This is one of my daughter's favorite places to eat. The waitress was great. However, the food was not as good as usual and took about 25 minutes around 3pm. I ordered the grilled sirloin with the smothered in onions add on. When the plate came to the table, the mashed potatoes with gravy were a solid lump like it had been sitting under the heat lamp forever. The broccoli and rice casserole - there was a hint of broccoli taste, I didn't see any rice, the main flavor and bulk of it was the breadcrumb topping. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the cut was horrible with big streaks of gristle thru it. Plus, I ordered it smothers with grilled onions. I received 2 thin half cooked onion ring slices for the extra money. My daughter ordered a sampler that came with sirloin tips, fried shrimp and chicken tenders. She loved it all except the sirloin tips - said they were too tough to eat.

Stop at this location in travel thoroughly enjoyed myself. Service was fast. Food was hot and correct and food was seasoned very well. Would definitely recommend this location. 10/15/23 I have called to talk to a manager and was asked to call back some other time then I insisted to speak with someone that could adjust where they overcharged me for a sale item and got an unprofessional retail manager that 1) did not state her name and 2) did not tell me she was a manger til 4 minutes into conversation about how she had had the same conversation with 4-5 other customers about things near a clearance sign that were in fact NOT ON SALE … so why not move the items in question from VALENTINES DAY to some other part of the store.. if they are in fact not on clearance and I am not driving 200 miles to return them but thank you for being rude about it.. maybe you need to work on replacing this unprofessional non-customer service oriented person that would rather fuss with all four customers than to move a non sale item away from that sale sign if she has had the SAME CONVERSATION WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS THIS MORNINGUse That Intelligence like you use that smart attitudeThanks for everything! My service and food were fine and the check out lady was fine except when I mentioned they were on clearance she did not state that they were in fact not on sale.

Out visit was less than welcoming. We arrived at 8:45 PM, checked with the hostess, and were reassured that it was fine to dine so close to the 9 PM closing time. Otherwise we would have gone next door to Longhorns.Unfortunately, our server didn’t seem to share that sentiment. From eye-rolling to slamming down our drinks and using a dismissive tone, it was clear she was not pleased with us being there. Maybe she would have been nicer if we would have come in earlier.

I stopped at this location at a time when it didn't appear very busy. I was seated immediately however, after sitting there almost 10 minutes with servers walking back and forth by my table no one said hello, I'll be with you in a minute or anything else. I returned the menus to the hostess and explained. She didn't apologize or say anything to explain. I've been to this location many times in the past and received good service. Is this location under new management or what's the problem here?

The reception, the service, atmosphere, and the like was great! This was my second visit and I’m just excited to eat and shop here. While shopping the manager asked if she could take the things was holding and put them down for me. I was shocked. Christy was also sweet telling me about the sales they had. Yes! I got more candles! My server was Amazing!

My dining experience was a mixed bag today. Our server was slow to greet us after sitting for several minutes, and had one headphone in the whole time. The food was tasty, but we found a hair on two plates that were definitely not ours. The women working the store side and handling payments was very funny and very engaging. My brother and I had the Biscuit Benny, these were the two plates with hair on them. My mother had the Mama's breakfast and had no complaints, but was a little bummed they removed the Sunrise Sampler from the menu. Overall, I would recommend stopping in and enjoying the classic Cracker Barrel experience. They're just a few hygiene and service changes that would make it so much better.Parking: Plenty of parking and several handicap spots.Kid-friendliness: They have their checkers outside and the peg games at each table. There are also several child friendly menu options.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the door, and plenty of handicap parking. Unfortunately the tables and shelves in the store are so close to eachother I can imagine navigating around would still be a challenge.

I left Tennessee the first week of January and arrived home today. We were driving cargo vans we are converting for camping. 90% of the trip we parked in Cracker Barrel parking lots to camp at night. Fantastic food, fantastic staff and now Fantastic camping!!! If you decide to try this, make sure you call each Cracker Barrel as you travel. Get permission, as some cities do not allow. And, please do not leave garbage in the lot. Have respect for the people that treat us so nicely.

We ate here this evening, 12/31/23. We were seated immediately, and the server took our drink orders. She came back and took our food orders, but we waited for over 45 minutes for our food. When the server brought food to our table it wasn’t our order, and she stated that she knew it wasn’t after she placed it on our table. After another 15 minutes she explained that the order, “somehow didn’t get sent to the kitchen but they were making it now.” It was another 20 minutes before we finally received our food. It wasn’t very busy, but a manager never checked on us, and the check was not adjusted at all. We used to eat at this location once per week, but it has gotten worse and worse so we have stopped eating here very often. After this experience, it will likely be a few months before we come back.

I went inside to place an order to take out. I have done this at other locations with no problem. I was told someone would come take my order. I waited 10 minutes and no one came. So I left. I know Cracker Barrels can be packed and I don't mind waiting when they are. But there was only a handful of people in the restaurant at the time of day I was there. Around 4:30 pm. So I can't comment on the food. Only the service.

The server was kind and attentive. But the food was not good for me or my guests nor was it fresh. I ordered blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs with bacon. The bacon tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since morning. Eggs were flat & overcooked, dry. I was given some type of sour- tasting compost that was NOT blueberry syrup and the hash round casserole was crispy. This place is too close to the highway to have to wait for food that's not good. I like CB for breakfast anytime but this visit was a loss of my money

It's been a while since I tried a Cracker Barrel, but I'm glad we did. We all had the all day breakfast (during lunch) and all items were perfect. The grits were the only think that could have been a but better. They were a bit watered down and gritty, but not horrible. It was quite busy and they needed another register open. The wait staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they hung in there. I would return. Also, I did not know they had alcohol.

Can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel. Most spots have friendly servers and foods always good when you're in the mood for country food. Cracker Barrel is always a fun place to stop along the highways and biways of America. Whenever we're traveling by automobile along the interstate highways in this great country, Cracker Barrel is a first choice for dining. The food is good, the service is first rate, and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy.I can't believe how many pieces of Americana they have adorning the walls of their restaurants. It's so interesting trying to identify the antique implements and figuring out what they were used for and how old they might be.We'll be back whenever we're in this area again.

I went to Cracker Barrel in Dublin, GA to have lunch with my friend. The restaurant was very busy, but we only waited about 10 minutes before we were seated. The food was great and the service was excellent. As a formal employee. I was not pleased with the retail. No one greated me as I walked in. The retail associates was to busy talking among themselves to notice that I needed a basket. No one tried to do show and share with me. I had an arm full of goodies. When I got to the reg to pay my total was over 100. The lady couldn't even upsell me a reusable bag. They had lindor up at the counter and the lady did asked if I wanted to buy 2 for a dollar candy. But nothabout the big candy bags. Which will kill a.d.s. put help u.p.t. I bought the big bag anyway for my daughter's Easter basket.
