line level for making a slab level in one axis and allowed to put an exact pitch with another line /level in the other axis. Employee greeted me, offered assistance meanwhile haulting her stocking the shelves in "tools" and then assisted locating the item. She said sir and thank you as well as smiling but most importantly was quick to get me to the correct area and item and was the kind of intelligible person you want in the tool department. And she seemed young but was smart like she was old. I was proudly satisfied about our learning experience about the difference between string best suited for line levels. Yet I was in and out of the store with my item in minutes. I'm a very happy customer today.

The vast majority of the employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. BUT if you are seeking kitchen countertops, shop elsewhere. The department employee incompetency is unbelievable and attempting to contact the countertop Personnel is almost impossible. So many problem occurred that space would not permit listing them all. Bottom line…get countertops elsewhere unless you enjoy aggravation and frustration.

I love home depot! Prices are reasonable. Service is great and easy to access. Everything is simple to locate. Whatever you can't find in store they'll order for you. Checkout is fast and friendly. The environment is very welcoming and smooth. The employees I've come in contact with are awesome helpers and very knowledgeable. Love love love home depot!

I visited the store today to purchase a dishwasher. I went to ask for assistance and the girl just looked at me like she was not interested in helping. We waited around and finally flagged down a nice young lady. I believe her name was Karlie. She came over and assisted me. She and another lady helped me get the dishwasher I needed. Thanks ladies! Great customer service is so hard to find these days. Kudos to these ladies for stepping up. As for the girl in that dept, she needs more training on customer service apparently!

What we went to the store to purchase, they were out if it. Before we asked for help, my husband and I searched the store ourselves for the product. After we could not find it, we asked a staff to help, he told us to go to aisle 47, we did again, but did still did not find it. We went back to the staff then he told us to go inside because that is where the trimmers are kept. We finally found someone who had a positive attitude about helping us. The young man took us back to aisle 47 and looked. He then made a call inquiring about the product & was told the item had been out for months & doess not know when they will receive more. That young man took the time to help and showed us a product similar to what we was looking for. The older guy could care less about us. He should not be on the team if her can't/won't help the customers. We traveled over an hour to get here, but we will not be coming back.

Horrible. It's funny that this store is located on veterans Blvd but they treat veterans horrible. This store is beyond incompetent. Rude employees and some employees don't know what they are doing. For an employee to say excuse us for being busy. When your order has been sitting in the back for two weeks just down right rude. I'm cutting up my homedepot card and canceling all my remaining orders. Rudeness isn't the only issue. I refuse to waste any more of my time on this store. I urge consumers to not shop here. If you stop spending your money here they'll change. Shopper beware. You can't say I didn't warn you.

Inventory levels are good.. they're garden department is excellent but they need to come down on pricing I noticed their prices are... I'll bet you across the board they're up 20%, which they only need to be up 10%, but they do have pretty good inventory level here..

They pretty good. I just wish we had one in milledgeville. I get tired of driving an hour to dublin just to go to home depot. Been in store and they've had stuff on sale that ain't in the app. Really wish we had one.
