Alexis is AMAZING…. Not only do you guys have the products I want but she is a wealth of information for me and my chameleon, she remembers me by name and always says Hi kindly. She is the #1 reason why I come to this location and has made my experience with Petco superb. I've shopped here years ago but started shopping elsewhere when they would not exchange a bag of dog treats that had a tear in the packaging that wasn't discovered until I got home.I decided to give them another try.On my two recent visits, the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.I wish I had gotten the names because so I could spotlight them for their great service.

I love this location, it’s small and pretty quiet. I’m comfortable with bringing my cats in for a small shopping spree every so often. The employees are very kind and super helpful. Clean establishment. We all just really like it here.

Kai was great. I give her a 10/10. She is patient and was great with my anxious puppy. Called the day before to assess our needs and to give guidance on how the day would go. She follows a curriculum and tailors the plan for each pet’s individual needs. I have been working with my puppy with the things she showed us and its working! I was so happy. If you have a shy/anxious puppy I recommend that you do private training. The other staff were very nice as well. Nice petco for a newbie pet parent!

Awesome place, very friendly staff, and an easy-to-follow store layout. Just watch out for the booboo on the floor and parking lot as pets are allowed in the store.

I spent $90, including a bunch of individual cans of cat food, and they asked if I wanted to spend ten cents to buy a bag. Do they not know that you can buy $35 of stuff on Petco's website and get free same day delivery with a box and a bunch of packing materials included for free? I don't think you are exactly saving the planet here. At least have some paper bags available for free.

This was our first time in and only there to pick up for a customer for door dash... Shane was the sweetest guy! Even with a cast on his foot, he offered to carry the bags of cat litter for us! You can tell he was raised right! What a gentleman 😊

The availability of the obscure organic/raw foods for both my husky and my cats was such a relief. The icing on the cake was how incredibly friendly, down to earth and helpful the staff was. Never going to "the other store" again!!

The person that processed our bath and treats went above and beyond to find our dog a treat that he liked. I really appreciated them. I’ve never had a bad experience at that location. My dog and I like it there.

Sometimes they are a little slow at the front register and the store is tiny. However, I love using their dog wash station. It's definitely a back saver when washing the pup. The staff is also very friendly

I just want to say thank you again to the ladies here at this location on the 4th July who made extensive accommodations to allow me to be able to use their self-serve pet wash with my 150lb cane corso who is afraid of tubs 😁 The ladies also assisted in any way possible! Good customer service is hard to come by these days so I definitely appreciate you guys

Great store! Friendly staff. The dog wash station is great. I can get my lab in and out in 30 min, but we’re both still kinda wet on the way out.9OCT22 updateI’m taking a star away for poor management of the self bath. Staff allowed walk ins which then inconvenienced 3 people who had made appointments. Of course I was most inconvenience. Finally got in to bath 20 minutes after appointment. Maybe staff were misled, maybe they should feel empowered to turn people away.

I like the store, but I don't like that the self washing pet blow dryer is full blast and not gentle. I couldn't use it on my puppy. She was so frightened.
