Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Many pretty things to look at and buy. To me there's a small town atmosphere when you're in there and I personally like that a lot. I grew up in Douglas and the friendliness and atmosphere makes me feel like I'm back in time!!

It is what it is and this is one of the best around for it. This location is very clean and almost always will have what you need for your farm, in stock.All the times we have stopped in here, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and greets you right when you walk in the door.

Nice people, great products. Slightly expensive. I paid almost $200 for a pair of Ariat boots and within the first two months, the bottoms soles were a lil messed up.. with NO KIND of hot surfaces or any hard work load besides walking. And was told I could only exchange them for thirty days.. quite costly for a pair of boots that get messed up that quickly.

I've been to a lot of Tractor Supplies, however, all TSs are not equal....This store has a Manager named Joe, he's the best in the business. I've worked in retail before and have only seen this type of Leadership and customer service much older Managers....Great Job and a very nice store!

SHOPPED HERE TWICE FOR MY ESA, SHOPPED at pet Sense in Waycross once for my ESA. They definitely have everything you need. BUT PROFILING IS NOT OKAY. YOU MIGHT NOT SAY IT BUT BEING WATCHED WHILE SHOPPING IS NOT OKAY...... ALSO BOTH EXPERIENCE'S WITH Both STORES MAKES ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO CORPORATE SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE A LITTLE FURTHER....... IF YOUR NOT DRESSED OR GROOMED TO THEIR LIKING YOU WILL BE PROFILED AND TARGETED.

Whenever I do go I can always get in and out without having to wait and I even like the fact that they have self check out now, so shopping is a breeze and I'm always in a hurry (lol) so the self check out is perfect for me.😁

Sitting outside waiting for propane. Called twice for someone to come out. 20 minutes later someone comes out. Then they take care of someone else who pulled up after me as I’ve been sitting there waiting. Unreal.

Although chick day was CLEARLY marked outside, it was actually over. And a nail of some sort slung at my 1 year old grandson head, as we were looking at the new toys , and we were taking the toys from the shelves. Staff was standing right there, and no one said anything.Usually I love this place and it's possibly They were having an off day today.

Have an awesome experience here great customer service One of the surprising things that we saw is they had little baby chickens for sale It was so neat to see the chicks right inside the store, also there's a very nice lady who has a vending stand where she sells snow cones and treats and things of that nature It was need to see that too
