I would give this store a zero rating if I could.Walking in to get a few things in Douglas, I overheard a woman yelling at someone that they were not allowed to speak Spanish because this is America, over and over. I was shocked to see that it was the cashier yelling at a younger woman and an elderly woman. The younger woman spoke English to the cashier, but was translating to the elderly woman what was going on. They purchased their items and left the store, then the younger woman came back in to help another family member. I started speaking Spanish to them, while in line and Wanda, the cashier, started yelling at me "uh-huh, you're in America. Oh you're white, well why are you speaking Spanish?" I explained to her stearnly, that we can speak whatever language we want - in America.I'm sure Wanda, being a person of color, is very well aware that racism, in any way, should absolutely NOT be tolerated, by anyone. It was disheartening to see that her bahavier was not corrected by the manager Lori, who was not far away. I called to talk to Lori about what had happened but she acted as though she couldn't be bothered by it.Hoping Ms. Wanda and Ms. Lori could both have further training to help with learning some compassion and professionalism, even in dollar tree.

This store was so full. They only had one register opened,the cashier Rebecca waited on customers with no complaints. Only to have her co workers in the back office laughing and talking. At no time should she have been left alone to wait on all those customer's like did. Great job Rebecca...Lori not so great. Do better please.

They always have something new and I love the price. Now there are some stuff that is hard to find even on the website. I would order stuff off the website but u have to buy a case and most of the time I would only need one. They need to have it like Wal-Mart or Amazon where u pick how many u want and if u spend so much then u get free shipping. I don't get to go in to this store to much bc I'm not able to walk it.

If they would stock the shelfs like they sapose to I'd would have gave them 5 store the manager told me they would have stuff on shelf the truck come in yesterday morning to come back today for what I wanted but they having put anything on shelfs yet I live 20 miles from the nearest doller tree and I can't afford to keep going back every day I'm on disability and have to pay $10 to get a ride to town

The Manager was slow as a Turtle at the Regester . She called for help with 8 people in her line and the lady that came to help went throw 8 people to the Managers 2 people Great Management and team leadership. Then she told the relief lady to take over her line when she was done. I was not impressed and hope Corporate can see this review.

The Dollar Tree in Douglas is far better than the one in Waycross. The shelves are almost always stocked and they have what I need most of the time. When I need something and it only cost a dollar that's a win-win for me.

CLUTTERED AS USUAL, THE STORE IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH. THERE'S AN EMPTY BUILDING NEXT DOOR, YOU NEED TO ACQUIRE IT AND MAKE IT A SUPER STORE. THERE'S "NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR MY POWERED WHEELCHAIR. TWO PEOPLE CAN BARELY SQUEEZE DOWN THE SAME ISLE. PRODUCTS ARE GREAT. EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL.

Very crowded. I'm sure people exceed the limit during the covid 19 scare. The store was also crowded with unpacked boxes and debris in walk ways. Very unsafe all around!

They didn't have as much items as the Waycross location or the Baxley location. I was disappointed. However, this location has more than enough luau decorative items for the whole planet.
