This CVS pharmacy has some really great workers . Dianne in the pharmacy section is very knowledgeable and helpful, she is professional and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied.Ms. Rozier and the new store manager are exceptional people. Very friendly and helpful.

They have gotten better with answering the phone and dealing with my prescriptions. Diane is the best worker and the most knowledgeable about how to help the customers.

CVS Pharmacy is the least effective or friendly business I have the misfortune of dealing with on a regular basis. Unfortunately, we are required to use them by our insurance. As a point of reference, I'm writing this review sitting at their drive thru window, as I have been since they should have opened, 20 minutes ago. . .They are in there, but they will neither come to the window, nor answer their phone. Par for the course with them. And that's when they bother to have the meds we have standing prescriptions for in stock, which is by no means a given.

I called in a prescription to the pharmacy on New Years Day and the pharmacist was very rude. After giving him the info, his response was "you could have left that on the voicemail".

This is probably the worst pharmacy in town ! The staff is nice but they are often out of my meds and have to order them. Go elsewhere if your insurance allows.

I just called pharmacy to ask questions about my daughter’s prescription, the young lady was nice, very informative and said she would reach out to doctor to have the refill the next prescription ahead of time! Wow, I am impressed with her Customer Service skills! Not so much impressed with automated machine before I got through, but we’ll worth the wait!

This CVS Pharmacy is horrible. My 2-year old daughter had to go to urgent care and was released with a script to be filled so she could take her medicine within the next 2 hours. I went there and was told that it would not be ready until tomorrow. After explaining the urgency of the medication, the tech then stated "well I may can get it done by the end of the day". Remind you it was only 3pm! I'm from Atlanta, so coming here was new to me because the CVS in Atlanta will fill scripts same day and will rush scripts that are deemed to be URGENT!I asked for the hardcopy script back and went to Wal-Mart, who not only took my script, but also filled it within 15 minutes! I have been calling corporate and the district to address this problem! I made a post on Facebook and over 100 comments stated that they ALL of had issues with THIS pharmacy!!! This needs to be address because this is not acceptable!

Wish I could post a zero. I have visited the pharmacy four times over the last few mohths. My experience has been the same each time. They have no concept of customer service. Today I walked in to grab a prescription that I had received a notification was ready for pickup. One other customer there other than me vs seven employees. There were laughing, joking, snacking and having a great time, but never acknowledged my existence. After ten minutes, I was approached. The clerk was not happy that I was there. She then went on a ten minute search for my prescription. This happens every time I visit. My insurance requires that I use the place. Not going back. I will pay out o pocket to do business elsewhere.

More than five stars tonight! Thank you! Thank you Diane! Arriving for our out of town Thanksgiving and my 85 year old mother forgot her medicine. 😳😩.One call and Diane was to the rescue. She went out of her way to call my mom’s insurance company to override the need for this medicine. In less than an hour we had my moms medicine. I can’t thank you enough. It’s employees like you that go out of their way to accommodate a family in need. Thank you Diane! CVS is lucky to have an employee like you.I am grateful and hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving!! ❤️😘

Very disappointed. Went to the ER last night due to a fracture. I assumed the prescription would be ready the following day by lunch time. I tried to call first, however, I wqs on hold for 15 minutes plus. Arrived and tech said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove around and waited. At the window this time, tge tech was rude and pharmacist came over saying he just pulled the script and it would be 45 minutes wait. He also was very rude and lacking service skills. The rudeness is uncalled for. I get busy.... But thibgs from last night should have been ready already. After this script is ready I will find a different pharmacy. Do not recommend.

Absolutely RUDE! I have never been treated so incredibly poorly! No help,no compassion. Truthfully I'm in just disbelief how they treat individuals! Already been here for well over a hour and just been informed, oh we will start working on it now give us 45 mins!

Prescription was sent in by my Dr. three hours prior to me picking it up, only to be told it would be another hour. It’s amazing that free time CVS pharmacy thinks every individual has. Their service is ridiculously slow and the pharmacist just talks and never acknowledges the customer standing there. The line For prescription pick up was six people deep. With every person being turned away for medication that was not ready yet.

