This place is like home to me. We have lived here in Douglasville for almost 5 years and I refuse to buy from a box store I will always support the men who run Turner's over Lowes or even Ace... Tractor supply has nothing on the family feeling you get from here. From the bunny to the dogs to the chickens and the garden, this is my one stop shop for everything we need to be successful in our hobbies-Deer hunting to cleaning the coops. First time I went there and was so impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees. They didn’t rush me and took time to explain things to me. Even though some things are a little more expensive it is worth it. Will go here first for all my animal and garden needs.

I bought 40lb bags of mesquite wood for grilling for only $10 each. The guys were so helpful with loading my purchases and showing me some of the plants they have.

Though I only buy dog food from this place, I have never had a bad experience and we’ve been purchasing dog food for the past 7 years. They are always polite and friendly. EXCELLENT customer service. Even when the young teens/adults are working, they are very nice and respectful and I’ve never had to carry a bag of dog food to my car. Keep up the good service. I could actually order the same dog food on amazon but because I want to continue to support a business that has demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service, I will continue to come here. Highly RECOMMENDED.

Our dog has allergies and can only eat certain foods. These guys were able to recommend something for us that’s grain free. Our dog destroys the food as soon as it hits his bowl and hasn’t had anymore breakouts. A great place to get dog food from and very fair prices.

Absolutely love this place. Always buy our dogs hi pro plus dog food from there. And now they even have fun pet odor scented candles. Even my teenage girls enjoy the smell.

Its a feed store... guy at the front was helpful... we dont kniw anything about feeding wild animals, but gave us a mini class. Got a group of 20 or so deer 🦌 trying to find food. Well guy up front taught me how to do it safely!

The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all wildlife products. If you’re looking for a place to buy food plot seeds, deer corn, buck muscle, plus other mixes this is your place.I drive across town just to visit Turner’s. I can’t say enough what a joy it is to buy products and/or just to talk hunting with the down to earth friendly staff.

I use this as my normal feed store We purchase our dog food, Cat food, Chicken feed, chick feed, goat feed, hay, Straw bedding, and other supplies as they are a small business and a long time local one at that. We buy plants from them as well. we also got our baby chicks this year from Turners. the guys are always super nice and ready to assist.

Turner's is my first stop when I need something for my property. I grew up in the city, and these guys are always knowledgeable and provide me sound advice as I clean up my 5 acre property.Bought all my grass seed from them for a freshly cleared 5 acres. Bought my over seeding there too, and both took hold thanks to the seasonal advice from the staff. I'm also allergic to hay, and 2 staffers helped me load ~30 bundles onto my truck without me having to touch it. That meant a LOT! Saved me from having a reaction that day.Can't recommend this store highly enough.

The store doesn't have a lot but the prices on the items they do have or much lower than the big box stores. I'll come here for all my fence posts and little items that you can't even get at the big box stores. Also the staff is very friendly and remembered me after my first visit. It's definitely a comeback store.

I bought a 25lbs bag chicken starter. For that price but didn't have any in stocks so gave me two bags off shelf 6.99 each but I paid for 25lbs not 20 . Made no sense to me yet.

I've been going to get my chicken feed, chicken starter, goat feed, salt blocks, chicken equipment, and chicks from Richard, His Dad, Austen and the rest of the boys for years. It's nice to have folks recognize you and call you by name when you walk in the door...and pretty much know what you're going to ask for. I could get everything that I buy from Turner's somewhere else, but I couldn't get the kind of relationships that Richard and the boys have intentionally built. THAT'S the difference between giving service to folks and taking care of them.

This is a family friendly, out of the box, hardware store. They are very knowledgeable and offer support to farmers, animal lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts. If they don't have it they will tell you how to substitute or where to get it. If you need equine, canine, feline, poultry, etc., products, check here first.
