I understand things happen such as registers being down and pin pads not working. Today, they only had the self checkout register open. A lady (I'm assuming a manager or one of the managers) helped a couple of people in front of me that needed it. There were probably 6 or 7 people in line total. Then a customer let her know that she could do it herself which is fine. The manager then made a personal phone call and was talking loudly. I could tell some customers in line were getting frustrated. A gentleman asked her politely if the other registers were messed up and she gave a rude answer and went back to her phone call. She wasn't interacting with the customers or anything. Not all but most customers understand when there is an issue and take it pretty well as long as the employees handle the situation appropriately. In my opinion this lady should have apologized and explained the situation to the customers that were waiting or just be a little more friendly in general. And this is the second time I have been to this particular store and she has been on a personal phone call and didn't speak to me at all while checking me out. I've worked many years in retail, and I pay close attention to customer service. Unfortunately, the customer service was not very good today.

There was No cashier in front to check out customers and no bags!!! The store cashier was no where to be seen. We were there at about10:15 on 8/28/23

Frequently runs out of bags for bagging purchases with out offering complimentary or suggesting to purchase reusable bags. Upselling would be preferred to no suggestion at all.

The ladies running this store are wonderful. They are always on the ball, working hard to keep the shelves stocked and the store clean. These ladies always greet with a smile. As well as an eagerness to help. Thank you ladies for all you do.

I love shopping here. The clerk's are always smiling and welcoming you in. Sometimes when I'm sad I go in there just to look around and when the clerk's see me they say hey. It makes me feel like someone cares. Thank you to all the Employees here at this store in Dublin Ga but the Modular Homes on 441 south

Sign says they close at 10:00 p.m. but at 8:45pm the doors are locked and they will not let us in. They claimed it's because a truck is here and there's only two people here but that's their poor scheduling or refusal to call people in or hire people. However I drove around the building and there is no truck so who knows the real reason why they wouldn't let us in.

This Dollar General WAS my go to store, to get my DG deals. Just say customer service isn't what it use to be with the current staff of employees. Then again, I guess it all varies on who you are, what you look like, and what mood their in. Store use to be clean, organized, friendly faces, greetings with a cheerful smile, and shelves stocked. On a good note their ladies restroom is always smelling fresh and stocked with toilet paper

Cashiers are not equipped to honor sales prices. They have to get the manager to override each item which takes forever. This backs up their line and overwhelms the cashier. Twice now I have been in a line where this happened. The first time was a man in front of me trying to get detergent that wouldn't ring up right so he ended up just not getting it. But the cashier was so wound up she slammed my milk down and it was leaking when I got home. Yesterday, I didnt see her actually slam my milk down but it was leaking too when I got home. They need a better system to get people out the door. It shouldn't take 3 or 4 people trying different things to give me my 50% off.

I go to this Dollar General all the time to pick up supplies, so I can avoid the hassle of going to Walmart, searching the huge store, and then standing in a mile long line for over an hour waiting to check out. Dollar General is an awesome little store - 9 times out of 10 they have what I’m looking for and I can get in and out quickly, saving me so much time.

Great customer service. I was surprised how the clerks interacted with me and my family. The store was clean and organized. I don't shop here often, this experience may change that.

I had not been to this location in a while but the cashier was helpful at locating what i was looking for & also told me i looked good & like i was doing well. That was was being she & i had worked together at another store other than dollar general before.

Someone never does their job. They never have the product i want when i go in there.Don't gonin here and buy anything in a refular basis. Once you start getting sonething on a regular basis they will stop carrying it. My grandmother used depends and they never have them on the shelves.Also some people are required to wear masks when other are not(based on their race). I've seen this with my own eyes.I have the district managers phone number and have made so many complaints that I cant remember how many. He needs to be terminated for not doing his job. Obviously someone there is giving him "favors" because he never does anything about the behavior of his employees or making sure manager keeps stock up to date.

The store was terribly disorganized, a terrible long line with only 1 register, and many many items out of stock. Only had 2 bottles of nasal spray but racks for about 10 kinds. This is about ridiculous

This store one if the cleaner dgs they are friendly here and the wifi works so you can scan your items but dollar general as a company if you offer coupons make sure it works

Rude obnoxious clerks and management there are to many stores around here to shop at. Merchandise is not appropriately tagged or in the appropriate place. Isle are always cluttered .
