This Tractor Supply store supposedly has a self-serve dog wash area. However, the dog wash area has been closed for months. Every time I ask an employee, they tell me that it's supposed to be open again in a few weeks. I was in there today. It's still closed and no signs of change.If they are no longer going to offer this service, remove it from the website and their list of services.A whole house could have been built in the time this is taking.UPDATEI called today 2/6/24 (3-weeks later). The dog wash area is still not open. The young lady I spoke with said she didn't know when it would reopen. Yet, there is a sign on the entry door and signage inside directing customers to the dog wash service. Come on, just take down the signs and remove it from the website.UPDATEI called today 4/15/24 (a month later). The dog wash area is still not open. The employee said they didn't know when it would reopen. This resource has been closed since, at least, November 2023. Yet, on the TSC website, it lists this location among those with a self dog wash area. There are signs on the doors and banners inside the store advertising this resource. I don't get it. I can only assume poor management.

Do not buy online for shipping!! I have ordered online twice, and both times, it's been a nightmare. The first order, they couldn't get a delivery driver, so my order was canceled, and I had to argue with them to get my shipping charge returned. This time, we ordered a gun safe to be delivered on Thursday, December 28th. Although Tractor Supply said they could deliver by 12-26-23, we scheduled for the 28th just to give them extra time. We received an email stating it would be delivered on the 28th between 12 and 4. We had to take out a door to get it in the house, even though it's pretty darn cold. We sat and waited all day and night. NO delivery. We had to spend the night without a door. We were emailed that the safe is sitting on a dock in Newnan. We called customer service to find out if it was going to be delivered today. We were told the safe is in Macon. So either the email updates are lies or the customer service representative lied. So far, we've missed 2 days of work waiting. We're going to have to find some way to cover the doorway as we can't put the door back up until the safe is in, and it's freezing tonight. Tractor Supply has the worst shipping of any company I have dealt with. I will NEVER place an online order with them again.

Hampton gave great service. He was willing to go above and beyond to do what needs to be done to get us going with the brand new trailer that we bought from tractor supply. He also gave us a quick tutorial on safety and hook up and disconnect. Installed the ball joint. He was definitely a joy to be around and to be the person to assist us. Once again we do appreciate it and we will be planning to come back.

I went to the Douglasville store about the Contaminated Victor Dog Food. I spoke with Zenzie 20 minutes before I got there and she said that I could either get a refund or I could exchange for a different kind of dog food when I got there she denied the whole conversation.. I Really Feel that Race had something to do with it..

Sometimes a good trip but usually it is SUPER SLOW to checkout. The checkout is either super slow or they don't have enough people on but it is a chronic problem as it is always bad. The staff are usually nice (I have had a couple who seemed like they should be working at the DMV but usually nice) Some of the young men who seem to roam the store more are very professional and know a lot about the products so very helpful any time I have had a question but it would be nice for them to fix their checkout to be something a bit more modern and quick.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. The product line is patchy as a store, they have everything and nothing. In regard to hardware and such, They have enough to start a project but not complete it. Good overall selection of feed and pet supplies. I had started buying my Motor oil there but now it seems they only have their store brand, It could simply be supply lines. Overall fair pricing across the store.

I used the vet services there which were super cheap compared to any vet cause they ONLY charge for the shots! No 50 to 60 dollar office visit! It will save you a lot of money and this one in Douglasville is open more days than most like Tuesday through Friday! Opens at 12noon! Get there 15 to 20 minutes before and your good cause they are fast too!

Seem to have everything I need every time I go. Bought a trailer from them and it's been great, but I'll have to do some modifications. They nailed the wooden bed to the steel frame. NAILED. I'll have to remove each nail and replace with a bolt. Otherwise solid trailer.

I love coming here to use the Self-service dog wash, and my past experiences have been fine and I never really had much to complain about. Today was much different, I went in and payed for the bath as usual and asked if anyone was currently using the wash, I was told no. I got to the back and saw that the tubs were in use and thought "thats ok I'll just wait".When my turn came, I immediately noticed the large pile of dirty towels (almost as tall as me) and that both tubs had not been cleaned, there was no cleaning solution, and the tubs were very clogged, the whole place looked like it hadn't been cleaned the whole month. Normally I wouldn't complain, but the state of the whole wash room was unacceptable and I am very disappointed,I feel like I will have to start going back to the more expensive dog wash in town, at least I know that it will be clean.

