The 2 stars are for the inside appearance alone, you may not ever care.. BUT 🤔 I should have taken some pictures so you could see what I seen.🤦🏾‍♀️Walmart, why are you looking like this? You are looking dark and gloomy, while the other Walmart is looking vibrant. When you upgraded your cash register lines, what happened to your floors? Let there be light! Come on now🤷🏾‍♀️ LED hint, hintNever mind me, I'm from another town, I'm just here for work and returning to my town. Cleanliness is everything for a store.One more thing... Bathroom 💩🤧

the local walmart here sucks badly to a point i don't go in unless i need to it's that much of a hassle. i need a moving cart and i can't never seem to find one because i have problems with my feet. they never plug them up so they can charge so if i do find one it's always dead or barely charged up.

Probably one of the worst places to go in Douglas. Some of the associates aren't bad, but the place is just terrible.Headlight went out and needed to pick one up. Around 9 I'm there and trying to get someone to open the glass door.... apparently no one has the key, not even the managers!!!! It's ridiculous. Had them page someone 3 times and yet no one came, had to keep searching the store for an associate

PROS: Store is organized and neat. Great prices. Loved how items getting close to expiration date were reduced for quick sale. Many positives.CONS: Men's bathroom was disgusting hence the - 1 star.

This place is the slowest distribution center I've ever delivered to 4hrs to unload a trailer. Please do not accept any loads here the warehouse workers are clock riders. But will want to give a failed delivery if you deliver early or pick up late

Good experience in general. I picked out a fishing rod that showed $24.95 on the shelf. But when I got to the check out, it rang up $69.95. That section needs to be way more organized

So what exactly do your employees do when they come to work? No buggies upon entering the store... I had to walk all the way to the other entrance to get a buggy for myself and then on my way out still no buggies and a customer walking in asked me for mine, and on my way to the car I had to let a customer know they might want to take a buggy from the parking lot because there is none available inside. All your buggies are out partying in your parking lot.Also, everytime I come in here your shelves are trashed, product is not fronted and faced, dented cans on the shelf, shelf strips on the floor, product under the gondolas, and your Frito Lay section is currently wiped out, you must not be staying on top of your vendors.Good thing Douglas is getting a Publix because they will put you to shame.Customer service goes beyond just being a friendly face, it also means making sure your store is customer ready, properly stocked, clean, and buggies readily available.

EDIT: January 29, 2024New order made and delivered today, & same exact issues still exist. Today, it was a partially exposed head of lettuce where the plastic is ripped open & a red bell pepper in my order is rotten. Does anyone from management read reviews? I called in for credit on my credit card as Walmart wants customers with W+ to BRING in bad vegetables. Excuse me? How is calling in or bringing in Walmart's screw-ups saving me time or money? Thoroughly disgusted with this store. Keeping my review here each delivery until management addresses issues!~~~~~January 22, 2024 Original Review:I have W+ & I see no reason to keep itany longer. I'm a vegetarian & buy A LOT of veggies. Who is training the shoppers to shop for us? If they won't eat it why would I? Bananas needed to be tossed, as they wouldn't last 24 hours. One of the red bell peppers had rot on the sides, cucumbers were soft in the middle rather than firm throughout & showed signs of "dimpling" which is a sign of old age.I order online through W+ twice a week on average, and shouldn't have to order 3 times a week. Publix has opened this this last week here in Douglas. I have been filling prescriptions in Tifton there to do fill ins and see the freshest on ingredients & items Walmart doesn't carry such as Swiss Chard & other veggies. Frankly, I'm at the point where I'd rather pay a third party fee and get fresh veggies than to have what I've been getting.A manager emailed me about how the delivery people weren' following my directions. I told him all it took was to read my notes. They delivered to my front door where I couldn't even get out the door. I have a cart for the delivery people to put items in with instructions to go & deliver to the side door. I also addressed the lack of fresh ingredients. Manager avoided that topic but said delivery was a different department & they don't pick orders. This isn't true as I have spoken to delivery drivers & many have told me they picked my orders. This is part of of the reason why there is no training about what makes fresh veggies. I have even volunteered my time to educate the staff.This is so ridiculous. I understand they can't get e ery item I like, but fresh items and following directions? No excuse. Then the app defaults to a 10% tip. I found this out as I changed how to pay for groceries and never got a follow up to tip the person who left my gro series on the ground. I can't use one hand right now, have a bad back and I just tipped 10% to a person who ignored everything and can't go back and reduce the tip to 5%. What a freaking joke all the way around!This is by far the worst Walmart I have been in from the disorganization, lack of help and the W+ app and people who work within it.

