I just moved here and tried to have my prescriptions transferred. I am now behind on taking my meds, because 3 times I've gone up there to pick them up and they still aren't ready, I requested them just before the holidays and was told they would be ready the 31st, then it jumped to today and now tomorrow. I'm changing pharmacies.

The only good thing about CVS pharmacy is a girl named Emily who has the best attitude no matter what and tries to make things better. Other than that this is Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the world. I had a Z pack antibiotics called in from my doctor which was verified many times. CVS never picked up the phone the multiple times I called.. so I waited through the line for 45 minutes to be told they didn’t see it.. I was told to walk in and they would resolve it and they never did.. my doctors office had no idea what CVS had going on.. I’m now going to Swains pharmacy as they are SO MUCH BETTER than CVS. Also cvs will tell you on the phone they have your medicine in stock and when you get there and wait inside for 30 minutes they’ll tell you they actually don’t have it in stock..

After waiting in drive-thru with no help for about 5min someone asked if I was dropping off or picking up. I was dropping off they said ok someone will be right with you. A few minutes later a different girl asked the same question and then took my prescription. Told me they close in 2 hours and it will be ready then. I asked if she needed anything else and she said no. When I came back 2 hours later they said they couldn't look up my daughter without any info and didn't fill my prescription for my sick 2 year old because the lady failed to do her job properly now my daughter is without medicine. Absolutely irresponsible and this is not the job to be irresponsible with at all. People need their medicine in a timely fashion not being told 2 hours and then find out you can't get it until the next day because the woman forgot to do her job. I wish I knew her name. I definitely remember her face so ill get her name.

I went to pick up my elderly mothers prescription and I presented my goodrx coupons to them which we had already discussed on the phone would be accepted. My total was established over the phone by cvs pharmacy and per goodrx to be $38 and some change. They also told me I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. When I got there they said I had to wait 15 minutes and come back.. so I did.. got back up to the window and they told me “oh it’s going to be over $60” and when I presented them with the correct information all the woman could say was “I don’t know”.. so now a lot of time has been wasted and I believe cvs is up to fraudulent activity by overcharging and my mother does not have her life saving medication tonight for her thyroid . Switching pharmacies

I have done business with them for yrs but today was to much. My husband had a dentist appointment at 3. The dentist office called him a prescription in at 11:00 for him to calm his nerves. At 10 minutes till 3 we finally got the prescription. To late to even take for calming his nerves.

The worst store in town!! I know y’all open at 7 but waited outside for a hour to unlock door even see the mannager and he seen me and I all needed to use was the atm but yet still had the door locked and wouldn’t let nobody in.

The parking lot lights at night are not on ,it is difficult to see in that parking lot, when are youll gona fix them , WHEN,? I do a lot of shopping there an it very difficult to see in there at night . A lot of other pharmacys have very good lighting in their parking lots , when will youll fix them ?

I would like to add these scheduled hours online here.. Are not the same as the actual pharmacy.. I know it's aggravating to drive up there to not a note or anything explaining when they will return.. Just a hung over school boy with an attitude in the Store

Scripts are never ready when they say they will be. It takes multiple trips over hours to get your prescription. Not worth it.
