I like this unpretentious place. Lots of inventory, good prices and advice. I came here to ask about stocking a 1,500 gallon pond and received great advice and options. I chose stocking with comet feeders (a very low cost option) until I understood the nuances of pond ownership. No problem with access or parking here. Very convenient location.

Young man is very rude and spoke over me as I patiently tried to ask a question regarding the vaccination clinic and the process. I explained that I am autistic and if he would please be patient with me and allow me to ask my question before he cut me off. However, he rudely told me to not tell him what to do and hung up in my face. Very discouraging as I went through much effort to get my service dog to this store for services. He definitely needs a lesson on manners and professionalism.

What an unbelievably AWEFUL store. Just an fyi to everyone, there are no public bathrooms. And if you have an emergency in there, and ask the person working there for the store bathroom - because it’s an EMERGENCY - the store person will laugh you out of the store.So if you need to have an emergency in there, please be sure to simply throw up and have diarrhea on their store floor (preferably in front of the person working there).That way, as it’s an emergency and they have no bathrooms, THEY will have to clean all of it up.Just a disgusting show of human character. Really just sad all around. For the employee reading this - perhaps you could try and be kind to people in the future, you know, when there’s an emergency?

They have cat, bird, fish, small pet (guinea pig, rabbit, ferret, ect), dog, and some reptile supplies.Certain dog foods go fast and seem to always be out of stock but that may just be bad timing on my food replenishing schedule.

I ran into one employee named Selena (cute name) she was stalking the shelves when i ask her for help she immediately stopped everything she was doing to help me find the things I needed. She was very understanding and patient with me, then as i was leaving she carried my dog food to the car for me. The costumer service was great, I will be coming back to this store soon. As for Selena keep up the good work!

I constantly go in there to purchase Bully Bone Sticks and Bully Bone Braided Sticks and the Salmon Cat Treats. I had to go back again today to get more of the the braided bully sticks as they take longer for the pups to chew so it keeps them occupied. These are amazing organic treats.

Pet Supermarket had plenty of what I needed. Average customary service: nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either. Fair prices and many things on sale. I came about 30 minutes before closing so there were few people in the store. Fast check out and got signed up for rewards program pretty effortlessly. I'd go back again for a no frills uneventful but successful pet supply run.

I like this place a lot! It's really small, but you can tell that the animals are really healthy. I'm a fish hobbyist and look all around town for different cichlid species. This store is the only one that carries the assorted blood parrot fish!! The tanks seem to always be well maintained and no dead fish floating around too often. I definitely recommend this store😘

We came here for our first venture into tropical fish. They were well supplied with all the things, plus plenty if pretty fish to choose from. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and can help you but there are the specialists who can really share some good knowledge with you. Very reliable and a great place to make your local goto for all things pets.

I got my pet rabbit a month ago, and I couldn’t be any happier with him. The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable. My only con was that my Apple Pay didn’t not work at all, and said it was on my end, went across the street and it worked perfectly fine.
