Very nice pet store, and it is amazing to find such a well stocked store in a smaller community such as Dublin.The store is well stocked for items for your pet's needs. The staff is friendly and helpful.We were able to find everything we needed this day.This store has cats that are from the local humane shelter. If you are in need of a cat, this would be a good place to start.

I'm from up north Connecticut to be exact, and our preferred pet store would be Petco. It's a little different here but I love it. Walking in your greeted by the staff, and pet food options are plentiful. I love going to see the kittens I actually want to purchase a kitten from here. Jace was actually the kitten I was planning on getting but upon my return someone had already got him before I could. They didn't have fish on display like I'm used to but the kittens rabbits ferrets and even the reptile section had a lot of fun and spirited animal friends. Any family would love to have any of these guys as a family pet. I have gone again since and now I have my eyes set on an all black calico named Luna and I hope she's still there when I go back to get her. Definitely a great place for family pet shopping. So if your in the Dublin area come on down to Petsense and make some pet friends.

Ok first let me say…for a person who has OCD, this store is heaven. The staff is very knowledgeable. My only issue as to why it’s not a five ⭐️ review, is the prices are high. I am extremely frugal. So I think I will just visit on occasion. My picky babies ❤️ their jerky, and the best thing I’ve ever found in all my 11 years of having my babies🥁… They have actual long lasting chews. I believe it’s turkey flavored, and it’s individually sold. It’s a must buy, my Pomeranian Dubai is an aggressive chewer, and it’s like she’s mad that she can’t finish it. lol we’re on day four, and she still has half left. Thx to her brother who gnawed it down. I love it.

Nice place for you pet lovers! They have everything you need pretty much, prices are a bit higher than most but other than that it's a really good place to get stuff for whatever pet you have!

Can get better deals on the same stuff online. Customer service is not the best, but its tractor supply owned now so you can't expect much but over priced items ,

Went in a few days ago. Very disappointed with how the animals were being taken care of. For example the 2 cats they have to clean up after atm, have barely any litter in their boxes and what was in there was all used up. No toys, living in boxes. Just imagine how you would feel if you were locked in a box for days on end with a broken toilet filled with urine and feces, but you can’t do anything about it. Do better. Do not know why y’all have 4 stars. Might just be the staff there now. 🤢

Cashier was rude. Said my dog was a little pudgy then she said she needed to be shaved I did not ask her option on these items. Did not smile and she insulted my dog which insulted me.

It's clean and didn't have an odor like most pet stores. There was only 2 animals. The prices are a bit high, but I love the different variety of the the brand of dog food I use. If they had a bigger inventory to hold more items that would be great.

They are the nicest people. We were looking at the ferrets and they were so cute. They have some snakes a tarantula some frogs and some fancy geckos. There fish are very cool to look at. There were no kittens for adoption so I guess that's a good thing they were adopted since last time we were there.

Nice staff. Not the best selection, but they did have the aquarium products we were looking for. However, no fish! They did have some lizards, Guinea pigs, and cats for adoption. Not bad if you're needing food or supplies, but they need a better aquatic section.

For starters I have two winter whites and a dog... I ran in knowing what I wanted, it was still my first visit. The staff was able to point me into the right direction. Making time much faster it was a late night. The prices are great kinda remind me of a pet supermarket here in Decatur Ga. Petsense is spacious they groom an you can adopt pets. Happy to shop whenever I'm passing through.

My first visit to this business and it went really well. I was immediately greeted as I entered and shown to the aisle I was interested in. I also checked out dog food brands that they carry and noticed one I had never heard of. The associate explained all about this brand as their own. Very informative!

The lady you have working counter 1 right now was so very rude to us and hateful. My husband and I will never come in this store again. You should never make a customer feel horrible about asking a question. She would not even small talk she was hateful and rude. I recommend to nit go in here while she is working. Her name tag was backwards so I did not get her name nor would she give me my receipt.

Love this store! The workers make it a great place to come too. Very nice and give great customer service. Kudos to Schnell and Kelsey especially for their hospitality. We even named our new gecko Snell after Schnell because she left us with such a lasting great impression. Thank Yall very much!

To Pricey for what they have .. Plus most of what we're supposed to be live insects were dead .. And tbh the lady was a little rude and short.. You don't have to talk down to people to make yourself feel smart 🙂.. But anyways they had what I needed even tho they want way to much money for it.. But it's ok I can drive to Macon or Savannah if I need it again its worth the gas to not go here ..

Adopted a kitten from there. Fee is $75.00 but that includes spay/neutering and first years shots. FYI bring your own carrier. I had to purchase one to bring her home

Lots of good stuff, though the choices aren't as diverse as I'd hoped. The staff are friendly, and the cages there are of good quality. There are also lots of pretty kitties in need of some good homes, but they're friendly. I'm glad someone's trying to help the stray cat population. :)And the dog snacks look so good I was tempted to try one myself. (Hahaha!)
