I did not visit subway! I have to be very clear on this I went to the Love's gas station where I always Patron throughout the state and multiple states. However with that being said , I never ate the food because it did not look worthy of eating! As with everything else there look like it was infested by bugs. The place was filthy in every sector from the bathroom to the garbage cans outside the facility to the gas pumps! I was afraid to touch anything in there and the staff attitude was very complacent. It appears as if they only come work the register and leave they don't like to clean nothing they don't like the refill anything they don't love their job. When you are hired for a position you are hired to do multiple tasks. If you cannot fulfill those tasks you need to find a job somewhere else or just stay at home. I wouldn't even let my dog walk on the floors in this place I picked her up! This place needs a health inspection very very very badly I don't recommend anyone eat anything out of here or even use the bathrooms in this place and be careful where you walk. Use gloves when you pump your gas as well. All I can say is tread lightly. I am a very very unhappy customer!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! We stopped because our daughter wanted a pretzel. We waited in line for our turn, but for some reason, we could not get service. Until one of the ladies working there decided to take our order (one pretzel and 2 churro) and left our items in the toaster. The other lady took it out and set them on the counter while she went and put cheese on some bread and took other orders. We waited but decided to leave. Terrible.....Terrible......Terrible......

Four people working behind the counter and not one said hello or even smile.... Anyways we hungry so let's just grab subway and hit the road.Worse Subway Artist ever.... No LOVE whatsoever was VERY impatient when taking our order and understand one thing I ordered the exact same thing every single time, this lady with the polyester braids on just had the worse attitude and obviously hates her job.Specially from the rate B from the health department I would not recommend this place at all.Didn't switch gloves in between.Little counter was dirty.The people make the place and this place sucks.

SO TIRED OF MY TIME BEING WASTED. How hard is it to put up a sign when you are closed?? 3:20 am, Lights are all on, the meat and vegetable cooler is lit up and i can hear someone in the back. This gives mezero indication that they are not serving. So I stand and wait and wait and wait!! Loves employee finally walks by and says they are closed. Ridiculous!

Absolutely worst experience at a subway. Only one person working, and to say she had a bad attitude was an understatement. Place was nasty, and nothing behind the glass was clean or separated it seemed. Constantly complained that she was the only one there, and had disguste with everyone that ordered before myself. Once I got to the front, she didn't have any flatbread, and when I asked a question is was met with 'uhunnu'. Hate your job so much, do something different...

If I can give 0 stars I would have. This subway is NOT 24hours, And if the girl who suppose to be working there don’t come to work the place will be closed per the store clerk at the register. Once we had left we seen the store clerk go to the back of the subway. So I don’t know if they decided they didn’t want to work since the stuff on the grill was still frozen as well. they shouldn’t even have anybody who don’t have any customer service skills to even work the late night at the gas station anyways.

People clearly hate serving you food, with horrible attitudes. I clearly asked for “just a little bit of mayo” she proceeds to put a half pound of mayo on my sandwich. Food tasted sour and I got nauseous and vomited shortly afterwards. Just go somewhere else.

Sale lady at subway make me disappointed, name kalineze while ordering my chicken sandwich with wheat bread foot long, she was not concentrate to me and my order and she kept looking outside door, while looking at ouside the door she asked me 5 times what kind of cheese and I have replied 5 times mozzarella , and she asked she put it back and talking with her co worker, rudely started putting paproni without confirmed with me,, I told her i never said that I told you chicken, she and putting back and using same bread same gloves. How come she so rude and confidence, if they don’t care customer how they survive business. They think we truck driver have no value. Shame on her the way treated me. And chicken was aslo smelling like expired chicken.

It’s so clean I’m impressed and to walk in after midnight and see that the workers are cleaning is impressive. Hailey immediately smiled and said hello and the whole time taking our order was pleasant and on point! Thank you Hailey our sandwiches were perfect and delicious! You made our night and made an impression that we all enjoyed your pleasant conversation and personality!