For a few items, self check out is fine, but I despise going to Walmart because we spend 200-300 when we go every 3-4 weeks, and with a cart full, I prefer that the business I'm buying from could atleast check me out

Today only one girl taking out pick up in the pouring rain. I felt so sad for her all parking spaces were taken and people including myself left without my pickup. If I would have been her I would have called home office because management should have stepped in. 2/12/24

I went to this walmart in douglas, ga and bought 10 packs of panini hoops cards. They were the usual $10 packs. I walked outside and they charged me $20 a pack. I realized i was gouged so i went back inside to get my money back. I waited 25 minutes in line. Only to be told that the packs i bought 30 minutes before were not refundable. I asked to discuss this with the manager and she said sorry and walked away. I was standing next to the cashier and she said, :he just bought those packs". They ignored me. The packs dont say non refundable, the shelves didnt say that either. I took pictures to prove it. Total bummer of a day.

Yesterday I went tto he Walmart I was approached and greater by the front door staff Outstanding Customer service, thank you to, the African American Woman who offered me a water due to our hot flash lol. While it was Evident that we were from New York the some of the staff was Outstanding to us. However in a blink of a eye it changed yes Racism showed its Ugly face by the Management front end her name was Alendona who has 5 years of service with store along with Steven who was a coach there level of professionalism needs work. They were so Rude I'm in the process of following a formal complaint with the Corporate office. I have never been so Outraged while spending my money we had brought to there attention thst the pre debit cards had a malfunction and the barcodes were being damaged once you attempted to open them and we had the first one we voided due to the damage that was shown and brought to Ms. Alendona attention we explained it would be used to pay for or luggage go back to our home town of Rochester New York and for the Airport luggage and it had to be correct so once she voided that one without telling us there is NO RETURN OR REFUND ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WE PURCHASED ANOTHER WITH THE SAME ISSUE NO BARCODE. WHEN THE CASHIER SAME PROBLEM WE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO WANT A REFUND WITH. NO HELP NO UNDERSTANDING NO RESPECT NO HELP RUDE DISRESPECTFUL SHE DID NOT WANT TO WRITE HER NAME DOWN I WAS TOLD BASICALLY DO WHAT. ..I'm glad I don't live here just a visit however as a visitor from another State and spending over a 180.00 disheartening I just wanted EVERYONE TO KNOW EVERYONE THEY DROPPED THE BALLLLLL. WILLL NEVER RETURN TO THAT WALMART AND I WILL BE FOLLOWING THROUGH SINCE THEY ADVISED ME SO WHAT, THANK YOU FOR OUTSTANDING NONE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGAIN.

Douglas Walmart can care less if you shop there, employees do not acknowledge that you are even there,1/5/24 it's still the same could care less if you shop with themselves and hope the New Publix changes their cost customer service, the pharmacy takes forever to get waited on 2nd person in line waited 20 minutes before I was told next person!!!

Always clean and easy to get in and out of. The only thing I'd like better is if they had actual cashiers to check a person out. It gets really hard when one has a huge cart full of items and have to check oneself out. That is the only thing I despise about most walmarts these days. I wish they had people to check you out

I don’t go to Walmart much anymore but when I do I usually have to wait in line just to check my own self out, which I don’t mind, but if theres a lot of stuff or if I’m buying groceries it can be a hassle sometimes. That being said they do have all the things you would need for home use which is what I’m usually there for with many options. The only thing I’ve noticed over the years that I don’t particularly like is how the clothes no longer have that many different varieties to choose from, especially if you’re a smaller person or have to wear juniors clothes. But as for the store as a whole I’d say it is pretty good and always has what I need. Just hard to find a worker to assist you if you need help with something. Most look like they’re walking around “pretending” to be too busy to help you. The electronics section is the worst at getting help to unlock a case or a cashier to check you out, second to the makeup section for locked up items. The gun and ammo section varies from time to time. But each section needs more workers to help customers. Walmart has cut back too much on jobs in my opinion. They need to work on that better. And that’s every Walmart not just this one. Garden section is always pretty good though. Although I had to go to Lowe’s to get the seasonal flowers I was looking for.

Was told at the register that this coupon for a dollar off, was not valid on these Welch's juice bottles! Casher told me that it is plain as day on the bottle, and basically it's my fault, instead of it being the workers fault for not taking them off the selves. I come back 2 days later, and there are ten still on selves with same coupon on them, girl did nothing about it!
