We went there a few weeks ago to get paint for a nursery we are making. Home Depot wouldn’t help us find the paint we were looking for. Then We went to Ace and the lady that help us was amazing she went over and beyond helping us find the perfect paint. She goes by the name Jessica I definitely recommend going in when she is around!

I went in this store to purchase items for a job I'm doing in Wrightsville GA. I walked to the bathroom and it was locked. I asked the male cashier for the key to the restroom and he looked at me with disgust and said, we don't have a public bathroom anymore because other people have used it before and they left it in a mess. I'm not other people. Off to Home Depot.I Will never stop here again. This was on 12/7/23 around 1:15pm.

Very rude, very mouthy to got screamed at by an employee because she didn't know what she was doing or talking about. I've been going here because it was close, but I will not be spoken to in such a manner, and certainly will not spend my money there. Especially since the manager himself did nothing about it. You are not the only show in town. There are a number of parts houses and hardware stores across town. The only virtue you had was a convenient location. I will not be back.

Great place to get all your working needs . The people that work there are very helpful and out standing . I definitely will be returning back . The young lady Jessica was very help with my project . A lot of places need more of her .

Last week I was searching for magnetic light clips to hang my icicle Christmas lights on my metal roof. Surprisingly ACE had these clips but unfortunately they did not work at all. BUT the amazing customer service I received from Jessica helped me figure out a solution to my problem. She helped me troubleshoot ideas and was very respectful when I had to comeback and return the faulty magnetic Christmas light clips! Shopping at ACE reminded me just how different of an experience you can have vs. Home Depot. This ACE provided quality customer service that isn’t often found in the retail world today. The ACE of East Dublin will continue to have my business because of this!