Worst CVS I have ever been to. My sister and I made an appointment for the COVID Vaccine and ended up waiting over an hour to receive the vaccine after the original appointment time. The staff was very inattentive and never lets you know how long it will be, nor apologize for the extra waiting done. There is no reason to why customers who set an appointment days in advance should have to wait over an hour to receive a vaccine. That's the whole point of an appointment! The only employee who was competent was the woman who gave the shot. I wish I had gotten her name but she was great!!

This pharmacy is the reason we use local private owned pharmacies. Prescription was sent and it took 3 hrs to fill. Never got text or call that it was ready. My mom is very sick and needed it. Had to use them only because my pharmacy was out of the meds.

Of I could give this pharmacy 0 stars that's what they deserve. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone, the pharmacy staff walks around like they have nothing to do. They take forever to fill a prescription. I do NOT recommend using this pharmacy. I would rather pay out of pocket than deal with this level of incompetence.

I'd honestly give this cvs zero stars if possible!! This pharmacy is truly one of the worst!! I've been using them for a few years & the main reason I was even using them is because of the head pharmacist Heather!! After going in to fill a regular script I was told she was no longer there & so therefore I'll not be using them any longer. Heather & Diane were always awesome & would help figure something out if I ever had any kind of issues.There's a few people who have made it very difficult.... Joseline, Nikki, & Ken are pretty much the worst (they treat a person like a second class citizen) & they're a lot of the reason I will not be coming back. CVS needs to make a whole lot of changes but at this point it probably won't matter much. So good luck with good reviews because you got to care about your customers before you get rave reviews. Word of caution to everyone who's not a customer if I were you I'd find a better pharmacy & use CVS only as a last resort!!

I've dealt with many pharmacies in my lifetime and I ALWAYS have an issue of some kind everytime I go to pick up prescription. If my job didn't require me to use this God awful pharmacist for insurance purposes I would go somewhere else. Staff is undertrained and slow and god forbid the lady at the front desk learn how to use her mask properly. I dread going here every few months.

Sit your phone down and continue your routine! You can be on hold for a hour and still wait. Hope they don't hang up on you! Drove thru line takes like 10mins a car minimum! That's with 5 or 6 people working inside. What's the problem with this location?!

This place is ridiculous,I went there @10:30 am they told me it would be a hour. Then I goes back @ 2:30 they said it will be another hour . So I goes back for the 3rd time and they tell me it will be at least 2 hours and I told them yal been giving me the run around all day my god so then they told me hold on . Gave me the meds. But when I get home realize that one is missing . Goes back to the store at 7:55pm they tell me there closed I told them yal been doing me wrong all day and they said sir we closed . I ve been reading these reviews this morning . To everyone I say use Walmart they are way better . This my last visit @ cvs unless it's something not dealing with their pharmacy.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Pharmacy staff is extremely rude! Never have anything filled on time, and never willing to help. Worst CVS EVER! Closed the drive through screen in our face and then wouldn’t give medicine inside bc it was too close to closing time! Don’t waste your time going here!!!

After reading all the bad reviews I decided to make my own decision & determinations. Heather (the pharmacist) has been a jewel!! She's helped me with getting the meds I'm in need of after countless times of another pharmacy not having them. She's certainly worth her weight in gold. Thanks so much Heather 🙂Diane & Paul are both pretty awesome as well. So yeah I'm actually glad that I made my own mind up without listening to every terrible opinion out there.Thank you Heather, Diane & Paul for being so considerate & helping me with getting the meds I need.

Would give it zero stars if possible. I've had excellent experiences with CVS pharmacies in several states. This one is the worst. Extremely slow and totally incompetent. Go anywhere else, but here.

Waited an hour for medication for my daughter's ear infenction. Finally drive back through and was told it wasn't approved by medication, and they had faxed a notification to the Dr. Considering this was 8 PM, I'm not expecting a response tonight. Also, how long would I have waited in the parking lot before someone notified me? I only use this pharmacy when I have to in the evenings, and it has always been a horrible experience.

This is not directed towards the staff, but the Covid testing. I now reside in the country. Meaning this is a 34 minute commute, I wish I was notified that the machine for the Covid testing was down before I made basically an hour commute there and back.

Went in to find a certain item wasn't on the shelf as cashier if they could check to see if there was any in stock said her manager was the only one who could do that and was on lunch break. Ask if they accepted AARP and to my surprise she had no idea.
