Update: It has been a while since I visited Big Lots. Well, this weekend I returned.I was shocked at all the good stuff. They had groceries, homedecor including furniture, mattresses, kitchen and bed & bath linens, wall decor, toys, rugs, and on and on. I purchased a buggy full and didn't break the bank. lolYou all should check it out!New tablecloth..love it.

I went to purchase Christmas Decorations because I received an email from them starting all Christmas Decorations 50%, off. And everything else today being the last day to get 20% off. After ringing up each item the cashier said NO discount. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

The manager thanked me for coming out during my shopping and asked if I needed help. I was blown away at the level of customer service he presented. He really took ownership and treated the company as if it was his.plus the store was nice and clean and very organized.

This place gets overlooked a lot. But all in all it has a good variety of products. The only reason that I'm giving it a 3 is because I don't go there much. Thing is , when I do go I find what I'm looking for. An excellent place for Christmas knickknacks and stuffers and reasonably priced nice gifts. Some of the items that they have will surprise ya

If you are needing a fidget popper, this is your place. After an afternoon of trying to find one at Walmart, Claire's, TJ Maxx, roses and a few other places, I finally found one at Big Lots. The store is very organized and clean. The bathrooms are also very clean. The workers were very nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. Thank you for such an awesome shopping experience.

Is unorganized alot of the time and the employees always seem so stressed out. Big lots use to be alot cheaper than they are now. Their home decor is very over priced. Hobby Lobby and Michael's are alot cheaper and it's nicer. I thought Big Lots was suppose to be a discount store.

The Biglots website states that all coolers are 35%off. I get to the store and try to purchase a cooler, the store clerk tells me that particular cooler is not part of the 35% sale. So, needless to say Biglots don't honor some of their "so-called sales"!

Love the items, but they should really deliver. I dont have a truck and went in there to buy furniture but they didnt have anyone who could deliver. They lost out on my business. Shouldnt sell furniture like that if you cant deliver it. I ended up doing somewhere else and paid hundreds more, but they at least delivered. The staff at big lots were really nice too. I love this store for everything that can fit in my car lol

I've always enjoyed Big Lots..It's not over crowded..the store is always clean..you can easily find what you need and more...The staff they're always courteous and works swiftly to get you out the door and satisfied.

Price would not register after 20 min clerk called manager and he had no luck in getting price to ring up. Now 30 minutes later he gave me discount n receipt of my purchase. Guess I found the one item not in system.
