The store is kept clean and stocked well...the employees are generally pleasant people. Overall a nice place to go for a small town setting. So much better than going to Walmart all the time. They actually have people to check you out here.

I use the Harvey's off west ward st in Douglas. It's a great store. Very clean and organized. Isle Signs are accurate makes shopping easy. I visit and shop there at least once a week. I love the rewards card and extra points system. Fruits are fresh. Best deals on meat. And I love the pick 5's.

This Harvey's has the nicest store manager I have ever had any dealings with. He is so nice and helpful to resolve any problems I have.He is very courteous and treats you right.

This location have less people shopping than the other harveys. Nice and spacious . More room to shop. You still may wait in line if you watch it you can normally get in and out just try not to finish shopping the same time other folks do😉.

I found the prices here extremely reasonable and being from out of town Tallahassee having just arrived here a few days ago, Harvey's is located within walking distance from my remodel job here in Douglas.Harvey's has been my one stop shop for all my survival need here as I'll be staying for a few weeks and I've been treated like a local priority customer daily being offered first giving discounts obtain with a card even though I didn't receive one yet they were inclined to oblige thank you Harvey, s

I was just in the Harvey's on Ward St. I walked in to purchase an item that I always buy there. I walked over to the cashier to check out and the cashier scanned the item. The cashier scanned the item again, and it did not scan. The cashier called one of the managers over and asked about the item. The manager then said because she could not scan the item that I would not be able to purchase the item. The manager did not take the time to solve the problem, she did not try to manually enter the code for the item. I was refused the sale. Nevertheless the service was less than the core values for this brand. I would love to come back to the store in the future as a consumer but I would like to be treated better and have my time valued.Thank you

Some of the cashiers are grumpy, but others are nice. I work retail as well so I know how frustrating it can be, but I never show my attitude when someone would like to do two small transactions. The bakery goods are very tasty though! I really recommend anyone to try the Tropicana Piña Colada juice in the cold goods section.

We have two Harvey's. The first one I went to didn't have a wheel chair. So I had to go to the other one. I'm disable and I can't walk long distances at a time So the wheel chair comes in handy for. They have great prices some times.

My favorite Harveys! The manager in this particular store is AWESOME! He will go out of his way to help you however he can! The store is clean, and the staff are friendly!

The store is a great place to shop . Good quality meat top brand items but prices are higher on some things you can get elsewhere. The biggest negative is their personnel in the deli. Rude and you have wait forever to get their attention you want something.

Great sales, great service, convient for a quick store run or shopping. There is sometimes a line but the always seem to have more than one register operating for your convenient check out. And the weekly sales are awesome.

It's a nice clean store with a big selection..Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is customer service is not as good as it used to be. While I don't take advantage of having my groceries carried out very often...there seems to be no help when I reallyneed some.

Staff really friendly and was able to get in and out fast. Of course prices could be better but that is everywhere!
