Same as all the other reviews.. they are not professional and do not answer calls or text or messages on their online system as they advertise. You call and you're left on hold for over an hour listening to the same recording on repeat that tells you for a quicker response to text this number or download their app. You text and now it's been 10 days and still no response. You download the app and still no response. Also have a prescription that has been in process for 2 weeks and I can't get anyone on the phone. I've now missed my medication for a week and about to be 2 weeks.

So far they are the only pharmacy that is able to fill my prescription. However you wilI need patience. I finally received my prescription last month in about 3 weeks opposed to the other major pharmacy I normally use in which I never received it even after 4 mons. I found it difficult to get someone on the phone, but they do answer texts.

Absolutely horrendous! A prescription sent in February still not filled. I called to cancel no answer. I text per their phone line no answer. I downloaded their app no response. Got a number from my doctor and after 45 minutes got a person on the line. Told them to cancel my prescription so I could get it filled at a real pharmacy and it still hasn’t happened. Avoid them at all costs. My prescription has long ran out. They are garbage!!!!

They are DIFFICULT to deal with! I’ve held on for up to 35 minutes at a time before anyone picks up. No one has ever answered when I text of the number provided. But I had the pleasure of speaking with Kendra FINALLY and she was very helpful and unlike my previous experience on the phone, she listened and helped me!! Pack your patience with this pharmacy for sure. It will probably not be the most pleasant experience….But they are able to get my medication at a decent price and this time I had it delivered because they are far away from my home. This makes up for all the drama involved in getting them to pick up the phones.

Horrible to deal with. I've been trying to get my meds for 3 months now. Then was told I had to pick them up, even though my receipt showed it would be shipped. I live 2 hours away! They don't answer the phone and want you to text. When you text they don't answer for days.

This pharmacy is garbage. They start the process of filling your RX and you assume its taken care of but messages and calls go unanswered for days or even weeks. My best advise is call your dr and have your RX sent elsewhere. They should be sued for negligence handling people’s medication, or lack of handling.

Yes this pharmacy is VERY difficult to get in touch with. They don't answer phone calls, texts, or messages on the app. It took about 2 weeks to get my first initial prescription but my doctor's office explained to me that the reason why they are so slow and unresponsive is because they are so overwhelmed.. this is a small pharmacy with numerous orders but because they are a small pharmacy and not a big chain, they actually take the time and work with your insurance to try to cover the cost of your medications that probably wouldn't be covered at the big name stores. I like the fact that they deliver. And my 2nd order actually came right on time. But yes, you will need patience by the truck load with this pharmacy. If they could just answer the phone to give people peace of mind that their rx is actually being worked on, that'd make so much of a difference.

I had a great experience with ACROSS Pharmacy! My Dr sent in my prescription... They sent me a text link and in a few days I had my medicine at my front door! Thanks guys for quick response and delivery!!!

Do not use! They have been submitting claims to my insurance for medications I have not been on for over a year. I've been trying to get in contact with them for days and they never answer. They don't respond to messages and their online service is a joke. It claims I don't have an active prescription with them but at the same time they are messaging me for delivery of a medication I no longer take.

How can I contact this pharmacy?? It’s been almost a month and nothing. I called… and was on what seemed to be a fake hold with a looping audio to use their text line or app. I texted their line… nothing after days. And the app? NOTHING. This should be illegal.

Very poor communication. Encourages pts to use chat area and they don't respond. Or call and you are place on hold forever. Provided insurance info three times. Has had script for two months and they have yet to fill. Do not use it you can avoid.

Awful Pharmacy that doesn't respond to simple questions. I have used them for a couple months and eveytime it takes a huge amount of effort to fill a simple script. No autorefill. Doesn't care about people's health at all.

The app, texting and calling does nothing for me, the patient. I held on the phone for nearly 25 minutes, sent four texts and the app chat sits here for 12 days with no response.I have never seen anything like this lack of customer support ever. It’s very disappointing and disheartening.

So, this isn't your normal pharmacy, when you walk in, it looks rough. The reason this pharmacy gets 5 stars from me is because I found out that their co-pay to most of my medication was way cheaper than other pharmacies- a savings of hundreds of $$$! I didn't even know that was a thing. They are not super close to me so it is awesome that they will send your meds directly to you. The staff has always been kind, the app used to work but doesn't on my new phone now. When calling I always get an answer. They have messed up a couple of times, however the benefit of working with them far outweighs anything else for me.

Absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy. They are literally impossible to get ahold of. When you call, they direct you to either stay on hold or text them or use their app. They do not respond via text or the app, don't even bother. They will put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up. They also sent my prescription to the wrong address TWO months in a row, even though I clearly put a different address when I requested. They also did not fill for the full 90 day supply that was prescribed, and did not even bother to let me know that they were unable to fill for 90 days. Very unprofessional pharmacy, and you will never be able to get ahold of them to fix any of the issues you have. This is also the same pharmacy as Get Well, which is super confusing and misleading. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions.

Impossible to reach. They just hang up on you after you have been on hold for 10 minutes no matter what. The app does not work and they will not call or text you back.
