Called ahead to confirm I could get a dot inspection and not have to wait 7 hours. Was told come on down we ain’t busy. Even offered to schedule it so I wouldn’t have to wait. Here I am 4 hours later and still waiting. Side not 4 mechanics on duty and no other truck in the shop. Definitely won’t be sending my fleet here;)

7-23: came here to rest on a 10 hour trip to and from the beach and it was surprisingly clean in the bathroom the staff was amazing. Even gave me my coffee for free. The gas prices weren't any different than anywhere else. But the service and the store were very clean and the employees were super friendly. If I travel this way again I will definitely stop here again.

It was 4 pm when I went to change the oil in the truck. They told me to wait 3 hours. I waited until 11 at night. They said they do not change the oil after 10 pm. If I hadn't asked, they would have kept me waiting even longer. Since I outgrew the truck, I've only been doing oil changes at loves . The behavior of this branch was not good at all. I was not satisfied at all.

I'm not big on leaving reviews but feel like it's important on this occasion. I took a bus from Florida to Texas and flying out of Texas to California. During the bus trip, we stopped at this location for a pit stop. I bought smokes and even though I'm in my 40s I always have license out just in case. I set it down but apparently never picked it up. I didn't realize I had lost it until I was in Texas. I called every Loves I could find a long the route and found it finally at this location. I gave them the address in Texas and they were going to mail it out. I called today, Thurs, just a bad feeling and they still had my license at their location. My flight is Saturday and mailing it out today wouldn't have enough time to make it in time. The amazing mgr or worker did everything she could including overnighting my license and paying out of own pocket because the business would not pay, nor should they have to. This worker has gone above and beyond and deserves recognition. Victoria I believe and she will get paid back for sure but needed to voice my appreciation for her and for Loves! This was my screw up from the start and never was on them to send my license to me. Just nice to know there are still very kind hearted ppl out there when it seems the world is going nuts. Moral of the story is, quit smoking :)

It was a family trip where we had to stop for food, the service was great and the manager on duty Victoria was doing her job in a pleasant manner. Got some food from subway and the staff their were amazing.. Eddie is a wonderful asset for this place and Lyric W. Was very helpful. It was a good experience.

At Exit-49 off I-16, this Love's Travel Stop is a clean lil' spot to stop & rest! Bargains galore right here! Certain clothing like Extra-Long Length Cotton T's are on sale right now. Truckers can easily get a shower. Some Trucker Supplies are available & their Gift selection is cute. There's a Tire & Repair Shop located in the back, too.Truckers & other Travellers can easily get the rest they need here. Plenty of good snacks & hot foods, although the Soda Machine's got several soda & flavored water choices empty! (But there's still plenty of Refrigerated Beverages and Hot Coffee & Chocolate to make you happy)!Overall, I really like this Dublin, Georgia Love's Travel Stop. I'll add more details in a few days.

Restroom is disgusting, one of the employee check the stalls I think they do that regularly and one of them is dirty not clean at all. She is just on her phone for a long time and pressing the review button smiley face on both sides continuously for almost 5 minutes.

They have the beer refrigerator open after 12 midnight and then the cashier says “ after 12 we don’t sell beer “ … they should closed the beer door at 12 then !!! Daaaaaaa !!! Only at Georgiaaaaaa !!

I have been in this business for more than 2 decades and can honestly say that the manager/ mechanic at the shop is the nastiest I've ever seen. If you broke down in the parking lot after fueling, not blocking a fuel line you've got 10 minutes to fix the truck or he'll tow it. All i needed was change a fuel filter and charge the batteries with the APU for a total of 30 minutes. The hell he gave me you would think i was on his plantation. I'll avoid this place from now on!

The showers are horrendous. They are molded, toilet is black inside and out, sink nasty, floors and wall smh. They needed and upgrade last year. They mop the floor with a stinky dirty mop and the floor is wet when you go in. Terrible experience I thought I was at mom and pop stop. But I was at loves and I was disgusted. As I read past comments from months ago they have plenty of complaints about this location. I guess our complaints don't mean nothing to LOVES.

Very clean and lots of great food to choose from from a gas station perspective. The Chester's Chicken sandwiches are excellent. There's a dog park with picnic tables and you can actually let your dogs out and have a lunch or whatever it's pretty great.

