One of our family members passed away in Douglas she was 93. We live in Florida and needed to turn an arrangement in 1 day notice. Thanks to google I found Thomas Flowers. I literally called this florist at 4:50 the day before the funeral. I had zero hope that I was going to get anything this nice delivered to the church the next day. I asked for them to send me a picture just so I could tell my mother-in-law which floral arrangement was ours and I was blown away. They sent me this picture at 8pm the same night I ordered!! They stayed after to make this arrangement up so it could be delivered in time the next morning. I'm just blown away! Don't hesitate to order from this shop. They are amazing!

Living in Illinois & Missouri and not being able to be there when our brother-in-law lost his brother was hard, but working with Thomas Flowers over the phone and through text was amazing!!! They put together the most beautiful lantern with a Cardinal, we couldn't have asked for anything more. ❤️ Thank you for going above and beyond, absolutely wonderful customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I could not be happier with the service this company provided to me. I called to see if they would be able to deliver same day 20 min away, and they didn't hesitate at all. We are located in Florida and our grandmother is in Georgia so we really needed this incredible flower company. The woman who took my order was so helpful and it meant the world to me because I had absolutely no idea what to order and it was so last minute. The prices are amazing and the delivery fee was well below what I expected. The customer service was perfect and comforting. Do not order from anywhere else! My husband went into the shop asking to have me delivered flowers spur of the moment (best time to give flowers!) before lunch same day and they did everything in their power to make it happen. I’m a long time seasoned floral designer and I have to say these flowers are so very fresh! It’s been 6 days and I’m still enjoying them! My husband now knows to go back to them when he “surprises me again!” Thank you so very much for making his transaction so easy!

I called in today to order a small arrangement for my mother's wedding anniversary. They were to be sent from my step daddy in heaven. He always gave her yellow roses on their anniversary so it was important to get just the right roses. Cindy was very kind and went out of her way to make sure they had just the right ones I needed and the delivery was made about an hour after I ordered them. It was a beautiful arrangement, full of personality and they made my mother smile on a tough day. I am very grateful. The roses were of high quality and the arrangement delightful. I could not have asked for anything more.

I needed to order an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral. I was going to do it online but I prefer to support the local economy. I hopped on Yelp and found this florist in the area. There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement. Once I get pictures of the arrangement, I will post. I definitely recommend.

Could not find any nicer group of Ladies to deal with . They will do their very best to do anything they are asked to do. At Valentine's they were so busy . and the flowers are so BEAUTIFUL, and their funeral work last longer than any other florist in town. I use them for all my work. My son got married in 2015 and the flowers were perfect. I can't say enough about how they are really accommodating about all their flower orders

I go here to buy roses for my girlfriend they do everything just the way i like if not better. They give me recommendations and tips and I couldn’t refer a better flower shop or florist. Super sweet staff 🙂

I ordered a floral arrangement over the phone for my aunt's funeral. I could not see the floral arrangement and did ask the person on the phone to make sure it was a nice arrangement. She assured me that the arrangement would be nice, not to mention I paid $75 for the flowers. I felt really good getting off the phone know that the florist would take care of me and have beautiful flowers to represent me and my family, since I could not be there because I live in Las Vegas. After the funeral I asked my sister what the flowers looked like and she told me that the arrangement did not represent me and my family very well. She said that the flowers looked more like they cost $35 dollars versus $75. I decided to call Thomas to let them know I was not happy with the flowers, not specifically asking for a refund but just to let them know they did not do a good job. Cindy at Thomas Flowers spoke with me and during the conversation with her she kept making excuses about the flowers. Cindy told me that I could bring the flowers back and they would replace them with some more, she offered twice to take the flowers back. I am shocked that she would mention bringing the flowers back, I think this is tacky. No one, in my opinion, takes flowers back to the florist after the funeral is over. And I am not there to go and try and find out where the flowers are to take back, not that I would do that anyway. This is what just blew away about the entire conversation, that she wanted me to bring the flowers back. I thought that after the conversation that I would feel better but I did not feel good and I felt that I was taken advantage of by this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and also know going in that you will not get good customer service. They make excuses for bad flowers and try to blame others for their bad actions.

I have had the worst experience with this business after ordering a Mother's day arrangement. I advise to use great caution when ordering from this business especially if your not able to actually go into the store to place the order. I ordered a blue and white arrangement of lillies, Rose's and ect along with a blue square vase and mother's day balloon. My mother recieved an orange and yellow arrangement in a green cylindrical vase. Considering this arrangement cost me $78 I was a little irritated that the incorrect order was recieved. The vender refuse to deliver the correct arrangement stating that the arrangement they provided was similar to what I ordered. However, the only thing correct with my order was the Mother's day balloon. If you did not have the flowers I ordered then I should have been contacted and advised and given the choice to order something different or cancel the order. I guess that would have been too professional. Over priced flowers and terrible customer service. I order flowers regularly for my mother, but I'd stroll through hell and walk barefoot on hot coals all the way to Douglas before I allow Thomas Flowers to steal any more of my money.

I desperately needed to send “ red roses to a blue lady” late yesterday afternoon. Short notice & small bank account on a Friday afternoon but Sue Deems made sure my mama got her roses . God bless her . I will certainly be loyal to & highly recommend Thomas Flowers Inc. If anyone wants to send mama flowers hehe Sue will be sure she gets the most beautiful flowers & a fair price.

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my mother's 50th birthday. What I told was going to be delivered was not what was delivered nothing like what was described to me. I live in a different city and was trusting that what I ordered would be what was delivered. My mom sent me a picture of the balloon bouquet and it was nothing like what I was described and literally the next day, this morning she said her balloons are flopping...I am so disappointed in the service and the fact that I paid nearly $30 for balloons that were not as described....WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST EVER!

I have ordered everything from my Mom & Dad's Blankets from Thomas's to Homecoming & Prom bouquets & the guys flowers, Bridal Bouquet to funeral sprays to birthday flowers. In 30 ears I have lived in Douglas I can tell their flowers from the rest, always fresh & beautifully done.

I wanted a floral arrangement for a funeral and since the ownner knew that i was making a last minute purchase she was wanting to sell me artificial flower arrangements, which i did not wanted and since she knew i needed them she said $75 for the ine i wanted and everytime i will say how i wanted it she kept going up and up on price because she was taking advantage of my need for the arrangement and because i needed them than, I did purchase the arrangement but I told her to give me the one she said will cost me $75. I was not pleased to wait 3 for an arrangement to be made because that arrangement was by no means worth $75 it was too simple, I will never buy anything from this place, plis she was very impatient.

This place is highway robbery, 85 dollars for 5 roses in a glass vase an small teddy bear. . . Then when I said I'm not sure if I have that much on me the ladies that work there told me to keep digging in my wallet? How unprofessional.. especially the place of business they choose to sale their products. Looked very unhygienic