Absolutely love this store and shop here often. They have good prices and you never know what new items they are going to have or what great deals you may find.I edited my review as the prices are a lot higher now than other places and they seem to have less selection the staff is still good. I will say one thing that has made me change this is that they don't have many items that I normally get anymore. There bagged soil is outrageous I saw the price and decided to go somewhere else to make that purchase. The same dog food I buy elsewhere is at least $2-$3 higher and the feed for all my animals has been switched to a different company as I was paying entirely to much for my animals feed here. My chicken feed here was $17 a bag higher protein where I am getting it now $14 a bag, Goat feed here $28 a bag where I go now $12.50 a bag. Tractor supply has raised it's prices way to much. I was going to purchase baby chicks from here this year and found you have to be a neighbors club member and clerk said it was so the county could track who was buying chicks and how many. That was my point of saying not sure about being a customer here anymore. I am about to move my buying hay from here as well it's sad because I really liked the tractor supply in Carrollton it was awesome.

PetVet. Vet. Pet clinic Douglasville*WARNING* watch the vet/vet tech with your pets!!!I’ve been a regular customer since May! I had previously posted a five star review for this vet. After a very disturbing visit last week I have to recant. The current full time vet has really changed the Douglasville office. After viewing a pretty aggressive encounter with someone else’s dog I decided I would never allow them to handle my dogs again; I informed them of my decision.My daughter, who’s also on my plan, decided to to take her cat there for her treatments and was scolded by the vet because of my last visit. They made her feel like she was being taken to the principals office! Vet also threatened to deny her service.I was disappointed and direct about my decision; MY DECISION! There was absolutely no reason to lecture a customer about someone else. Disgusting.

First time ever using their self pet wash station. Loaded up my car with my two dogs and my kids. Get there go to the back. Never knew about having to pay before hand, but glad I didn’t. They didn’t even have the tethers for the baths nor the grooming tables. It was a huge mess. Completely disgusting. I’m a professional dog groomer and I just couldn’t even sit in there and bathe them. No telling if it’s ever sanitized. Would not recommend and honestly hate that I waisted my time coming in.

I came to use the public pet wash but there was two people in the pet wash before me, for what ever reason they locked the door so we would not come in there, we told the manager they act like they couldn’t do anything… this was very unprofessional on the managers side and rude on the customers side… DO NOT PET WASH HERE!

I usually shop at the Tractor Supply in Dallas, but they didn't have any ducklings in. I called the Douglasville store and the employee on the phone was polite and helpful. They had ducks and chicks, so I headed over. It's really a nice little store. I think it's a bit smaller than the Dallas location, but walking around it also seemed like they had a better selection of some things. Holly, the employee who got the ducks and chicks was very helpful, and kept asking questions to make sure I had everything I needed. It was a great experience overall and I just might start shopping here instead of the Dallas store.

A unique store. The employees are always helpful and nice at this location. What I need is usually always in stock. Once an item was not in stock, in which case an employee ordered the item and I received a phone call when the item arrived in the store. They sell Carhartt supplies that cannot be found in stock anywhere else near us. I receive excellent customer service at Tractor Supply and it still feels like a home town experience. To me, that is exceptional.

Came in for a pet wash with a German Shepherd. He’s not my dog, I was helping a traveling neighbor get his dog straightened out. The dog was really old and cried and barked the whole time (obviously stressed) and one of the employees in the back started yelling for him to shut up. Eventually another customer and his dog showed up and they were barking back and forth, and I guess the employee felt bolder but started yelling it again. Completely unprofessional, and rude. Please have a little more compassion because you don’t know the circumstances. I will not be back.

Pretty cool. Good selection of dog food. Some of which I want to try but have to wait on budget. Liked the different flavors such as veal, bison, and turkey. Figured my kids would enjoy trying something new.
