Suppose to close at midnight. I needed a bottle of motrin for my mom. I would have been in and out in less than 3 minutes. I get there at 11:53. I'm running to the door at 11:54. Lady looks right at me with the door half open, yells at me that they are closed, shuts the door and locks it with 6 minutes left till closing. I know it was last minute but if you say you're open till midnight then you should be open till midnight and not close a few minutes early. Luckily a gas station was opened. Absolutely useless. I will go out of my way to spend my money before going back to any Dollar General again.

Love the people. Always friendly and they always have just what I need. However, having to wait in line really needs an upgrade. Dollar general should have kept the self checkouts if we gonna have to stay in line for ever. sometimes I rather go pay more somewhere else bc I don't have time to be tenth in line or worse. Needs more room for checkout n speedier checkout. Other than that, i would have gave five stars.

One of the converted old Wal-Mart mini-markets, this Dollar General in addition to the usual fare has fuel, produce and an expanded freezer section. It has become our go-to for quick shopping. Good store but needs more employees. They often are overwhelmed by the barrage of customers. They need someone just to work the stock so the cashiers don't have to run back and forth to stock shelves. It does a disservice to the customers who have to wait in line for the cashiers to return and makes it stressful on the employees having to do two peoples jobs!

Staff was rude, we got gas (yes, a DG that has gas pumps) and went in to get snacks and drinks (traveling) and when we asked for the ladies room key the staff said, nastily, "it's lost". We set our things down and left, I won't spend money where my presence is unwanted.

This store is super cool! It's in the same building as the previous Walmart Marketplace. The setup seems to be the same except Dollar General logo and price tags. If having a Dollar General gas station isn't cool enough, there's also an amazing selection of cold drinks and food. Something about the cleanliness and openness makes this store super chic and different from your typical DG.Megan is an amazing cashier(I'm sure she plays many other roles in-store)

The location used to be a neighborhood Walmart. It has coolers and freezers with various items in it. It also has a gas station with very competitive gas prices. Service is usually good and the store is clean.

This store has the best manager ever. I have known her for over a year and she is nice, sweet, and overall awesome. You guys are blessed to have her as an manager of this store. There is nobody like her and there is nobody that could ever replace her.

I shop there frequently and I get good deals and the prices are good. The cashier's are very helpful if I can not find what I need. Just continue the great service.

This dollar general is by far one of the best I have shopped at. They have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats and prepared foods. Combine that with smiles from the staff and it's worth the stop

Lines are long. Not enough cashiers working to handle such a busy store. They are always out of items. They dount order enough for such a busy store. It could be a nice store. They are literally as busy as Walmart

I am traveling to Panama City, Florida from Americus, Georgia. We stopped at a Dollar General in Malone, Florida for an emergency bathroom break. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. We had to clean it before using it.The store was so junky. In the area I saw Merchandise was laying and thrown all over.I LOVE DOLLAR GENERAL! IN AMERICUS IT IS MY # 1 MOST FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP.I WOULD NOT SHOP AT THE DOLLAR GENERAL IN MALONE, FLORIDA!THEY NEED TO CLEAN UP AND ORGANIZE THE STORE. SO MUCH MERCHANDISE IN THE ISLES IT'S HARD TO WALK THRU. I WAS ON A WALKER. VERY HARD TO MANEUVER THRU THE ISLES.CLEAN UP DG. Could be hazardous for some customers. Think SAFETY!If you live there, talk to the manager about the condition of the store. You have a right to feel comfortable where you spend. NOT having to step over, go around or feel like something may fall on your head. Managers are good people. Sometimes we have to help them out with a small private chat.

if you go in here after the hurricane make sure to bring nunchucks, These people will walk right through guns and knives but you never know what a nunchuck is going to do.I'm not saying don't bring a gun and a knife I'm just saying make sure you have a nunchuck.

Very clean Dollar general. I thought this was the Jakin location but it was the Donalsonville location. Still cleaner than the Blakely location. Very friendly employees and great service as well.

Can't believe Dollar General had a gas station my girl love this place. Bathroom is very clean the whole store is very clean and nicely kept