This stop is absolutely disgusting!!! I would not stop here even to buy a bottle of water. The bathroom only had two working while the other one was stopped up with massive amounts of toilet tissue. I bought a core water from there and in the top ON THE INSIDE there were smudges of leftover food. By the time I noticed i was too far to turn around and return it. I am absolutely disgusted. DO NOT GO!!!

Stopped here last night to park for the night, place has a Chester's Chicken and Subway, Showers and Bathrooms... Typical Love's for all intensive purposes.Well... Went inside to get a shower. Looked normal on quick glance. Bout half way through my shower I noticed the bottom of the curtain had weeks of Black Mold, Scum and Slime buildup on the entire lower half of the curtain, then noticed some Mildew on the ceiling and Lime on the Wall Tile. Shower head was falling apart, and floor at the end was just drenched because the shower runs out to the rest of the room with only. Fraction actually going down the drain. Found out as I was throwing my trash in the trashcan in the shower room 5 that it had 8 other receipts in it from previous people using the shower and that the shower hadn't actually been cleaned only had towels replaced.Figured I'd grab lunch at Chester's Chicken, because they got the new Honey Stung Boneless Wings and had a really good experience at one in Mississippi less than a week ago. Got my Honey Stung and it was dry as could be and had almost no sauce it was near closing so I figured just a batch that had been under the heater too long. Came back today on my way back from picking up a load to try again, and this time just to test a theory I also got there regular chicken as well. The both the Honey Stung and Regular Chicken where dry as could be after being brought fresh outta the fryer. Meaning severely overcooked, and sauce again was almost non-existent on my Honey Stung.Needless to say I been using Love's for almost 3 years in my career as a truck driver as my primary shower and stop place, I have never had as bad of a time at any as I did here. The place is poorly maintained as far as shower, bathrooms were only wipe down cleaned not even using any kind of cleaner and the Chester's doesn't know how to properly cook chicken.As far the Subway I didn't try and didn't see anyone having any complaints.

The guy that work's the counter here in Dublin Ga. at the shop.is one of the rudest people I have ever delt with. Been here 2 times to get my truck serviced and he is the same way both times. This is where my company makes me get my service at or otherwise I would never use this shop for anything. They need to put someone with a better attitude at the counter

I’m still very confused and outraged about what happened today at this place.I encountered a server named Tim at the Chester’s, who was just straight rude and ill-mannered to begin with. Not my first time to get disrespected at restaurants as an Asian male, so I get this part.The bizarre and unpleasant part was when he seemed to have gotten angry at me and refused to serve me when I asked him for something he forgot with my order.I tried to be patient with him although he was being rude and didn’t get my order right. I really don’t know what I’d had possibly said to him to make him that upset, he had to yell at the paying customer. He was fairly nice with everyone else, even after the incident, so I can’t help thinking he was a racist.I immediately made a complain to the manager who he identified as a manager, surprisingly she didn’t seem to care at all.The Chester’s and Love’s as well, please train your staff properly. I am not white or black, or born in the USA, but have been proudly serving this country for last 16 years with multiple deployments. I don’t deserve this kind of mistreatment.

Same thing with this Loves every time I come through here. Can't use cards at pumps or at least some of the pumps. Dirty bathroom and unfriendly workers. I only stop because it is the only travel center in the area.

They were polite & very helpful. Way more competent service than what I'm used to at trucker gas stations.There was a taller heavyset young man in a red shirt and a young woman in a black shirt. 5 stars for both of them.

We are from Oklahoma so we routinely look for Loves to stop at while traveling. The location off exit 49 in Georgia had to have been the dirtiest Loves we have ever stopped at. The restrooms were disgusting down to the cakes on dirt of the floors and the general cleanliness outside of the restrooms was bad too. Very disappointing when compared to other locations. The one star is because the staff we did encounter was nice, otherwise I would try to give it a zero.

good place to stay! great guys work here! we saw the beautiful girl Shea when we were just walking around to take a break from the truck. She came up to us and offered to give us a ride. It was so sweet of her!!! after we came to Love's to take a shower and met her there again. All the employees of this place are very friendly, smiling and lovely! We will definitely come here again when we are near Atlanta.

Always a guaranteed clean, well-stocked place to stop for bathroom break, gas, snacks, drinks, etc. while traveling through GA. Some decent food options (Subway/Chester’s chicken) attached to the gas station. There’s a nice little dog park to take your dog with dog-waste bags.

Awful customer service. They could not add my loyalty points, because a manager was not on duty. They suggested I come back, or call. That has never worked. Don’t go there after 12am. Systems are down, and there is probably no manager on duty.
