From toys to food to cleaning and grooming supplies, all of the products are top-notch -- we know that whatever we buy here will be high quality. Even our vet thinks so! Love the Decatur, GA location. The manager and team are awesome!! The communication make it easy for this Hollywood location to become your favorite!! They even carry products other feeds don't carry. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

Incredible customer service it’s rare people actually care and do their job well now a days so it makes me extra grateful. I moved and my old store carried Steve’s real food and this new store didn’t carry it. Until Jamie came around she’s gone above and beyond for me to be able to purchase this food at the Decatur location. Jamie really values customers having a great experience and it shows. This post is a Jamie appreciation post. Static is also very happy as you can see.

5 stars, 10/10 and fantastic shopping experience all around. They always have what we are looking for. Jamie is always helpful when it comes to helping out with things that can help my fur babies. She's suggested multiple foods and treats and they've loved all of the ones we've purchased.Also, the collars and leashes that we purchased were great quality.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how WONDERFUL Jamie was with me. I've never felt so much love while buying something for my dogs more than I felt when I went there and Jamie helped me. Not only does she know her product she helped me soooo much with other questions I had about my dogs! I spent way more than I inticipated lol. Her personality is Amazingggggg, and she is a gem! She was a joy and because of her I will continue to drive an hour away just to purchase my fur babies food and trinkets! Such a pleasurable experience! Thank you so much for hiring such awesome people like Jamie to work in the store. It truly makes a difference, especially when customer service is A1♥️. You are lucky to have her at your store, give her a raise lol 😊

This is the Only place i go to now for my pet needs. I have two VERY picky cats, and they have the best selection of cat food options here. They also have a wide range of other things for cats (specialty treats, vitamins/supplements, grooming supplies etc) that i haven’t seen at other stores. And tons more options for dog owners as well. Staff is always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating when i’m looking for something specific. I’ve always had a good experience shopping here, and usually have a fun chat with whoever is checking me out that day about both our pets :-) A little on the pricier side, but you really get what you pay for and it is 100% worth the value. Plus, they have coupons and a rewards program, just keep an eye out for those! if getting high quality food and supplies for your pet is very important to you, this is a great place to check out!

First time here today and it exceeded my expectations!! They have exclusive everything that you can’t get at other stores. Jamie was Soooo cool very knowledgeable she definitely gave the store a great first impression and made my experience one to remember! I’m a new puppy mom haven’t had one since I was a kid, so I definitely gained more confidence and can’t wait to come back!! Oh I signed up for their rewards so I’m apart of the pack now lol.

I can't speak highly enough about the Decatur location of Hollywood Feed, and specifically assistant manager, Staci. She is always so friendly and helpful. When I have questions, she makes thoughtful suggestions on treats or toys that will help my super hyper, active dog. The store delivers, which I find incredibly helpful when I can't make it to get necessities. Staci is definitely a big reason we will continue to shop at this location. You won't be disappointed speaking with Staci, or the other team members at this location.

So I have 2 cats and I order kitty litter from them because it is convenient, fast, and they are very helpful. I just placed a order for the second time today (I made another order from them a few weeks back) and I got my order delivered in less than 2 hours!!! Who needs Amazon when you can order from your local pet store at a better price and better timing!!! 😀 Thank you Hollywood Feed for making my day great!!!!

Always love going to this location. We stop by after each vet appointment for a treat. Today (7.28.2021) was exceptionally great. The staff is always wonderful but I had time to stop and talk to Staci and Brooke and they are the sweetest. They played with my dog Aggie and gave her a treat. I look forward to my next visit.
