It's a good story and sweet people. They need to lighten up on the cricket deal though. You order a dozen crickets you get a dozen crickets doesn't always mean they're always alive. Everyone else that I'm the pet store before this couple we just get a few crickets and throw in there they didn't count out actually 12 crickets. And when you got them they were more than 12 alive. Come on crickets are cheap to bye I know used to buy them by the case

Store is clean and organized. Erica is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about pets. Loved the birds, ferret, snakes, fish, dragons and geckos!!!! Love this place!!!

Great place run by some friendly people. We got a chinchilla and a rabbit with set ups for very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
