I've been coming here for the apparent great prices, until I noticed a "COST SA 10%" charge on the receipt, and found everything is actually 10% more than displayed. Nowhere in the store is any sign or indication of this. This is false advertising.

Do you remember when grocery stores just carried groceries , basic toiletries, and grilling stuff? Do you remember when you weren’t expected to check yourself out at the grocery store? What about when you could easily find all of the necessities because the store wasn’t cluttered with junk that no one buys. Well if you miss that kind of store then Food Depot is the place for you! I love food depot. Also their foreign food section is great. Customer service is on point too!

I had by far the worst experiments today. As I approached Lane number 8 The Cashier had her light on and by the time I unloaded one item she had turn her light off As if she did not even see me standing there She was so busy talking to another cashier i asked her if she was open she replied yes.The young lady had a attitude she was very rude and unprofessional .Overall the prices there are great The store is very cleanThe only downfall is that they need to train their young cashier How to be more Professional And how to greet their customer upon coming to the register The young lady didn't have a name tag on But on my Receipt it shows her name as TITYANA P

Customer service is usually pretty good, but that adding a percentage after you're rung up is confusing people. People actually think they get better prices, when they must not realize that in the end it's all added on anyways. Same prices in the end as Walmart, without the quality. Walmart has way better quality and more of a selection. If you lay attention to the prices here, you'll see that things are actually overpriced. The only good thing is the customer service, except the customer service manager in front. This one lady is very rude! She has no clue what shes talking about. I had wic vouchers a couple times and she really has no clue about it, and tells me they didnt take some of the stuff I chose, yet it was in the WIC paper and walmart and Kroger accept it. Please educate your cashiers, especially the customer service management

I appreciate our customers and love what some of my customers tell me.. I appreciate people who care and think me and my work environment are excellent and in good standings.

I went at 10:30 am June 26,2022 for a few groceries I have my arm in a cast and sling due to broken right wrist surgery the 27 of June. There were 2 baggers at my lane each bagged my groceries had. multiple bags and neither offered to help me out. I was just past them and commented thanks for offering to help the cashier said want some help I said to late was uncalled for negligence on behalf of food depot. Poor training and more!

Never have any problems shopping here. Great prices on everything. Clean store, nice employees. You slso get through the register line fast. Also they help you carry out your groceries.

I love shopping here. I am a vegetarian and they have the widest varieties of fruits and vegetables. My only issue is sometimes the cashiers have attitude problems but other than that I love the discount items that I receive there.

Great place to pick up basic food stuffs. Huge selection of latin american foodstuffs. Great staff and no self checkout junk to deal with. Plenty of knowledgeable employees that are ready to help you here.

Favorite place to shop because of parking, prices are reasonable and I can find what I need and check out promptly and cashier's are nice and there is always someone to bag my groceries. Always a pleasant shopping experience. 😁

I recently brought some items from the Food Depots and I found a piece of glass in it then when I called the manager about it he didn't fix the problem just making excuses. But in all reality my daughter could have hurt if I stop her from eating it..... I was very disappointed about this

It has most items you'd expect to see in a grocery store and pricing is similar to other local stores. However, quality of non name brand products isn't great. Just be aware of what you're buying.

As depressing as I expected service is OK people is friendly but there's something about the store it makes me feel so sad is not the prices, prices are ok the store lights are perfectly dimmed to make you feel sick and if you look down to the floor is outdated enough to make you realize you're in a old and sad building i asked a employee "excuse me where do you keep the bread" and he replied with a voice full of resignation and slightly depressed "over there by the wall" "thats our brand " he replied with a hopeful voice wishing I buy some so I did and the cashier was delighted I asked for a paper bag and at the same time confused why is this guy asking for a paper bag why does he care for the environment out there if we have no hope of life working here is gonna be the dead of us (her eyes was saying what she was thinking) and she replied "no ebt sir" are you using your own money to buy the groceries? And I replied yes is my money this time but i feel like if I stay in the store any longer I would become incapable to care for myself and soon I will need the local authorities to pay for my stuff, and as i walk out with my cheese and bread i'm thanking God I made it out of the store!

It was 7:15 Saturday night and I needed to make an immediate payment on an overlooked bill. I decided to wire transfer my payment through Western Union to avoid a $38 late fee. So I went to Food Depot which is my closest Western Union agent. After making me wait about 20 minutes, a management person finally appeared. This person could not perform the transfer because "I don't know how to do those!" My payment is late and I owe $38 more for incompetence. Go to Kroger! At least their employees are trained.

Everything is always clean fully stocked everybody is always friendly and helpful the prices beat this about anywhere I can think of and that's why I have stop shopping Walmart Kroger and other stories because they just cannot compare to the prices offered at food Depot and I really appreciate that thanks guys keep up the good work

It's a great place to shop but their return policy is no good they will not let you return anything without a receipt they won't even let you have store credit I plan on reporting it to their corporate office other than that they're very professional very nice

Great grocery store. They always have low cost daily sales and promotions. Compared to other grocery chains, Food Depot is definitely one of the cheapest.

Store always has a smell...older gentle man named Terry always take my groceries to my car with a smile on his face even though I am only getting water and sodas something that the smell can't get to...ughhh help rhe smell PLEASE.