This subway offered the worst customer service I have had this year, some of the employees don’t talk to you, they just use their hand gestures to “communicate”, so it’s very hard to get your personalize subway this way (I hear him talking before with his coworkers), they never toasted the sub because they forgot, they also ran out of provolone cheese and the sandwich artist came to the back to look for more and left a cooler open for more than 5 min (#spoiledingredients by the end of the day), she never came back with the cheese tho. I usually select subway because is healthy, clean, and fast, non of these traits are in this specific location.

I’ve been running this area at night for over 10 years and occasionally stop at this subway , always around 2 AM with no issues.. Now for an open 24 hours restaurant I was informed that they were closed between 2:30 and 3 AM.No signage just a rude employee. Lol I don’t have to stop here if my business is not wanted

They did a great job moving through the line and this particular location is so incredibly busy because of the looooooooong stretch of road between possible stops for food and gas.My only downside here is that damn that sub was salty. I honestly thought my tongue was burnt.They have a dog park though which is rare so this subway gets 4 🌟

I will never go back to subway again. I was charged almost $16 for a foot long chicken and bacon ranch sub. Not the meal. Only the sandwich. I did not get extra meat or anything extra at all. Just the foot long sub and I was charged nearly $16. If it's that valuable to subway, you may keep it. I will go to Mcdonald's.

Staff was kind of rude at this location and apparently could not hear what we were asking for on our sandwiches. Each sandwich was missing at least one topping that we had asked for on each of the 4 sandwiches we ordered. For someone traveling through and this being at a Love's truck stop, it's not a good place to stop and eat, unless you like being talked down to by the staff and have part of the sandwich you want missing.

Ordered basic turkey on wheat with shredded cheese and a side of mac from the Chester's at the same counter. Service was fine, bread looks undercooked and not enough cheese to cover sandwich. Kiddo complained mac & cheese was goopy and didnt taste good- guessing it was sitting in the heater all afternoon..

We were traveling on highway 16 east from Macon to Pooler Georgia and stopped at the Loves gas station which also houses a Subway and Chester's. We decided to try the Chester's fried chicken and biscuits. The price for the meal was extremely high, which was to be expected because it also serves as a truck stop. However, we don't mind the price if the food is palatable, and the service (staff) exceptional. We experienced neither. They food was awful and the staff extremely unprofessional. We felt very fearful, uncomfortable, and will not be stopping there again.

Any truck driver that stops here before Warren because the subway is never open different hours always screwing people over don’t ever stop here and eat anymore. I will never come back here and eat subway in because they’re never open. I’m a truck driver. I’m here every night there are 16 and they’re always closed. Does it matter what damn time it is horrible, horrible store.

Turned around and walked out before they even finished my sandwich. Asked for Deluxe. Supposed to be 50%Extra Meat she put two pieces of ham and turkey and one peace of roast beef and said that was extra meat. NO THANK YOU. No choice of chips either just Plain Lay's. They need some HELP!!!

Very friendly staff and super clean subway inside a Loves Truck stop. I ordered the Turkey, bacon, guacamole sandwich on wheat bread. Just getting the bacon toasted instead of the entire sandwich is definitely the move.

This subway is pretty much hit or miss... Went today and was not greeted. Walked up and Bridgett just asked "what are you getting" I felt her attitude was very rude. Was ignored as she talked to her coworker. Had to tell her 3 times I wanted extra spinach. She rang me out and didn't even say thank you, have a nice day, forget you, or nothing. So I just grabbed my sandwich and walked away. Very unprofessional for a customer service setting. Need better training on the way you greet and treat guests.

We both got a chicken finger meal from Chester's Chicken. It was awesome, very friendly staff let me try a boneless wing before we made our purchase. Perfect for an excessively rainy night 🤩

This place is 24hr spot, and they didnt have provolone or mozzarella all day that I was there.... And the manager, Daniel Patel, was extremely rude as well, telling me to sit down and wait as he interrupted my order to assist someone else.... Never going here again... The employees were great, but that manager man...... Terrible TERRIBLE service done by him.
