I've been shopping at Kroger for a number of years. I first started shopping on a Wednesday when they had their sales but after a while it changed to a Thursday which was convenient for me. I usually get the Kroger brand Mandarin Orange Seltzer Water; Private Collection Flax & Fiber Bread; Plants that are marked down; Frozen single meals; Seafood; Pasta and other items. This is my one shop place to get the items that I need. Also signing up as a Kroger plus customer I usually get a discount per gallon on gasoline which also is a great help. Thumbs-up to Kroger 👍👍

I enjoy shopping at this Kroger store near me over other similar stores. Once a week I buy (2) 8 piece fried chicken from there for my family to enjoy and they really enjoy it over the other similar stores. I have noticed that at least 3 times when I buy the pre packaged fried chicken from Kroger that there is not 8 pieces in the container. I have received 7 to 6 pieces of chicken in the containers once I get home. The most recent time was today 2/1/24 at around 0817 in the morning after I got off work. I opened the container around 1543 after my sleep. Damn not again, how hard is it to count to eight with chicken.

I prefer a store where I don't have to wait. After all it's not my job to be there but the employees. I feel there shouldn't be any long lines forcing consumers to have to waste their time in long tedious lines.

What a horrible experience. You only get horrible customer service when you come to the more urban areas. It’s 2 pm on a Saturday there is no reason that the money center should be down. If you’re short staffed a manager should be at the customer service desk. T was the manager on duty. How are you the manager but can’t work customer service. GHETTO

The lady at self checkout (10/23/23) is very nasty with customers. I over heard her talking down to every single person she spoke with. When it was my turn to get torn up, I asked for the one thing I came in for, cigarettes. Immediately she started shaking her head and went non-verbal on me. I know some people struggle with this but I remained patient. She yelled out that they didn't have any more of what I wanted. I glanced and saw one more box to which she exclaimed. "Those ain't 100s those are lights. You want lights??" I said no and apologized for bothering her. She marched back to her post and returned to staring into the abyss. It's a shame how some people actually hate being paid to work. Our country is in shambles.

Morning All, I called Kroger on Flat Shoals PKWY, to inquire about the Dear Park Water that's on sale, I was placed on hold 3 times and each time the young lady said give me a minute, how much does it take for you to walk your behind down to where the water is and say yes or no, this customer service need to get better.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went to purchase a soda and get cash back on 9-11-2023 at 6:22pm at the self checkout and my transaction was declined for some unknown reason but the store still took the money out my account. So i showed the nice the young man David, which is one of the (employee's), that it took my money out my account and he has gone over and beyond to try to help me get my money back ,which the one manager with the blonde hair (African American)female, told me money would be revised back to my account and here it is 2 weeks later and i still haven't gotten my money back. I called the corporate number still no help. Today i will be calling the news and the BBB to report this because at this point they have robbed me of my money and i have a receipt and statement to prove it.

As a non profit organization ive been up applying to this location several times and has not gotten a response. As of today i finally spoke with Shavon and she was rude and did not apologize for their mostake of over looking one of the organizations. Mind you they need us truckers to bring in products. They wont evwn donate back to the community through a known orgainzation who is out in the community working for the people. Thats ashame. I dont understand how we keep shopping with this location. I will never spend another dime there.

Everyone is aware that prices have increased. However, it's aggravating to see the price of many of the same products much cheaper elsewhere. Example bottled water almost $4 for case of 24, chobani yogurt $1.25 at Kroger. The 24 case of water elsewhere $2.79 and chobani yogurt.99 cents. These aren't the only items with much higher prices, I just listed a few. Needless to say, I choose the later.

Kroger is my very favorite store. The customer service is always nice and friendly, the store is always clean. I just hate it so bad that the stopped making it sandwiches. They were the best. Better than subway and soooo much better than Public's.

The Pharmacy in the Kroger @Flat Shoals Pkwy needs a Pharmacist and staff that give a D#!* about people. Forget that there's always a long line wait to even get to the counter, but the attitude of the staff is that Customers should wait for hours to get a prescription filled. My example: 3-hrs after my Dr. called in my Rx, Kroger Pharmacist told me that she hadn't had time to listen to voice prescriptions and did know when she would have time. Not once did anyone care whether the medicine needed was 'life-saving', but they did command me to sit & wait for as long as it might take..I took my prescription to Publix and will never use Kroger ever!

I’m at this Kroger a lot doing Instacart shopping.It’s unfortunate that every other shopping cart seems to be dysfunctional. I hate going through the entire store with a creaking cart. They definitely need newer carts.Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, but most look like they don’t want to be there. The store atmosphere itself is not my cup of tea. For my personal shopping I choose the ALDIs across the street or Publix. Definitely a more pleasant shopping experience.

Usually when I get great customer service, I must report it! I visited Kroger the other week and my card declined. I had shopped for maybe and hour or so and found out the credit card rep lied and said I could use the card I could not. I had to wait until the new card came. I reported the first as stolen. Anyway, I was so angry + embarrassed. However, I had an angel as a cashier. Her name was Marcia and she had the patience of Job (in the bible). Her customer service skills really impressed me. She really needs to train (some) others in customer service. She did every thing right. She made me feel less embarrassed, used the right words and was just amazing 👏!! She didn't know I had gotten her name off her tag to do a survey. I still have the receipt but this is even better. Everyone can publicly see how amazing she is at her job! I hope kroger gives her something for her greatness. She really made my night better. When my son came to my rescue, she finished her assignment with an A+ grade.

An Employee named Unique gave this location a terrible representation of what customer service is supposed to be like. She lied to me 3 times and had no remorse doing so. Lie #1: She said I couldn't return anything to the store without a hard copy receipt and that she could not accept my alternate ID # as a form of a receipt. Lie #2: The store won't allow me to return items unless it's at the original purchase location. Lie #3: They cannot accept the 22 jars of baby food I wanted to exchange. The baby food was unopened and sealed. I spoke with a customer service representative and she debunked everything Unique said. It speaks a lot about a company that will allow people like her to makes high decisions. An empoyee named Kevin stood by her side and did not correct her. What a disaster.
