For some reason no self checkout was allowed even though it worked better than the register that had some problems. Eventually my transaction was processed by the employee via self checkout register Are the local shoppers not trusted enough? There was a line of customers to the main register and allowing them to pay at self checkout would make the shopping experience better.

If an employee can stand and watch a customer check out they can check the customers out and not refuse to do it. Employees are getting paid to work so do it because I'm not getting paid to do it. And the employee was very rude when telling customer she wasn't opening the register so she would have to use self checkout.

Lady was incredibly rude about them locking the key in the restroom so the customers can't use the restrooms and the lady was just completely rude about it
