They stay busy, but they are accommodating and kind! Since our dog hates being groomed, the groomer had an alternative setup for us so that we could be present during the groom. It was reasonably priced, super quick, and was honestly better than some of the more expensive grooms we've had.

We have taken our rescue Shihtzu, Scooter, to Furside for the last year and a half and have been extremely pleased. There was initially an 8 week wait for a new client appointment (call early if you’re new!), however after establishing care the owner Daniel is extremely flexible and accommodating with his schedule. His Saturday openings are a lifesaver for us. Daniel and his staff are courteous, friendly, and prompt. Daniel almost always answers the phone personally, no robotic telephone maze! Prices are also very fair. Scooter always looks and smells amazing after his visits. Thank you Furside!

My Welsh Terrier is 10 years and 6 months old. I took him to many grooming services in the past. No one really knows how to groom my dog except one. Unfortunately she left Atlanta.One day I met an owner of a Wheaton Terrier which just had a nice haircut while I was walking my dog. She mentioned Furside in Decatur and warned me that it would take at least two months to get the appointment. She was right.Finally my dog got a full service today. Daniel knows how to groom my dog and does not need any reference materials I searched for grooming Welsh Terrier. I probably insulted his professional skills. I am pleased with the look of my dog. It is worth waiting for two months to get the first appointment.

I take my chihuahua mix to Furside for nail trims. He generally hates having this done and fights and acts up so much. But Furside works miracles and trims his nails in about 30 seconds, before he even has a chance to get upset. Highly recommend this groomer!

I recently moved to the area and decided to try Furside after doing some research on local groomers and reading all of the wonderful reviews. I have been beyond pleased. I have a Samoyed with very thick fur who requires routine grooming. Daniel is very knowledgeable and takes such good care of Lola. He is the best groomer we have ever been to and I will not be taking Lola anywhere else! I highly recommend getting your furry friends groomed here, you will not be disappointed.

My dogs won't let me touch their nails so I take them to Furside to have their nails clipped. Daniel is so gentle yet firm with my dogs and his price is more reasonable than my vet's. Furside is a warm and welcoming pet grooming salon in the heart of downtown Decatur. I highly recommend it!

The epitome of excellent service!My cat Ripley loathes being brushed. I hadn’t been able to get much of her undercoat off so she had several knots that she wouldn’t let me take care of.Daniel managed to brush out enough fur to make a kitten. Others have commented how he puts the well-being of the cat and dog first and I can attest to that. He explained the whole process, why he was doing things in a certain order, gave me grooming tips, and charged me a very reasonable price.Afterwards, when we got home, it was obvious Ripley was a lot happier. She was smiling, rolling around, and really feeling herself.

Went for our first visit and our pups had a blast. They knew how to handle our energetic German shepherd and was very gently with our elderly pup (they even painted her nails!!). Price is very affordable compared to other groomers (Wag A Lot) and they use all natural ingredients.Highly recommend.

Furside has been awesome for our little guy! We started taking our Pomeranian when he was a puppy. He hates car rides, but as soon as we pull up to Furside, he’s so excited he tries to drag me through the door! The cuts have always been exactly what we wanted, and whatever shampoo they use is top notch; no strong perfume smell and it’s gentle enough for our pup’s sensitive skin. I can’t recommend Furside enough!

I work at an animal hospital (Pharr Road Animal Hospital), and am pretty familiar with all the groomers in Atlanta. This is where I take my golden doodle and I love them (and he is clearly not the easiest breed to groom)!! We live in downtown Decatur so we can easily walk to that location, but I am sure both locations are great! They look at pictures, listen to what you want while also doing what is best for your pet, and are so so friendly. It also doesn't hurt that they use all organic products! I highly recommend them to all my dog owner friends as well as all of our clients!
